My favorite place! My go-to is the bourbon vanilla latte, but everything is tasty. Fellow vegans: you can get a PSL here (seasonally). I love that they have so many alt milk options, including oat milk. They offer heaps of Bronze Cafe baked goods (most of which are vegan) too. So we live almost 8 miles from this place, me and my sister went the other day around 1430, not too crowded maybe total 6 people in the room, i ordered the usual hibiscus dream light ice, dang when we got its the tea is half an inch from the top minus the light ice e felt that we just waste our time going in here. We live down the street and have been loyal customers ever since the tea time days. My current obsessions: DIRTY CHAI -- chai latte with espresso. They make their chai from scratch and it's BY FAR the best chai I've had in town and the only place (that I know of) where you can get unsweetened/non-dairy chai. I like mine double dirty (two shots) with almond milk, zero sweet. GOLDEN LATTE -- tumeric latte. I get mine with oat milk and only one pump of the bourbon vanilla GREEN EYE - matcha latte with espresso. I get mine zero sweet with oat milk. It's the PERFECT work morning drink with lots of caffeine, but it hits you so smoothly and doesn't give the the jitters. If you're unsure of what to order, just ask the staff what they recommend for your palate. They have everything here from sweet teas to mild and earthy lattes, from strong to light. One of the best spots to get Vietnamese iced coffee. It's not super sweet nor super bitter. I also like their milk tea, Hong Kong tea, and Thai tea. The vibe of this shop is minimal/hipster. There's two tables with 6 seats if you want to study or chit chat. But there's also little sofas/ loves seats there too if you're trying to read. My only suggestion is to have more plug ins for the sitting bar! They also have a new reward system that just uses your number. No more messy paper system. I've coming to this spot ever since I was in high school. Of course back then it was called Tea Time and all of my friends and I came here for the delicious snacks. I had many good memories here. Imagine my dismay, when I learned Tea Time was closing. I was absolutely heartbroken. Later on, it was replaced by Aware. I can only say I was impressed. They ditched many of their snacks and went to achieve a more natural, healthy alternative. And you can definitely taste the difference. Their peach fruit tea now is actually made of blended peach, while in the past it was basically syrup. The same goes for much of their menu. My personal favorite, the Jasmine Mule, is a tea take on the alcoholic "mule." Basically, its made of ginger beer, jasmine tea, lime, mint and sugar. It is perfection. Of all the boba spots this is my favorite drink. However, my opinion does waver even though I give Aware four stars ( the reason its not five). They seem to go through staff fairly frequently and the consistency of my drinks quality wavers. My jasmine mule, instead of being my crisp refreshing drink, can be overly bitter, or flavorless, or even one time gross. I hope they don't fluctuate in quality for too long because I love Aware and I want to keep coming. read more

I was ecstatic to find out that they have an rewards app. It made ordering easy and obtaining points was easier. Most reward apps take what feels like an eternity to earn any rewards. Not this one. One of the workers had called me not too long after receiving my order that one of the donuts were no longer available. They were nice enough to either replace it with a different donut or provide a refund. I took the refund. Quick response. Upon arriving, there was some confusion. I had expected as much because my sister and I share similar first names. Our drinks were ready by the time we got there. It was the donuts where the confusion went. She ended up with the last of the Vietnamese Coffee Mochi Donuts. It didn't bother me too much since my sister was more than happy enough to share with me. The worker that was assisting us felt sorry about the mix up so technically I lacked 2 donuts due to no more being available. She was nice enough to give me an extra Matcha and 2 free drinks. She felt bad about the situation. She didn't have to go that far but she did out of kindness. With the way the world is these days, one doesn't come across such service that often. It was much appreciated. I wish I had asked for her name because she definitely deserves a raise to go that far for any customers. Food/Drink: Having lived in Hawaii for the past 5 years, a mochi donut isn't just any donut. If made right, it had a bit of a bite then a nice chew in the middle due to the use of rice flour. I've tried another mochi donut shop here in Las Vegas but they were just too sweet in every way. But the ones here were just perfect. The Lavender Earl Grey Tea Mochi Donut paired wonderfully with the Honey Lavender Coffee Smoothie that I got. I was ecstatic to find out that the almond milk that they use is of a creamy texture and not of the watery texture. Knowing that much, spending the extra $0.75 for the almond milk was totally worth it. The drink wasn't too sweet and not too much lavender. The coffee wasn't overpowering. It was a match made in heaven in a drink. It being a smoothie it was well mixed to the point of no ice chunks to be found. Loved that real matcha powder was used for the Matcha Mochi Donuts. The Vietnamese Coffee Mochi Donut tasted just like a Vietnamese Coffee and had a bit of a salty bite which I didn't mind. The Mango Coconut tasted like a nice ripe mango with a bit of desiccated coconut. My only opinion on the mango would be that it might be better if the coconut were slightly toasted just to give it a different dimension of flavor to it. My sister and her family enjoyed their donuts and drinks just as much as I did. My niece is quite picky when it comes to sweets so seeing her enjoy the donut more than the the from the other shop made me realize coming here was a better choice. She had even had a little bit of my drink which she also enjoyed. My brother-in-law had a taro milk tea and had no complaints. My sister had their wintermelon tea. She's never had wintermelon before but went with it because it used real wintermelon and would be something new to her. I tried it and tasted like what I've had before. It was quite sweet but real wintermelon is sweet. Knowing milk had been added helps mellow out the sweetness a bit. She didn't hate it but it wasn't what she had expected it to be. Overall, it would be a place we would definitely come back to. Sadly not sure when as we're from SoCal and are in Vegas for a vacation. Nonetheless will definitely make sure to come back whenever we get the chance to. It was worth the wait and drive in every way. Hopefully then I can try their other drinks and donuts. read more

