Extremely Unprofessional Company and highly not recommended! This company was assigned to me for a washer repair on April 29, 2024, a week later at technician came out to repair the washer and was unable to. He left and never communicated what the issue was with the washer. I had to call my insurance company to have them communicate to this company to figure out what was going on. It was then discovered that there were parts ordered for the washer so that it could be repaired. Two weeks go by and no update on service repair. I then once again had to reach out to my insurance company for an update. I was told that the parts had not been ordered and that they were going to be ordered and then delivered to my home. The parts came 3 days later from Amazon!!! I had to call the company and let them know that the parts came before they would reschedule a technician come out for repairs. We agreed for a Wednesday afternoon between 1 and 3PM. At 1 PM the company calls me and tells me that the technician has requested help with the service repair and would not be able to come out until Saturday morning. After taking time off of work, this was extremely frustrating. Saturday comes and it is getting close to 1p.m, I called the company and i was told that my appointment was changed to 12 - 3 p.m. and it looks like that the technician would be arriving closer to 3pm. This change happened without communication to me informing me of the change! This was a complete disregard of my time and extremely unprofessional. Iska, the guy who answered the phone and scheduled my original appointment for 10-1 suggested moving my appointment to next Saturday if the hours were not OK for me. What's not OK is for me to go entire month without a washer machine and have to pay outside sources for laundry cleaning and your suggestion is to push my service further out!!! I requested to speak with a supervisor (Irene) for the poor service received and of course there is no one available to speak. It's obvious that English is not a first language when it comes to the workers in this company and the barrier makes it extremely difficult to communicate the level of frustration there is and explaining their lack of professionalism. I will never use this company again and I highly suggest you don't either. read more

Frankly we feel it's unprofessional to neither have the equipment necessary at hand nor send at least two technicians to do the job together. We called Frigidaire to send someone to repair an overhead microwave, and this is the second time Axis Appliance was involved in our service requests to Frigidaire. Once again, the technician requested help from us, from a simple platform to reach the hood over the stove, to requiring help to install cables. We don't see the reason in not sending more technicans, as it would be difficult to always assume correctly that every client at home would be able to help in whatever regard with the service. However, this is less of an issue compared to the following. Lastly, the screws used to install the appliance from inside the hood cabinet are slightly damaged. If the microwave becomes problematic in the future, it will then be more difficult to remove and re-install the microwave. We're not very content with the results of the repair and the method. read more

My freezer broke and manufacturer couldn't come out for 3 weeks because they were backed up, they suggested to call Axis and I did. Technician came out and diagnosed the issue as a control board and inverter block problem. I bought both items $200+ and replaced it myself, but the freezer didn't work. I called them back and they came out again, but now the technician said it's the temperature adjusting knob that's broken. I called the office and told them I don't trust their technician and I was right. After waiting 3 weeks for the manufacturer, the guy spent 3 minutes diagnosing the issue and about 5 min installing the part that ended up being the wiring harness. And yes I put all the old parts back, but couldn't return the items I bought for $200+. So all together this company costed me $300+ and they couldn't even figure out the problem. Dmitrii came out today (Saturday afternoon) and serviced both my refrigerator and dishwasher. He was polite, quick, and efficient. He made sure the appliances were running before he left. My only feedback to Axis is that the communication wasn't as prompt as I had expected. They did state that their text messaging was down so telephoning or email were the only ways to communicate. I spoke to a lady around 1:49pm today and she said someone will be able to come by the same day between 4-5pm. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I called at 5pm and their hours say they close at 5pm. I'm reposted my review, they were consistent about trying to apologize and earn back my business. So I'm rating that to 3 stars for miscommunication or malfunction with booking. My ice maker stopped working. I called the home warranty company and they scheduled an appointment with Axis of Sacramento. The tech came out on July 10th. He had to order the part and came back on August 11th to repair it. He took everything apart and used a suction vac and the next day the ice maker was working as it was when I purchased it. AXIS sent a technician a day before Thanksgiving to check the error code on my Refrigerator. The appointment was immediate and Kos diagnosed and determined that it needed a new ice maker fan. He informed me that the part will need to be ordered. A little over a week later I received a call that the part arrived and I was able to schedule an appointment. I received a call that Kos was on the way with a given timeframe. Replacement install did not take long and was completed today. He told me to give Axis a call if I encounter any issues with the replacement part. Kos was very professional and friendly, and provided the best customer service on both visits! read more

