My mom got some type of mushroom pasta thing and it was sooo good! The ranch blasted fries didn't taste that great this time around. They were not fresh which really ruined the whole appetizer. So this place is world renown in my friends circle. So I had to check it out. The wait was long , about 45 minutes. There was a chunk of food on our table when we were seated. We ordered one 6 piece "lemon pepper" and one 6 piece "lemon sauce". The lemon sauce wings were delicious along with the fries. The lemon pepper wings were basic. We almost died of thirst but the waitress finally gave me a refill. We were presented with 1 napkin for 2 people eating wings ( do you see the dilema ? ) Oh and no spoon with my side of corn, like am I supposed to use a straw ? I called today and spoke with employee Mayra. I was beginning my order with a total of 75 wings for my team board meeting today, at 3 orders of 25 wings. I wanted to explain to Mayra that I wanted 15 Lemon Pepper, 15 Teriyaki, 15 Hot, 15 Lime Chili, and 15 Thai Chili. She interrupted my order after I said 15 Teriyaki, and told me that I could only order 25 at a time, and that my order total 75 order didn't matter. I asked if there was a way for her to figure it out, and she said NO. I said I was ordering about $250 in food and drinks today, but she insisted she could not help me. I said, are you really going to not help out with a solution and send me to Wing Stop? She said no, and hung up the phone in my face. I called back and asked for the manager, and was given to Olivia (Shift Manager) who was more concerned about telling my why Mayra did and said what she did than helping to find a solution to complete my order. Olivia also said the order had to be placed in flavors of 25 each, and that it was too complicated to assist me. She did give me Mike's name, so I have emailed him... I have only been to the location in Alhambra, and the Paramount store doesn't seem to want to find a solution to simply ordering $250 worth of food & drinks. read more

Came in on a Friday night 12/29, the wait was 30 minutes. Plenty of parking. The service is mediocre at best, nothing to rave about. Took them about 9 minutes after being seated to be asked for drinks. I returned my sodas because both the coke and sprite were watered down with no syrup. They took another 9 before she asked me for my order. They will not serve you without ID- even if your look 103 years old, so don't forget your wallet. I learned that the hard way, luckily my husband came to the rescue and went back home to get it. He's the real mvp!
