I was waited on by Jazmine, who was eager to help me figure out if my car battery was salvageable. She was patient, kind, and knew exactly how to help me. She committed to having my battery charged and hi ready for the next day, since it was close to closing. I have been to several other autozone locations over the years & have never had a bad experience, but this location has the best staff. I stopped in to use their machine to see which code my check engine light is pulling... while I was there I overheard them helping a lady and giving her solid advice, with a recommendation of a local shop that I use and also love (because they're honest and dependable). Then they made some recommendations for my situation that no one has ever suggested, even though I've been dealing with the same car issues for 6+ months. While driving my son's car I realized he had issues. I remember going to AutoZone years ago and had a good experience and boy that held true on 3/20/23. They now have a "Fix Finder" program that helps diagnose code issues free of charge. I walked away with a new engine filter that resolved an issue for me. They helped me with new wiper blades, new headlights, steering wheel cover, key fob replacement case ( push buttons were worn out) and new carpets. One stop shop and everyone is so helpful. Out of all the autozone's I've been to through out the years after casually going to this one on a random day and receiving the help I got from the manager I will never go to a different autozone.
