They were prompt with service, coming the afternoon of the day I called. Needed help with both dish washer-not filling with water & washing machine that seemed to be out of balance. Found that dish washer needs to be used more often (we hand wash!). He checked it thoroughly & ran it through a complete cycle while checking on the washing machine. The out of balance issue was due to felt "feet" that our flooring contractor installed to protect the new floors. Can't believe they made such a difference in the operation of the machine.
