So I came into this with an idea, and Brooke elevated it more than I could ever imagine. In a safe non harmful way as to not damaging my hair. In my previous experience most hair styles would not inform me of dangers or procedures that involved my hair. So clearly a lot of people rave about Brooke's magic that she works with hair. I went in with high expectations after seeing all the great reviews on here yet she still managed to surpass them! Brooke truly has an artistic eye and vision when it comes to hair. She patiently listened to what I wanted (blonde highlights) but also suggested a more natural style as I told her I am pretty low maintenance and only touch up my color every few months, so she was concerned all over blonde highlights would not look pretty as the roots grow out. Besides, giving me beautiful blonde highlights she also managed to correct the ugly orange balayage I had done previously. I truly was impressed she managed to correct something I thought was beyond repair! I would definitely see her for color corrections/ any sort of color service. I started seeing Brooke when she worked at a Salon I had been going to and jumping between stylists., but after Brooke took me under her wing I was hooked! When she opened her own salon in Campbell, I was stoked for her and dutifully followed her to the new location. Friends asked me for the number of the person who did my hair, and I made the recommendations without reservation. Fast forward several years, and I moved up to Sacramento for nursing school. I tried out a few places in Sacramento with less than favorable results, and always ended up making the two hour drive back to the Bay Area to visit Brooke to fix the mess. When you find a gem like Brooke, you stick with her. Brooke is great at cuts and has a really good eye for color; I never had to tell Brooke what to do, I just let her do what she thought would look good and she was always right!!! But if you give her a photo or describe something specific, she'll take the time to understand what you are asking for and make sure you're on the same page.
