Jinx was lovely the whole way through and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. Oz took our initial concept and elevated it into a true work of art. Not only is he a brilliant artist, but he's also a total professional and a fantastic communicator. He has an incredibly light hand, which made the long session much more comfortable than I expected. He checked in on us constantly, kept us laughing all day, and was even flexible enough to squeeze in a tiny, last-minute dinosaur! So I stopped by the store feeling very nervous and uncertain. The staff members surrounded me with compassion and encouragement.
