    I hate to tell this story. But. Aux sent out someone to do a " Complimentary plumbing check". They left a hose pipe attached to the water heater telling me it started leaking when they checked it. Also if they turned the knob they may break it and we would need a new water heater ( ours is old but was working perfectly. I wasn't concerned til we moved the hose later. My basement started flooding with hot water. They told me they did not have a plumber available for 3 days! We will never ever use them again.

    This is the supply plenum box with the old insulation, which they left in place and attached the brand new unit to.

    Very unprofessional from the beginning, extremely poor workmanship, lack of communication within the company during our entire ordeal with this business. Do yourself a favor and shop around!

    New breaker box, meter & cable

    David installed a new meter cabinet, breaker box and riser, to replace what the tornado ripped off. He was knowledgeable, communicative and professional. He helped keep costs low, while still doing quality, timely work.

I reached out to Dunn initially through a Google search (after hours) and received an email and text message reply within 24hrs. I appreciate the prompt reply. I called the next day and their phone system used an automated AI response initially, but I was then rerouted and able to speak with a service person. They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. The communication, timeliness and efficient service provided by Dunn was exceptional. They charge a standard assessment fee which is factored into the overall cost of service. I would recommend Dunn if you're local to their service areas.

Given all the things that had to be done along the way, the manager gave me a good deal on a couple of the other issues that were repaired, which made feel they were very value conscious. Among the firms that I reached out to through Yelp, they were the first on the site and ready to start work. I'd definitely use them again.

    Our smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector near the home office began chirping. We did everything we…read moreknew to do, but the chirping would stop for a day and start back up again. We found out through the web that it was at end-of-life and needed to be replaced. The problem was that the detector was wired in and neither my husband nor me are electricians. I found Jackson Electric and decided to call them. Mr. Steven Jackson was very professional and let me know that he would contact me the next day to schedule an appointment. Around lunchtime the next day, I got a call from Michael, who said they would be coming in 30 minutes. I had a training to do, but made adjustments so he could come. Three guys with masks arrived to find out what needed to be done. When I showed them what was going on and showed them that I had the replacement, they did the work in about 5 minutes. The workers were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was very reasonable and I was pleased the chirping had stopped. Unfortunately, about 3 days later, our other smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector began chirping. I called Jackson Electric again because of the great service we received the first time. He told me that he would contact me to schedule an appointment. The next day, Michael called and said, "We are in your area - can we come now?" Unfortunately, I was unavailable. Michael said, "No problem. Please call Mr. Jackson to reschedule." I tried several times to get in touch with Mr. Jackson to reschedule with no luck. I left a voicemail with times that I was available to help with his scheduling. I left text messages to try and reschedule. My husband called him a few times to try and reschedule. We did not receive a response. My husband ended up calling someone else. I will say that our first experience with Jackson Electric was great. Not sure what happened the second time, though.

Their rates are reasonable and the work is beyond impeccable! The work was done with utmost care and was explained in detail along the way. They left the house just as they found it and without a need for anyone to go behind them and clean up. I cannot speak highly enough of this organization.
