I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with Axis Appliance Repair's service, which has been nothing short of a nightmare. Our dryer stopped heating on June 29th, and through our home warranty company, Axis was assigned to handle the repair. What started with a hopeful appointment quickly deteriorated into a series of frustrating experiences that have yet to be resolved. The initial appointment, just four days later, was a small silver lining. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor, and replaced it. Unfortunately, the dryer failed to heat up again after a short run. The technician's revised diagnosis of a faulty regulator led to another repair visit 12 days later, but this too proved ineffective as the dryer continued to malfunction. When Axis returned for a third visit with a new motherboard in early August, it became apparent that the technician was struggling with the diagnosis. After replacing the motherboard, the problem persisted, leading him to resort to watching YouTube videos for troubleshooting--a concerning indication of his lack of expertise. Despite our repeated requests for a different, more experienced technician and a recommendation for a dryer replacement, Axis has refused to take these steps. Instead, they insisted that a new timer switch would solve the problem. By August 16th--six weeks after the initial repair attempt--the same technician returned to replace the timer switch. Yet again, the dryer failed to heat up, and Axis's management has been unresponsive to our repeated pleas for assistance. Our home warranty company is unable to recommend a replacement dryer without Axis's endorsement, leaving us stuck with a non-functional appliance and facing the inconvenience of laundromat visits for nearly two months. Axis's lack of effective resolution, poor communication, and refusal to escalate or recommend a replacement have led to an extremely disappointing customer experience. In summary, we strongly advise against using Axis Appliance Repair. Their service has been inefficient, unprofessional, and fraught with delays. I have never worked with a company this HORRIBLE! I honestly don't know where to start let's just say they've been to my home 4 times attempting to fix my fridge and I am now going on 2 months with no resolve. Parts were suppose to be ordered through Samsung manufacturer warranty and were ordered through EBay. Finally after 2 months the refrigerator was deemed as non repairable. Which is fine this why I have a home warranty the issue now is that they will not send over the form that says my refrigerator is non repairable to my home warranty company so we can finally get this moving along. I call to check the status on this daily and there's always an excuse I need to speak to technician, I need supervisor approval. I'm literally getting the run around every time I call. I ask to speak to someone in manger/ supervisor position and conveniently they're never available or out at lunch. I'm also a business owner so to get treated like this has been a complete nightmare. Please RUN do NOT use this company. Not to mention there's a huge language barrier and all 4 times they were at my home they would sit out front and chain smoke cigarettes after I asked them to please stop because I have asthma. Nope they have no respect and clearly not competent to fix refrigerators. I can go on and on about the issues I have had in the past few months dealing with this company but it just really makes me upset to just think about how I've been treated and dismissed during this entire process. One of the worst repair experiences I've ever had. Service person came hours late, spent less than 2 minutes looking at the appliance and ran off barely uttering a word. Was told a new part would come in 5-10 business days. The parts never came in. I spent several months (4+) messaging with their customer team, asking for an update 1-2x per week. After months of runaround with them telling me they were waiting for the part from Frigidaire and them saying they kept checking, I was told that the part was no longer being made. This information was clearly available way earlier, but they never bothered to check with Frigidaire. They also never proactively told me anything, it was only after continually messaging them that they finally told me this. I was refunded less than half of the $300 repair fee. So Alex has been to my home 3 times in less than 30 days. Each time he was courteous polite and professional, he apologized for having to make an additional trip, and I reassured him it was okay it wasn't his fault he has no control over the equipment malfunctioning. Alex was great! He was cordial and respectful. Once the part that we needed for the repair came in and we could make an appointment, the actual time to fix was very quick! A feedback is that I had to call their office both times ahead of the appointments to get a status update of where the technician was. I give 5 stars on what I know. I sent a yelp request, and Axis Appliance answered and provided a quote promptly. And, when I had a question, they were quick to respond and help. They even offered to have a service person come and help me with my sewing machine at home for a flat price no matter the issue except for parts if needed. I bought a new machine instead of fixing my old one, but I bet the service would have been accommodating as well. read more

He came out the initial visit, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and ordered the part needed. He came back out with the parts needed the following week and placed the parts and the washer has been working fine since. Axis Appliance Repair gave me great customer service on the phone and the technician they sent, Dima, was very professional, prompt, and helpful in explaining what repairs were needed. One of the burners on my Kenmore stove shorted out, resulting in the need for three parts to be replaced. Terrible experience! Stay away! Unfortunately, Lowes contracts this company for warranty work, and dealing with them has been a complete nightmare. They consistently fail to answer phone calls and barely respond to text messages. My washer has been out of commission for a month, and all they do is repeatedly order the same suspension part, claiming it will solve the issue. Avoid this service at all costs! read more
