They don't have a healthy stock of vehicles almost ever. And every person I've encountered in there has had a tough time with the process of getting a vehicle. I returned the car, got a paper receipt, and, notwithstanding, Avis online changed the amount and charged me more than $20 extra. I had a paper receipt for the correct amount and Avis just charges my credit card for more than that. So I was yet again forced to call Avis, wait on hold for an extended period of time, and talk to a lifeless customer service representative who couldn't do math and literally I asked to calculate the exact amount of the overcharge. When I arrived at the counter of Enterprise the nice young guy was super helpful, polite, and it took less than 5mins to get my car since I did all the reservations online. I rented a new Nissan and the car was really clean, drove well and had all the bells and whistles needed for a long car ride up to Nor Cal. I also appreciated the speediness and not having to spend 15-20 mins at a counter just to get my rental.
