It had already been refunded by the time I got home from returning the car! Very different from PAYLESS who NEVER RETURNED MY DEPOSIT. I had to dispute it on my credit card to get it back. During my Enterprise's rental, their F-150 would not start. Here's my rant: They blamed ME for it not starting!! Saying that I WAS RESPONSIBLE for leaving it in front of my home during a rain storm. Said they'd "evaluate" what was wrong with it and charge ME!!! Finally, 4 hours later, they say they have another car now and "when can you swing by to pick it up?". I think Uber sent out emails in the past letting people know this was going to happen. I get hundreds of email a day so I probably deleted it without realize its importance. I heard other people in the past say not to rent an EV car. I should have listened to them. EV cars don't get good range and they cost more to rent. Trying to find a charging station that isn't being used and works waste time. I returned the car after 1 day because of how much time I spent trying to charge the car. I would only suggest an EV car if you have an at home charging station. Otherwise you will waste time finding a charging station then waiting for the spot to open.

I had to come back during my lunch break to switch it out. They didn't have any cars available for me so I had to wait 20+ minutes for an Enterprise down the street to bring them an available vehicle. I did end up with an upgrade (midsize SUV) at no cost to me since they had nothing else available. That was nice. I was in the car for about 3 weeks. I go to turn in the vehicle once mine was done with repairs, and the guy starts asking me if I connected my NTTA toll tag to the vehicle while I had been driving it. I said no, no one ever told me I could or needed to do that... he apologized but pretty much said there was nothing he could do. I would be charged for all the tolls I accrued while using the vehicle. Annoying. I called back today because the toll amounts for those 3 weeks just pulled from my credit card, and I thought it was a little high. Turns out they charge you a $4 CONVENIENCE FEE for everyday that you use the toll roads on top of what the tolls are already costing you. The guy apologized again, but that doesn't get my money back. All of this could have been avoided if the Enterprise representative that gave me my car would have told me this in the first place.
