Since the beginning of this year, I've been coming here for all my car audio needs. The staff is real helpful, especially the owners! I got a radio for my car and they installed it for me. I asked them when I decide to get a newer car, they would transfer the radio for me, and they did! Of course, the newer car I had needed additional parts, and without any hassles, they ordered the parts for me and set up an appointment to come back and finish the installation. Day of the appointment, they were ready for me! The radio I got was a Pioneer unit, and one of its features was AppRadio mode, which needed a special cable to work! I asked if they had the cables and they did! This place has everything car audio! I know they also do tire and wheel services, so I'll probably be getting my cars new shoes here too. read more

Recently I got a BMW 320i and I was looking for a place to have the window tint. After reading reviews of many place I decided to go to AVS Motoring. Well first I contacted Abel through the yelp app and he was more than happy to set up an appointment for me to take the car in according to my schedule. I show up to the place and Abel itself greeted me. Then he explained to me what types of tints he offered, he show me some facts about the differences between the types of tints he has and why should I consider to spend a few extra dollars if I were to choose the best tint of them all. I chose the ceramic type of tint, the reason is because I wanted my car not to just look nice but to keep the heat out so when I get in its cool and ready to go. If you just want your car to look nice then choose the non ceramic, but trust me a little extra dollars spent on the ceramic will keep your car's interior from cracking because if the heat. Took in our 2004 Honda Accord for a radio swap out. It had the AC module connected to the radio/CD which I though it would be a major problem and expensive. . They said no problem, and also did our tinting at the same time. The price was unbelievable low because its what I paid normally for tint job in a different place. I got rims for my explorer and tint , they have the best prices I'm town period , Rick always takes care of me and is very honest and knowledgeable and won't take advantage of anyone especially woman !Rick is the man ! Honestly the workers at AVS are very helpful and are willing to work with you to get a good price on what you want. Took my car here a few weeks ago to get it tinted. When meeting Abe and Rick, they were really cool people and showing me that they are more than just business. Before the work was performed on my car, they texted me 2 pictures of minor scuffs of the car. That was fine. After the work was done, I noticed that there were new scratches on the car and they claimed that it was there before they started but didn't send me those pictures? Weird. They told me to go back to the dealer where I got my car to tell them to fix it or reimburse me. LOL. Two weeks after letting the car sit in the sun so all the air bubbles can go away, it doesn't. Took it back to them to ask if they can remove it but they couldn't because the film was creased not air bubbles. Asked them when I can get that done and was told to wait another week to see if it'll go away (Which it didn't) and if I couldn't live with it, then bring it back. He explained the process of removing it and applying new film will take more than 5 hours to do so. The way he made it seem was like they didn't want to do it. I wouldn't trust them touching my car again after the scratches that were made on my car and wanting to blame the dealer. OWN UP TO IT. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone ever again. read more

They answered the phone and right away asked if I could be put on hold, they didn't even let me answer before continuing their conversation with someone else. Throughout their conversation they were cussing like a sailor talking about investments and selling homes and whatever other nonsense they were talking about. Then when they finally picked up the phone I told (her, I think) that they have really crappy customer service and she should not be cussing like that in a business environment. And she stated she wasn't talking to me. It doesn't matter who you are talking to you! I called a business act like a business!!! Took both of my vehicles ( 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 and 2012 Honda Civic ) in for new car stereos. I was given a price for (2) JVC stereos, steering control switches and dash kits. After setting up appointment Abe was not able to get one of the stereo so he decided to upgrade and the price did not change. The installation was fast and professional on both vehicles. orrible service. Went for a cheap basic alarm that cost $173. They messed with the turn signals and hazard lights. I had to go back 3 times for them to fix them. Claimed my switch was bad but it turned out a fuse was put on incorrectly by them a d tried to blame me. Additionally my pickup makes a loud noise when accelerating after they put their hands on it. The service oil light blinks now as well. They refused to look into that and gave the run-around claiming there's no mechanic when there was several. They left wire clippings as well.
