I had reserved a Toyota Camry or similar, but when I arrived, I was informed that they didn't have any sedans available at the moment. Instead, they upgraded me to a 2025 Chevy Trailblazer crossover SUV at the same price :) Since the office was closed on Monday for the holiday, I was initially told that I would need to pay for an extra day because I wouldn't be able to return the car until Tuesday. However, they advised me to speak with the manager or staff when I returned the vehicle since the situation wasn't my fault. The car itself was practically brand new, very clean, and performed great throughout our trip. When I returned the car at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, I explained the situation to the employee assisting me. He immediately told me that I would only be charged for the days I actually used the vehicle. Since I returned it first thing in the morning, they waived the additional day's charge without any hassle. Overall, my experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, honest, and accommodating, and the rental process was quick and easy. Shoutout to Hector for always being a great manager!!…read more Around summer of last year my insurance got me a big 'ol SUV to use and I told Hector that I wasn't comfortable with driving something big so he told me he could get me something smaller when it comes in; got me a nice sedan that same day and had for almost a month and if it wasn't for him I would've been miserable driving that SUV. Fast forward to last week he remembered me from last time and the same scenario played out; got an SUV, told him I wasn't comfortable with it, told me to wait and he got me another sedan!! Hector definitely is that guy that has your back! All you need is a bit of patience and some communication. Emphasis on the patience cus it's a rental place, stuff happens, you can't expect everything to happen on time/perfectly. And please be nice to the staff, it goes a long way!! Not to mention they also do drop offs which is nice, as long as it's not too far!!

I rented a Rav4 2024 while my Rav4 2025 is being serviced. The staffs were super friendly and knowledgeable of their cars on the lot. Interior of the store is pretty much empty. They told me to have a seat while they're preparing the rental car. There's 5 chairs that's awkwardly placed against two walls. Would be cool if they included a couch and coffee table rather than an empty floor. Had good experience renting a car here.

When I asked for help a taller black male stands at 6 ft and taller the representative I spoke with responded very casually and directed me to retrieve my items, as if we were just buddy buddies, leaving me on my own rather than offering assistance. This was surprising, especially given that I observed a much more attentive and accommodating approach moments later when he assisted other customers, overhearing their conversation their conversation and they had common ground that his spouse is Nigerian, I was left with some bitterness, and appalled. The lack of consistency and professionalism stood out and left me feeling overlooked as a customer. When I returned the keys, there was no acknowledgment or thank you, have a nice day,, which added to the overall discomfort of the interaction. I've worked in sales and customer-facing roles for many years, and professionalism and consistency matter. While Dee provided excellent service, the experience as a whole could benefit from better customer engagement and awareness from all staff members. I recorded all their info and brought it up with two people - one guy, big black dude who clearly goes to the gym regularly. He brought his manager over, small little white dude. Little white dude starts scraping at the "damage" with his fingernail and the scuff comes right off. He tells me there's no issue so I leave. Well today I get an email from Enterprise threatening to sue me if I don't give them my insurance information because the car was reported as "damaged or a total loss". Well guess what, shitheads? I have pictures of this "damage or total loss"! Nothing more than a scuff that again came off when the little white dude scraped his nail across it. You guys want to do this? Fine. Then we'll play the hard way since I told you jerkoffs I had the other person's information and recorded the situation. And to top it off, they threw away my dog's stepstool. She has bad hip dysplasia so I made a custom stool for her to get into the car with. I accidentally left it in the trunk, and when I went back to retrieve it, it was gone. Since this is part of the Marriott Hotel, it means you can return 24x7 (except for the holidays when they are closed). All the other non airport locations usually does not allow returns if they are closed. We rent from this location frequently and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this Hertz location if you need to rent a car.

Another lady came in and could tell we were frustrated, so she made a phone call once she heard how long we were waiting. The guy on the phone said, "he was on his way back," which was very vague. At this point it was 5:50 and still no show. Finally at 5:57 pm he showed up and I let him know I had been waiting an hour and he didn't even give me a simple sorry. I asked for his managers number and he seemed so careless that I was frustrated. I definitely don't recommend this Avis/budget at all!!! Oh and too add to all this.
