DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU OWN A TESLA!!!! I came here with a nail in my tire because it was the closest place (I had to tow it from my apartment). I have had a nail before and a shop plugged it for free. NOT THIS ONE! They will tell you all sorts of lies to make you buy a new tire. I had towed it there so I had no choice. It was $420 for a new tire. They tried to blame it on the "foam" for the Tesla tires... I found this odd because the other place last year plugged it for free and sent me on my way. I just got another nail and a gas station plugged it for free and told us this place scammed us. And they did! Don't fall for it! read more

Brought my car in with a low tire pressure light for the first time, ended up having a nail and they took care of me same day! Ginna the owner is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure to go above and beyond to make sure she explains everything which I love and always does what she can to help you out! I made an appointment for today with David to come in Sunday 12-28-25 at 2:00 pm to have two new front tires installed on my car today. I show up fifteen minutes early. The shop is very quiet, theres no sound or signs of any work going on so I thought to myself, this might work out pretty good and this could be my new go to place for tires, and the shop is open until 5:00 pm so theres two guys here and they have 3 hours to install two new tires, but David says, we have the tires, but the soonest I can fit you in is tomorrow, I'm like WTH. David, like I said on the phone, I wanted to have two new tires put on my car today, not to drive all the way here and waste my time to make an appointment for tomorrow, couldn't we have done that over the phone? The kicker was though he told me the two new tires should go on the front of the car and leave the already decent tires on the rear. Tire manufacturers recommend when replacing two tires the new tires should go on the rear of the car regardless if the car is front or rear wheel drive. What a complete waste of time. read more

He was nice enough to even help me look for them as I did not know what to look for. He still helped me change my spare tire despite everything, and he was very kind about it! Trying to support local business isn't always a good idea. I Have had nothing but problems with this place. They sold me a 3 year road hazard warranty, only to find out that it's actually a 1 year warranty. So when , after 15 months, I brought my tire with a nail in to be replaced they gave me a prorated $40 credit. They damaged my wheel sensors then told me it would be $350 to replace them. They sold me a set of tires, forgot to include the same warranty I have purchased every time I buy tires and blamed me, causing me to have to buy new tires again when I picked up nails a couple months later. I have spent approx $1.6k here in the last year and a half on tires, breaks, and oil changes (purchased something like 8 new tires this year) and they treat me like garbage. The manager here has made it clear that I'm not a valued customer. Please, go elsewhere. Taking my family's cars back to Tucker Tire. read more

I live in the area and drive by this location often. I usually use a big box store for tire purchases/repairs. I picked up a screw and needed a repair. My son had pulled the screw and put in a plug to hold air and get me to the repair shop. The shop didn't look at the tire/car and told me they don't repair plugged tires and you need a new tire. The tire easily has 50/60% tread left. That sounded odd to me. I was told maybe some smaller shops would do it in Pomona. Hmmmm.... Found a tire shop 3 mins away. $29 to fix and I was on my way. I mentioned to this new tire place I had gone someplace else and relayed the story.... He said, "Was it Tire Choice?" And smiled.... Guess customers aren't the only ones who know their reputation. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I took my wife's van in for an oil change. 2 and a half hours later I was told the oil filter housing was cracked and leaking. The van never had a leak before, i am convinced the crack came from them as they attempted to change the filter. As my 2 and a half ordeall unfolded, I was hit with 2 more add on charges for more vehicular problems. The van is a 2020, less than a year from the dealership, there were never any problems with it before my regrettable visit to tire choice. Avoid this buisness. The only reason I went here is we saw what looked like a good deal on Groupon. It was not a good deal for us. read more

