AWP installed a Watts water softener and filtration system about 2 years ago. Adli promised to replace the water filters free of charge for the first service. After many requests, they dropped the replacement filters at my doorstep. I have been trying to reach them to help install the filters but have had no success. I had the installation done recently and everything went fine; they were efficient and cleaned up after themselves post. Great system ! Everything was working great and we had a small issue with leaking from a tube insertion site underneath the sink a few weeks after installation. After calling AWP systems, Adli came out and assessed the problem within 30 minutes on a random Sunday which was great; problem was fixed within a few days after the right part was identified. The customer service by Adli at AWP was outstanding/amazing and they have stood by the customer in a time of need even when it wasn't convenient. We bought softener system and reverse osmosis system about 7 months ago. When we had questions about maintenance, Adli response was timely. He visited our house on weekend and helped with what we need to know. And good news is this system maintains itself for most part and needs very little maintenance. Reverse osmosis is once a year changing cartridges - maintenance service they provide for free. Water softening system is every 5 years or so, as long as we keep adding salt when needed to brine tank. read more

Water is so hard in Pleasanton so after two years without treatment we've decided to add whole house treatment and softening system. I found AWP from yelp and it turned out to be a pretty good choice. From making an appointment to having system installed the next day, they were very efficient and professional. Adli and his team was very helpful. They are very flexible in term of working around your schedule. At the time they came to do the installation, I had the backyard foundation put in at the same time. I was able to ask them just to come in and install the line so that I don't waste times while waiting for a few days for the foundation to cure. They were glad to do it even on a short notice. We got the water purification system from this guy and during the installation he promised 4 years filter changes, every 6 month manual verification. Nothing turned out to be true, they never came to change filters and never answered any of our calls. The go to guy Adli even recognizes the phone numbers and ignores the calls. And when called their front desk they say they would send someone in a day or two but they will never come. Not sure what is the problem with them. Do not go with them, they are very different from other companies but not their prices. They are just offering the system for 350 to 500 dollars less and not sure if they are using any good products. Get piece of mind by paying a little more. read more

Honestly this company has a great product, so for that they deserve at least 3 stars. The issue is their pressure marketing. My advice, and I am a customer, is to stop offering "discounted " pricing for a Yelp review. I believe it is against Yelp principles to coerce customer into giving good reviews. Just deliver your product and let it speak for itself. When a salesperson does a pressure sales pitch, it's a turn-off. read more

I've had this water system for 2 weeks now and am on well water with a hardness level of 23. No more spots, fresh taste and good ice thanks to the RO system and UV light. Adli was easy to work with and very responsive. Brought top notch plumbers as well. I am the kind of guy that prefers top quality but take forever to make a decision. Was between AWP and Kinetico, went with AWP because the experience was better overall while costing about 40% less. It is a pro to also have a system that any dealer can services vs just one dealer. Found AWP water systems on yelp and requested a quote. Adli called me back immediately and scheduled a time within a matter of few days. I spoke with few other water purification companies before speaking to Adli and none of them were able to install the softener and said it was not possible with structure of our home. False estimates, False promises. Sales guy promises one thing, plumbers do different. They yell at customers too. They do respond to the calls but never fix the issues. Adil supposed fix several issues, he never did. He says product is great, I reported a product issue, but he never fixed. Bad experience. Lost the happiness of buying new home. read more

We had AWP install water softener and water filter any my home about a year ago. It has been working great and had no issues in this last one year. Couple of my neighbours also installed at the same time as us, and had no issues so far. This last sunday we noticed valve connecting upto water-filter under the sink dripping, and I called Adli who promosied me to send some one over first thing on Monday. I was expecting to make another follow up call, if not multiple; But very early in the morning at 8AM there was somebody who stopped by and fixed the valve. I was super impressed by the guy who came for installation. Our house being a Condo/townhome had somewhat difficult water line. But the guy (sorry i dont remember his name) was very professional and his experience showed in his work. The quality of the product is good. Now its been around 4 months and we have had good soft water and good drinking water. I am not a guy who will review very quickly so this review is after i felt that the product is working good. Although i felt the cost was a little higher than the other quote i got, the low maintenance of the product will get that nullified eventually over time. Taking my own sweet time to try out the system and write a review. Adli is the guy if you want to get the water softener installed, its been 6 months now and I have had no complains. No more white residue. The only problem is because of the Sodium in the water the water feels soapy - but this is how artificially softened water feels like, the investment is worth to protect you appliances. The salesperson has gone MIA since installing the system. Promised we would get extra filters which never arrived since the installers don't carry them in stock. The only time they show up is to stick their damn yard signs in my lawn when I'm not home without my permission. I can't think of any vendor that I have hated as much as I hate them. read more
