I was completely blown away by the amazing customer service i received at Autobahn collision center. I worked with Darren which exceeded my expectations in every degree. The price was good but the customer service was amazing. How often does someone take pictures of your car and sends them to you daily while it was being repainted and repaired? I received daily updates on status via text along with pictures. Over the top. My car (M3 BMW) was seen due to being "keyed" and they not only repaired it to new condition but also buffed out the other scratches. I received my car back in the time promised, at the price quoted, and even promised a return detail in 30 days for them to recheck everything they did. I can't recommend them high enough and will certainly use them again if I'm unfortuante enough to have an accident or another "keying" incident. I should add that the receptionists are amazing; super friendly and helpful. Really represents a class operation like this in its best light. read more

Brought my BMW M4 here when it was rear ended while it was parked. This was a recommendation from my dealer. Although my representative kept me updated constantly and the staff at Autobahn was pleasant and made sure I always had a rental car available for me, my rear bumper had to be repainted 4 times to even get close to the original color and in the end, I finally took my car but I was far from satisfied. If only I could give less than one star to them. I dropped off my car on Dec 29 and its been close to two months with no solution at all. They opened up my car without making sure they have the parts and did not even inform that they are not getting parts for one month, kept giving wrong dates and I have spent 10-15 hours on phone asking them where my car is. If they did not have the parts, they should not have dis-assembled it without getting information on parts. I am paying for my lease and have lost more than $1,000 as of now with no ETA on when I will get my car. Beware and dont go to this center. Frauds! read more

Brought my BMW car in to repair front bumper and paint the rear tow hook cover that went missing which I purchased from BMV. Adan estimate was for the front bumper repair only and no charge for the cover. Brought the car in the next day and had it back by Friday that week. I own a 2009 911 Porsche Carrera and I had the front bumper and rear bumper worked on at this shop. Melissa, Brandy and Gilbert Mendoza were courteous, professional, and friendly. They took the time to explain all aspects of the project and left me with the feeling of truly having been cared for. I am very pleased with my decision to use them. They do quality work and are very clean and correct with their repairs. My friend had her Mercedes AMG done here and later an Audi A6... So I have personal experience with 3 separate projects which were completed here. All 3 projects were done to our satisfaction. Don't hesitate to use this place, I was very discerning in my selection of a shop. The last thing I want is something to be done wrong or damaged in the process of being repaired.
