They were prompt with service, coming the afternoon of the day I called. Needed help with both dish washer-not filling with water & washing machine that seemed to be out of balance. Found that dish washer needs to be used more often (we hand wash!). He checked it thoroughly & ran it through a complete cycle while checking on the washing machine.
