When you 1st start in the Emerald Club you can go to the Emerald Aisle and pick out the car you want. You jump in and just give the person at the booth your ID. No need to go to the counter. When you reach Executive you get a better choice of cars. I love it because I get to drive cars I would probably never buy because they are not practical, but they are fun!

While it's technically just across the street, there are no signs inside the airport directing you there, and nothing during the reservation process clearly mentions that you'll need to take a shuttle. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They made the pickup process smooth and were genuinely pleasant to work with, which I really appreciated. The car itself, however, reflected the "budget" name. It had a large crack in the windshield, wasn't the cleanest inside, had several areas where paint was missing, and there was a noticeable odor. While it got me from point A to point B without issue, the overall condition left something to be desired.

The pick-up process was fairly easy but the car did squeak and grind due to the mileage. Used a lot of gas. Before I left the airport we modified my agreement for a daily rate to cover the time I would have the car and I was still charged almost $100 more than what was negotiated when I returned the car. Be very careful what you agree to and what the rate is on your contract.