I'm really excited I found this place! All of our favorite Boba places are farther away. So I'm excited to finally have something really good in the centennial area. I love Earl Grey tea so I was excited to see they had it has a milk tea option. It was delicious and didn't disappoint. They also have assorted pastries, although I didn't try anything during my visit. One of my favorite things is the atmosphere and Decour of the place. Everything is very clean and it has a simple modern design. But the best part is the couches. They are so soft! It's the perfect place to sit and hang out. I normally have my 11-month-old with me, and it was a great place for me to meet up with one of my friends. It was comfortable and my daughter had the freedom to walk around and be active and I was able to focus on my conversation. This is definitely going to be my new favorite hang out! read more

I went to aware with my book club, not knowing that the space was a bit limited. The way the chairs are set up in there is very awkward, especially since it was pretty packed. The staff was super friendly, and helpful when I was trying to decide on which drink to go for. I got a iced bourbon vanilla. I don't know what it was, but I wasn't blown away. Then my friend got one of the grilled cheese sandwiches. It wasn't melted all the way and it was very basic bread, cheese, mushrooms with some lettuce on the side for a 'salad'. Avoid this place. I have been here 4 times at least. The first time I loved it. The avocado toast, side salad, and bourbon vanilla latte were all very good. The second time I came it was a little more than an hour before they were going to close. I wanted my usual avocado toast and bourbon vanilla tea. The guy working there told me they ran out of food. The third time they packed up my food in a to go box even though I said it was for here. I asked for a plate so I could cut my avocado toast. I got the plate along with some lovely attitude. Today I went and the girl told me they ran out of the bourbon vanilla. I chose something else to drink and ordered my avocado toast with the lemon ginger dressing. Not only did they run out of the bourbon vanilla, they ran out of the lemon ginger dressing. Nice. I gave them more chances than most people would. There are so many other great places for coffee. My favorite coffee place in Vegas. They're so nice a friendly and have fun lattes to choose from. My favorite is the iced mint mojito latte with oat milk 25% sweet. I adjust the sweetness because I think their drinks are on the sweeter side. The mint mojito comes with actual mint leaves in the latte and they use the strawless sippy tops for iced drinks here. This cafe really does have a good variety of drinks. I never tried the whole menu but I do love their teas. Their syrups and purées are definitely not your average unhealthy sweeteners! I'd recommend trying the Yuzu Lychee. I didn't really hear much rave about their food, but I am a fan of the Mediterranean sandwich and their new Mochi donuts. My favorite one is definitely the matcha & the white chocolate pecan. I feel like the donut is a must if you plan on getting a drink. It's actually new on their menu! So if you're feeling kinda hungry, give their sandwich and donut a shot. But the reasoning for the 4 stars would be due to the miscommunication and the way reservations ran. This part of the review is to not make the place sound bad, but to simply give feedback that may help prevent other customers from being upset and uncomfortable. So I walked in today (not aware of the reservations) and ordered a drink & food to dine in. Upon my ordering, I was asked which table I was sitting at. I point at the table and was told that table is for a reservation. I asked if I could sit at another table that was open. I was told I could and also asked if I wanted to make that table as a reservation. So I said yes. At first I ask if I could sit at that reserved table and move when it was time to be occupied, but it was easier to just move to an open non reserved table and have it reserved under me. So I sat at the open table (that I got asked to reserve) to finish homework and an exam. A couple hours later, the cafe is full. No tables available. Customer walks in and claims they had a reservation but they noticed it was a full house. The lady at the register states, "But you guys have a reservation. So..." I'm over here in the middle of a timed exam trying to focus and thinking I should be okay as I was told I had reserved the table & was not told that, that table would be due for another customer at another time. However that wasn't the case. Next thing you know the owner of the cafe waves at me and tells me about the situation. I told him I'd finish what I was doing, but I also noticed that the customers were staring and waiting already. There was no way I was gonna skim through the rest of my timed assignment. I was put in an uncomfortable situation where I didn't want ask if I can finish my exam (It was 150 questions and I was on question 30, lol) and have the customers wait (cause it's also not their fault and they shouldn't have to wait for a reservation). So I gathered my things quickly and left. I also didn't finish my Mochi donut as I was just so in a hurry to leave (cause I just felt uncomfortable to take my time, while I knew people were eyeing and waiting for me to leave that table.) It would have been nice to be informed of how long tables are reserved for or to be told that the next guests are arriving soon for that table. As most people stay for hours at a cafe to do work or study. It also gives them time to figure out it if they're even able to start and finish what they need to do within that time frame. But the worst part that made me more uncomfortable is the fact that I could hear the lady state "But you guys made a reservation, so..." (she said it loudly & idk if it was to capture everyone's attention who was sitting down or if she just talks loud?) and mostly everyone at the cafe looked up. the cafe is small, it's not hard to hear what's going on around you. So while the owner came up to speak to me, I felt and seen the other customers looking at me. But overall, besides that incident I'd still recommend this place to family and friends. What a great place and near me too! Great espresso and great drip coffee! They use a Guatemalan roast. The staff were super helpful for it being my first time here. They make their syrups in house.
