I can't recommend a better company for pest control. The service is just absolutely amazing! We signed up for the bi-monthly service plan and pay $70 every other month. We had a bit of a fruit fly problem and I called on a Sunday (they are closed weekends) and left a message thinking I'd get a call Monday or Tuesday sometime. They called me back after hours that night and made plans to come out the next day to service our home. We didn't have to pay for that emergency service because it's included in our bi monthly fee we already pay. They guarantee their work and if you have any problems, call and they will take care of it in no time. Every tech we have had come to our home has been so friendly. A huge thanks to Axis for coming out within a couple hours to take a look at a small termite situation by my backyard door, make an assessment and take care of things within literally less than 12 hours! While at it, we realized I had a wasp nest out back. They took care of that in under a week. I've never needed any of these services before so had no clue where to call or go. One of the best companies I have dealt with. Stanley sprayed the outside of our house one day just for a routine spray. A couple of days later, we started getting roaches in the kitchen. We called Axis and Stanley immediately came to the rescue by spraying under our sink. He did not charge us for the second visit. Later on in the day, more roaches came out, so we called Stanley again. He came out immediately and sprayed the whole kitchen plus the bathrooms. He was very quick and friendly. We insisted on paying him, but he declined the offer. Stanley is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Please use this company if you are having problems with insects.
