Renting online was fast and easy, and I even received a follow up call to check if I might want to choose a different vehicle. The associate who called me was friendly and professional. Thanks! Picked up the car the next day. It was clean, gassed up and ready when we arrived. Ty was the associate who helped familiarize us with the vehicle which was very different from what I am used to driving. He also helped us pair our maps app to the car to make it easy for us to navigate. He was super nice, patient and knowledgeable. Thanks, Ty! When we brought it back, Jazz welcomed us and sincerely asked how everything was with the vehicle. So friendly! Thanks, Jazz! And Matthew helped us with the return.