I purchased 4 new tires and had them installed.. one of the tpms sensors needed to be replaced so they swapped it out with a new one.. everything went well ..I recommend this place... Jan 2019.. the same wheel is still leaking air within months after replacing all 4 tires. Took my car back to them and they said they cannot find the leak and advise me to return every few months to fill tire.. wth. Also has new scratches on my rims from their workmanship.. My tire just happened to go flat when I was driving by this tire shop and I was able to drive it in to a parking lot nearby. I walked to this tire shop to ask for help because I didn't know what to do about my tire. Matthew was very attentive and was quick to offer help. He even walked to the parking lot next door to check my tire out and see if there was anything he could do to help. Unfortunately, they did not have my specific tire but Matthew patched mine up and recommend I drive to a tire shop down the street that had my tire in stock. I am very grateful for Matthew doing his best to help me out. Being a female waiting into a tire shop, you are sometimes taken advantage of and not given honesty but I was thankful to come across an honest worker that genuinely wanted to help me out. I walked into the office at Tire Choice in San Dimas to have the manager walk out the back door. He returned 10 minutes later. I explained to him that I have a flat tire caused by a screw that penetrated the tire. He looked at it and said " I can't do it. It will take 45 minutes to repair". I proceeded to ask him what time he closes at and he said "6:00". It was 4:00 o'clock when he was looking at the tire. I reminded him it was only 4:00 o'clock and he said " look, I'm all backed up". I looked inside the shop area and there were only two cars being worked on at the time. This guy not only didn't want to repair my tire, he had a terrible disposition. I have been to this repair shop on several occasions back when it was a Goodyear Tire shop and the customer service and workmanship was outstanding. Needless to say, I will never step foot in that shop again and I recommend others to head this warning. What happened to good, old customer service? My husband is there as we speak, and apparently they messed up his tire and rim. My husband took his 2 year old car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they damaged his car, and then gave him attitude about it. I'm not sure how much damage there is, but my husband is pretty pissed, so it must be bad because he doesn't get pissed. In the first place they were giving my husband attitude. We used to go here when it was Certified Tire, but we quit going because they did dumb things like lose my oil cap and then tell me I lost it......insinuated I'm just a dumb woman....then later after I left, they admitted they found my oil cap on a shelf. So we quit going. Then ownership changed and people said they're great.....gave them a second chance and this is what we get. Back to the dealer I guess! John the manager is terrible. Makes existing customers feel uncomfortable and overly questions Unlimited Alignment. Long story short, he will not honor Unlimited Alignment purchased. Same car for 3-4 years, says since you have tires over 20 inches need to charge you more??? What? After all these years says it should be $50 every time I have come in. I got a deal? It's been in 4-5 times already. He has no proof they used kit? No proof of this whatsoever? Maybe that's why they could never get it aligned? I normally drop off in AM and pick up whenever it's done. Usually at closing. To accommodate them. He Wasted an hour of my time and couldn't give 1 exception and maybe future if that's the new rule, then I can make a decision. Joey is great! Others are Great! Manager John is not. He lied and told me I had 17's before, then after questioning him says oh wrong invoice. What a upsell scam this guy. Couldn't prove to me they used in past. Couldn't prove anything so he's a liar upseller. Makes my wife feel uncomfortable as well since he questions her/us about not enough miles. Bring in too early? Usually every time it's not aligned. That's why it's unlimited Alignment. They couldn't get it aligned. So I repaired bent rim, got new tires. Joey said bring it in. My luck bad Manager John was there to waste my time. You know when you walk in to a business and say to yourself, damn, not that guy again, it's 50/50 good or bad experience. Now it's 80% with John. It must be that time of the month. Probably 10 years ago I came here... I "think" it was a different company... and they ripped me off.... I came today for a simple repair... waited 2 hours because apparently the staff was on lunch. Sure no problem! Just needed a simple tire patch... it's a BRAND NEW CAR 5000 miles on it... It has a small nail/metal piece in the tread completely fixable. I had to put in that liquid inflator to get the tire full enough to drive it to the shop.. After waiting all this time these scum bags tell me it's against company policy to patch a tire when someone uses the inflation cans.. I have NO CHOICE but to buy a new tire.. I know it's Sunday and they figure I'd have no choice especially after waiting hours.... But that's insane I don't know if this tire shop is the same Company or a new company. But either way they are scam artists stay away from here. The two guys working couldn't have cared less. ***** UPDATE**** i went down the street to the Arco on Arrow hwy.... they were so friendly and fast! i had my tire patched and i was back on the road in 10 minutes... they didn't try to strong arm me into buying a new tire.. I only gave this shop a star so I can write this review. I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to anyone. I got s flat tire at work, called AAA had them put air in my tire and followed me to the nearest shop which was this place. AAA followed me to make sure I made it safe since I couldn't be driving around with that tire. I get there and the girl at the counter was quick to tell Me my car could not get done and if it did it would be hours since they had a lot of cars. Umm I only saw a gentleman waiting there but no other cars I explained to her my urgency for I was at lunch and couldn't be driving around. she straight up recommended I go to a different tire shop down the street from them. I couldn't believe it but honestly I'm glad I did because when I called this other shop they were super friendly and even offered to give me a ride back to work and pick me up when my car was ready. Loved their customer service and on top of getting my tire repaired I had them fix my tire sensor and now they've gained a loyal customer which I will be recommending to anyone that will Listen. Customer service was decent and the workers were pleasant HOWEVER, a while ago I took my car here to get it rechecked for alignment issues, I wanted them to put it back on the machine and have my car realigned because it was off, for the longest time this location has been saying there "printers" are down and can't print out a diagnostic, I park my car in the back and they never put it thru the shop I come back to my car moved in a different spot and was told the whole diagnostic was done even though the whole time my car never entered the shop and was simply taken on a test drive and I was told my car was aligned, scammer...... read more

My car had two nails in it and wanted the tire fixed. Kevin proceeded to tell me that I had cracks in my tire and if They deflated the tire to patch it up the cracks will get worse. So he was trying to sell me new tires. I went to another tire place and they stated the tires were normal wear and tear. The tire could be patched up and fixed I still have 40% tread on the tire. these people are untrustworthy.I would never come to this establishment again. read more
