I remember when they were Alondra hot wings. The food is still amazing and the pizza still hits.

What is happening to this place? It's going from bad to worse! I specifically asked for a double pepperoni pizza and got a pizza with less pepperoni than a Little Caesars pizza! Wings were dry and undercooked; there was pink in the middle of the drumsticks. The service was decent. Our server was friendly, but never asked about the food. I wish she would so I would have told her about the mediocre pizza. read more

The food is pretty good. But the service, is TERRIBLE. It seems like they are understaffed. The servers were polite but they are overwhelmed. It was to busy we waited for a long time to be seated after we were told it was gonna be a "quick" wait. We checked in at about 5:15 and didn't leave until 7:15. You can check the receipt for the time. We were just gonna get quick bite to eat. We ordered a side of veggies. they never came. We also ordered Alondras Beignets. They never came. After being traded off to another server we let her know about our dessert and told us that it was "almost" done. After waiting an additional 15 min and being told three times that it was "almost ready" our server NAYELLY offered us to cancel the order. We politely agreed and we understood that it wasn't her fault it was the server before her fault that forgot to put in the order. After almost 20 min she comes to our table and offers us the beignets at no charge because we waited for so long. I told her no thank you but we would take them to go if they were free. She said of course "YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED" NAYELLY lied and I was charged. I will never come back to this place again. Okay food but terrible service. Alondra Hot Wings has some of the best wings I've had! I came here on a Saturday with my boyfriend. We got there around 4 o'clock and we got seated within 5 minutes. The menu has a good variety of foods that includes wings(of course), burgers, salad, pizza, pasta, and some desserts. We both ordered 12 piece wings. I will say that I wish there was a smaller order of wings to get 2 flavors. They have a 6 piece order but you only get one flavor, so in order to get two flavors of wings you need to order at least 12 wings. I got hot and spicy bbq and my boyfriend got mild and lemon pepper. They also have an option of making your wings extra crispy, which takes a little bit longer but I absolutely loved them! The crisp on those wings was perfect and the flavors were amazing! We also ordered some fries to share and they were really good. They a little bit of an herby taste which I liked. Our waiter was also great! She came back consistently to make sure everything was okay and to refill our drinks. If you're a wing lover, you should most definitely give this spot a try! Great! The manager Arturo was awesome. We let him know it was our first visit and he walked us through the patio and showed us the bar area as well as making sure he let us know about catering. My daughters booster was filthy, the menus had fingerprints, the fries were super bland, my cup of water had floating particles (I had to ask for disposable cup) cups were nasty and super worn out, pizza was super soggy. Haven't been to Alondras since before the pandemic. Sorry to say owenrship has changed and along with it the price, quality, and taste of the food has suffered with it. Our bill was north of $70.00 for a large that should've been a medium at any other place, 3 drinks, and a personal pizza with minimal toppings. The so called large pizza had low quality ingridients and not worth the $27.00 dollars claiming to be a signature pie. My nephew could have cooked a better meal or even a little ceasars pizza is.an improvement over the food. Felt like highway robbery when we saw the food then the bill afterwards. I've been a loyal customer that dates back to the days when Alondra Wings had yet to open this site. As of late the quality of food, the customer service provided had slowly declined. Today will be perhaps the last time for me. Order was incorrectly done, customer service poor, quality of food poor. Carrots that looked like they were cut a few weeks ago, and I get home to a burnt pizza. How can you not see that you have placed a burnt pizza in the box. One of my favorite Alondra's locations. It's never crazy busy like done it the other locations and the service is top notch here. Recently got service from Nallely P (at least that's what the receipt said). She's what all servers should strive to be. First she greeted us with a smile and made sure our both was clean. She offered suggestions but we told her we're frequent customers. I could over hear her making suggestions to other customers and they where on point. She did give us the best dessert suggestion. Just tried placing a phone order. I was on hold for 20 minutes. after 20 minutes I got a recording saying they were closed. I searched their hours online and says they're open until 10 pm. All the delivery and online order services also said they were closed. It wasn't even this bad at the beginning of the Pandemic, this was one of the business that seemed to have it together well. Needless to say I didn't get to place an order. It Seems as if all the recent reviews are bad ones so clearly there's something going on over there.