Horrible customer service! Stay away! Unfortunately, Home Depot contracts this company for warranty work. My mother has had four appointments to fix the specialty ice maker in her LG Refrigerator and they just don't show up. Dealing with them has been a complete nightmare. They came out once and replaced the wrong ice maker. Now she can't get them to show up for scheduled and confirmed appointments. Do not use this company! Again, I am not the client, my mother is, see second paragraph above. She had an appointment today between 1 and 3, and for the 4th time no one showed up to fix her LG ice maker. Your company had the part shipped to her house and now no one will show up to install it. read more

Do not use this company for an appliance repair, unless you want frustration and to waste your time and money. I called for an experienced repair technician to come repair my gas oven that was not lighting until the second or third attempt. Although it seems like it would start, with the fan running, it would not heat up. The technician came and fiddled with the dials attempting to turn the oven on several times. It did finally turn on and start heating up and he said he didn't see the problem. I said the problem is that it won't start heating up until the second or third attempt at lighting it. His English was not good and he did say a couple of times that he wasn't understanding me. At one point, he said it might be the igniter and stuck a screwdriver in a couple of places attempting to pull up the bottom of the oven. He quickly gave up though, and said he didn't see the problem. For this, he charged a $90 diagnostic fee. When I spoke with the office while he was still at my house, they said he would come back to the office and speak to someone more experienced, to see if they had a recommendation. I never heard back, so afterafter a few days I called again. This person also told me that he would speak to someone and see what could be done. I told them that I did not feel I should pay a $90 diagnostic fee for someone to come and tell me that he didn't see a problem. I never heard back. He clearly had no idea what he was doing and there was no follow up with anyone else. It was a complete waste of my time and $90. I would suggest avoiding this company at all cost. read more

Kos did a great job. He told me that my outlets r out and I need an electrician to fix them. My dishwasher needs control Board, a new one on the top Display. I need an electrician for outlets and the fish control board needs to be changed. The fridge is up a running because he fixed it. The other two: dishwasher and range was not fixed. read more

Horrible experience - scheduling office called 10 minutes before appointment time telling me they need to reschedule and not giving any reason. Rescheduled for 2 days later 3pm-6pm and they called at 7:50am telling me technician will be here in a few minutes and had nothing to say when I told him our scheduled time. Technician came and had no idea which appliance he was looking at or what was wrong so I had to go over everything. All he did was scroll his phone on LG's website on reviews and suggested reasoning for my reported issues. I could have done that on my own and not taken off work. My water dispenser taste of strong chemicals after I flushed out 4x the recommended amount when installed and the kitchen sink water taste better. The technician said it must be new water line that was installed then changed his mind and said LG's water filter are different and filter out different things than other filters? So, LG makes the water taste worse??? Extremely frustrated at this point. My dishwasher over heats melted containers that I have washed for years, smells when clean, when wash is done it is soapy and wet inside and does not wash or dry dishes. He had no answers and said everything seems to be working fine and next time don't use soap so I won't have that issue with having soapy bubbles on the bottom (when it should be clean and dry). For the over heating issue and melting containers that are dishwasher safe and washed for years - he said temperature is normal but he's running it for 1-3 minutes? The dishwasher will get hotter if ran on a full cycle of 1 hr (turbo) or 2.45 hrs (normal). So Im left with them not fixing anything, don't use dish soap and temperature is ok nothing to worry about? He order a new ice machine and a dish sprayer thinking it will fix the problems? LG needs to find another company to work with. read more

I bought brand new a pair of Electrolux washers and dryers with installation from Home Depot. Upon delivery, they didn't have lifting straps to carry the units upstairs. They left the units in the garage. That was a huge mistake. The 48 hour window to return to Home Depot starts with delivery, not installation. So now I have to deal with Electrolux directly. When HD finally installed, right out of the box the dryer sounded like it was drying a bunch of rocks. Electrolux scheduled Axis to come repair my brand new dryer. As soon as they scheduled me, I received a confirmation email with a cell phone number. I texted that number my work order number and gave them my gate code. Immediately they responded that they were overbooked, and that they could maybe fit me in later. I offered to pay overtime to get it fixed, but they wouldn't budge. I have no confidence that they will ever show up after reading some of these other reviews. If you're looking for an appliance repair, use these guys if you have weeks to wait. read more
