I was helped quickly each time, and everyone I dealt with had such a friendly, positive attitude. They even offered transportation to and from the repair shop, which honestly felt above and beyond. Customer service like that is rare these days. I've rented from other Enterprise locations before, and this one was by far the best experience I've had. I really value not having to wait around to be helped and each visit here, they got me in and out in a timely fashion. Even when I called in with questions, they were patient, kind, and made everything easy. I'll absolutely recommend this location to friends and family and will definitely rent from them again.

Luckily we were near an exit, so we drove to the nearest Enterprise hoping to switch cars. Unfortunately, because it was a holiday weekend, they only had a small car that couldn't accommodate our family. The only location with a bigger lot that had our same size vehicle was the Phoenix Airport, which was about thirty minutes away. We didn't mind the drive since we wanted to check out the city anyway. The main thing I want to highlight is their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They made sure we were taken care of and did their best to accommodate us in every way. I wish I had gotten every person's name who helped us in AZ, but I want to give a special shoutout to Naomi at Warm Springs. I hope I heard her name right. She was such a sweetheart over the phone and made sure we were comped for the extra day, since we wouldn't make it back in time to drop off the vehicle because of the swap. I will never rent anywhere else. I rented from Avis for years and there is no comparison to the customer service I received from Enterprise.

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!!…read more Rent here with extreme caution. I was given a car that was already in awful shape -- dirty, dented, scratched, and missing exterior plastic. I asked about it at pickup and was told all existing damage was documented. After returning the car, I was suddenly charged over $300 for supposed roof damage. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told maybe it was a deposit ??? yet the charge still went through. No one could clearly explain what I was being charged for, and I received conflicting answers from different employees. To make matters worse, Enterprise says they cannot provide before or after photos of the alleged damage because the car is no longer on site. Charging a customer hundreds of dollars with no proof and no clear explanation is unacceptable. This entire experience felt disorganized and ridiculous. I would not recommend this location or really this company in general after reading other reviews of people having similar experiences. This seems like a big scam.

It was around 330pm and the First rental we "picked" we drove off the lot and within a couple…read moreminutes of driving, it started pulling to the right. We immediately turned around and returned it. There were maybe two other vehicles on the lot. We went with the Nissan Rogue 2024 that was setting there which had over 50,000 miles on it. We headed out for a short road trip and when we were returning, and about 1 hour and 10 minutes from home, multiple mechanical malfunction warnings went off on the screen, the vehicle lost power, and the whole thing began shaking. By the grace of God we were right before an exit that had one gas station and that was it. We were able to make it to an old gravel area safely thank God. The vehicle would not drive over a few mph. We called Enterprise to report the issue-all the while we had our dogs with us and it was beginning to get dark out. An employee by the name of Jamara assisted us with getting a replacement vehicle and a tow for their faulty vehicle. The problem we had with her was her lack of apology, lack of empathy, and her "I really don't care attitude." She kept telling us "you have to come to the closest location and pick up the vehicle since you're 51 miles away from the closest Enterprise and it will be 4-6 hours of a wait." It was her attitude needless to say. I was uneasy and upset while sitting in the middle of nowhere not knowing if she really set up a tow and a replacement vehicle as she finally stated she would while pretty much cutting us off and hanging up. Had she of been professional, I would have been at ease. We told her we were stranded- and we had NO way of getting to an Enterprise for a replacement vehicle. I think those people working phones should have to live a day as a tow truck driver OR be stranded to experience the fear of being stranded in a sketchy area. After 3.5 hours while now sitting in the dark in a broken down vehicle, we received a call from a tow truck driver named chuckie who assured us he was trying to help us by making everything smooth for us to get us home- and that he had our replacement vehicle. He was truly our angel that night. In the end we were rescued. It was a very frightening experience being out in the desert in a sketchy area, but I was thankful it took 3.5 hours and not 6 hours to be rescued. With this being said- yes we were stranded and we will think twice before renting another vehicle. I also researched this vehicle and it has many mechanical issues.

I had her reserve a car over a month ago for two days, then we went with three days.. 9 am the car was supposed to be delivered to the resort- Unfortunately, the person that she made the arrangements, had left the company and did not change the agreement ...(car was to be delivered Wednesday).. So bummed because we had to wait and didn't get the car until 10.. which messed up our day of plans.. Finally got the car !! Hope there is better training for these kind of situations...
