Brought my 2001 popup in for service. Told the service rep to repack bearings but replace if needed. Now, many places wouldn't bother to inspect and repack they'd just automatically replace on a 17 year old trailer to get the markup along with the service fees. Moore's inspected the bearings, replaced the seals and adjusted the brakes. Upon inspection my tires were found to be severely cracked. Moore's replaced tires and wheels. Got the whole thing back in just a couple days at a very reasonable cost. I have the old tires and wheels. The cracks run the entire circumference of the tread along the sidewall. We were riding on borrowed time (about 10 years worth of borrowed time!). Thank you, Jeff, John and the technician who did the work. Great service. Great attitudes. Nice, honest folks to deal with at Moore's. P.S. I live in Ohio. Shows SFO for location, haven't lived there in 30 years. read more

They were going to rip off a single mother of 3. 700.00 to replace a hose? Oh, that's because the hoses come in packs of 2, even though Sharon needed 1 hose replaced, they were going to charge her for an extra part, that they were not going to use on her car. I know parts are expensive, but that's ridiculous. She told them that was too much and called around and M & S Auto's estimate was for 260.00. They recognized the dire need of a working Mom. They had compassion for her situation and helped her. They fixed her car in 20 minutes, instead of the Tuesday, originally stated. She had her car towed to Auto Repair Inc.1st. They did a diagnostic test on her car. They charged her 70.00 for that, and gave her the 700.00 estimate. When she wisely declined, she tried to pay the bill with her credit card over the phone. They refused to take payment over the phone, and refused to release her car to the towing company. She was sick, with 3 kids, I gave her a ride to the shop to pay in person. They made her wait around the desk, while the workers stood around, taking another customers info over the phone. One guy told her to quit asking questions. What type of men take advantage of a woman, who is obviously sick and struggling. Speak to her in a way that she comes out sobbing, at her wits end. SHAME ON YOU AUTO REPAIR INC. I decided to wait on the repair as I considered how to pay for it. After a couple of days spent pondering what to do, I decided to get some other repair quotes for comparison. My first stop was at Rick Yusi Automotive, who was referred to me by a friend plus their reviews were impressive. Not only was the repair quote less than half the cost of the original quote, but they did an amazing job replacing these critical safety parts. Additionally, while researching a check engine light warning, they discovered my gas cap was defective. Rocky called to tell me it might be the reason for the warning and asked if I wanted him to replace it. I told him to replace the gas cap and sure enough, no more check engine light. I expected that it would be an overnight turn around for the repair, given how busy they were, but imagine my surprise after dropping my car off in the morning to receive a call that it was finished by early afternoon. It's very hard to find service like this at such a great price. This will definitely be my new auto repair shop. I highly recommend Rick Yusi Automative for any and all repairs! They Rock!! The son Rocky does what is quick and will only put a Band-Aid on the situation but won't keep your car in good shape. I am very disappointed to have been a customer for so long to now having to find another mechanic. Rocky had just completed a brake job a few months ago to tell me that it needed it again. Rocky told me something on my car was damaging the brake pad but couldn't/didn't tell me what. He did replace the brake pad but did not correct the issue. I don't have confidence anymore in the repairs that this shop does. I will not be returning to this shop.
