Best massage of my life. Lia is a body reader with her hands. Knots that were impossible to release with others, she is able to release with ease. Lia was easy to book with and very communicative through the whole process. She also gave me advice what to do after the massage for preventative care, and you can tell she genuinely care about each person she treats like you are a friend. I think I found my Massage Therapist for life. Parking was easy to get to around the back of the office. This looks like a new office which is on the corner ECR and Curtner, so turn into Curtner and the parking lot is right there. read more

I had an awful experience at the spa and i would highly not recommend it to anyone. It was my first time coming into this location, we previously go into their other location that has closed now. Firstly, the massage therapist did a terrible job and refused to listen to what i was saying when I told her it the pressure was too hard, she continued with the same pressure, I already have a chronic back issue and it made it so much worse but that was still okay it happens, but the problem arose when i went to pay. I was in a rush since i had to get somewhere, I asked the receptionist if i could get the venmo to tip, she gave it to me and i opened it and decided to pay when i got into my car. This lady followed me to my car and kept telling me to pay right now, and stood there and would not let me in the car, I literally felt harrassed, i told her im in a rush and i will send the tip as soon as im in the car (I have done that previously without any issues), she kept insisting i come in and tip with a credit card, i told her i have my venmo open i just need to get somewhere, however she continued to harrass me and told me to come in to tip with a credit card and tip at this moment. I have never felt more uncomfortable ever. This lasted for about 15 minutes. I honestly did not want to tip with this behavior but i felt as if it was unfair so i tipped 15%. I always tip 20% or more but this situation made me so uncomfortable. Half an hour later, this lady calls me and tells me to tip more, i told her that i was not satisfied with the service at all as now im more sore than i was before and her behavior really shook me, she continued to guilt trip me and tell me that people pay more than 25% and i should do more. this went back and forth for another 10 minutes. I understand the tip culture especially with these services, but it should be understandable that tipping is optional and no one should be harrassed or bullied into tipping. And mind you, this was all at around 10pm. It is safe to say i will never go there again .I never write reviews but this is so unacceptable and i would not want anyone to go through this.
