I think they had just open for the day, but the food was perfect temperature and well done. Everything was perfect. The corn Asada taco probably was my favorite. It was really juicy meat and flavorful one of the best Carne Asada tacos I've had. The service was pleasant pool and typical of a food vendor truck. They managed the line and it's Mike the service went by OK. It's a street fender so as far as the ambience goes, I mean it is what it is, but I didn't come here for that. I came here for the tacos and it did not disappoint. Extremely happy and glad they are a Christian ran business. I definitely like supporting my vocal businesses

I couldn't believe how small the tacos are and especially the shrimp ceviche!! The cup wasn't even the size of my hand. Not worth the price at all. The service was horrible also.! The girl that took my order was rude.! I asked for a sauce in the side and she said "for what??" Uhhh hello it's for my tacos! What else ??? She said ok she'll give me one but guess what, I never got it. I'll even pay for it too but I guess they're too stingy with their sauce. Sorry but my experience was not good. Not worth the price and service was down the drain.

The birria is super tender and imparts every ramen noodle with so much flavor. It's very oily but did not feel overwhelming. Everything else was good too. The horchata agua fresca was not watery or too sweet; I could taste the rice. The loaded fries are great, the burritos and tacos as well. The plain nachos we good too but not as good as everything else. Lots of food for the price. Lots of space and sauces on each table. They were out of hot water unfortunately. The service was great with the waiter coming to ask if we needed anything several times. The walls are filled with pretty decorations and Bible verses; I feel like I'm in Mexico or Spain. They have a drive thru which was quite a surprise; I feel like in person dining has to be the way to go.

When we arrived, the place felt small and intimate, which gave it a cozy vibe. I ordered the chile verde burrito, and my partner had a torta. The burrito, in my opinion, needed a bit more salt it came across a little bland. The torta was okay as well, but nothing really stood out. Overall, the food was decent, just not particularly memorable, especially considering it was slightly pricier than expected. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was incredibly kind and friendly. She even offered to bring our food to the table, which didn't seem to be their usual process. It appeared that guests typically order at the counter and pick up their food themselves, but she went out of her way to take our order tableside and deliver it to us. That level of attentiveness was definitely appreciated. Parking is pretty limited since the location sits on the corner of a main street, so you're probably better off finding street parking nearby.

FINALLY A WELL PRICED DELICIOUS BURRITO IN TOWN!!!! I've tried a lot burritos in the area and…read moresomething is always lacking; but Cocina La Doce got it down to a tee. It's quite small, but feels cozy, welcoming, and authentic. The service was great and I LOVE that I didn't have to ask for the extras, like the salsas, cebollitas, etc. A small act that goes a long way. The cebollitas and jalapeños added on top added flavor to my burrito. It was thoughtful of them to add it on top because it didn't melt the to go plate considering our food was cooked fresh. I'd be lying if I didn't say that was one of my concern; but I was so stoked to know my food stayed warm and tasted so delicious when I made it home. Don't get me started on the salsas! The sazón and variety of spice level is everything for me; so I loved that I had options. From the mildest to the spiciest level salsa, I can say they were all made with some love. My favorite was the most spicy, it was so spicy, but I couldn't stop eating it! Heheh Loved the agua fresca options & that you can also get micheladas there. Lastly, it was well proportioned, I got full with some leftovers, which is always a WIN WIN for me Giving it five stars based on my first experience, will most definitely go back for more in the near future!

My wife had the green chilaquiles topped with birria, and the birria was packed with flavor and incredibly tender. Every bite was delicious. I had the red chilaquiles topped with chorizo, and honestly, they reminded me of the way my mom used to make them. That alone brought back some great memories. I also ordered a small bowl of menudo and... holy shit. This place is fire. To top it all off, it's a Blue Zones Project Approved restaurant, so you can tell they care about quality ingredients as much as great flavor. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Salted caramel latte - I was told it was the favorite flavor off the menu. It came out perfect temp for how I like my coffees. Not too hot but hot enough to down to wake me up for the day. If you want it really hot to sit and sip on than maybe mention it before hand. Just off my experience, but it was very sweet and flavorful and I got my hit of caffeine and sugar for the morning. Huevos ranchero- Eggs any style, chile verde on bed of tortilla with smothered beans This isn't your traditional style. This is the" Nosotros Cafe" way of making it. Very wet, mild spice not too spicy and large diced pork hidden inside! I couldn't finish the whole plate I was too full but it was very delicious!
