I come this place often when in the area visiting my parents. I cannot think of a single bad experience dining here, regardless of how busy they are or how big a group we are. The management and staff are always accommodating and friendly, and the service is top notch. The food is consistently served quickly and correctly, and is always delicious. Take out orders are no different; the same care is shown in its preparation as is when you dine in. This is overall a great place to grab a good meal! read more

I was told it's easy to get to o. Route 1... Looked for about 20 minutes and finally a nice lady from a neighboring spot told me: ohhhhh I know, everyone comes here asking for it. I was in the mood for tamales... Honestly, worst Mexican food I've ever had.. Tamales tasted like Taco Bell at best. i can't believe anyone would even mention TACO BELL in the same sentence -- best Mexican we've had in a very long time and sorry we discovered it late in our stay. We'll visit it several times in our visit to Melbourne Beach next spring. GREAT FOOD, at least on our first and only visit. read more

After a day at the beach, we stopped in after reading the reviews on Yelp! Diego was our server, and he was friendly, attentive and made great recommendations. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. We had fajitas, with beef that was well seasoned and tender, and camarones a la diablo. I've eaten there several times and the place has always been terrific. But then we went on fathers day. Ate some chips then about 1/2 way they got stale. Made me wonder if I was being fed someones leavings. Then the steak burrito wasnt the same as last time it was fajita meat and burnt and overly cheezy. Probably just a victim of their own successes. (For comparative purposes, let's say I'd give Taco Bell 1.5 stars max) I usually go for lunch, so maybe I'm not holding it up to a high standard.. It's not really a 'classy' Mexican restaurant. The meal was nice until we were chased down in the parking lot by our waiter even though we had paid at the front cashier area and accused of not paying until showing the receipt with a $9 tip as well. I have been in this area for 7 years and have been there on many occasions. I have never been there when the restaurant was empty - the fact that it is always crowded has to be a testimony to the food and service. This restaurant has always been our favorite. On a Saturday in early January 2019 we made a visit once again to this restaurant. We frequently come here, about two times per week. On this day it was not busy. We were seated and we had two different wait staff to bring our chips and salsa and drinks. Still no waitress or waiter to take our order after waiting almost 10 minutes. I looked around the restaurant made eye contact with a waitress, she finally came to our table. She was very rude and acted like we were incoviencing her. I ordered a Taco salad and asked her to substitute the shell for lettuce. I also asked for a salsa to use as dressing on my salad. Another wait staff came by to give us refills, as I guess was our rude waitress was to busy. When we received the bill, we were charged for an extra salsa and extra lettuce. I spoke with the waitress about these additional charges, once again rude. She said they charge for extra salsa. We told her we have never been charged for extra salsa and we come her two times over week for five years. I asked her why she charged me for extra lettuce when I substituted my shell. I asked to speak to a manager, and to my surprise she said she was the manager. She took the charge for the lettuce off my bill, but we had to pay for the salsa. She did not receive a tip and we will NEVER return to this place again. read more

Ay Jalisco has basic tex-mex and fajita options, but also many authentic Mexican specialties. Get out of your comfort zone and order the Pollo al Chipotle, Tacos al Carbon or other dishes...you will not be disappointed! Margaritas are great - my husband is very picky about margaritas but loves their Cadillac margarita and Presidente margarita, and I love the Jalisco margarita, which is made with prickly pear cactus fruit juice - I haven't found these margaritas anywhere else since I lived in Arizona! We Went to Ay Jalisco on Saturday and the place was packed but we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table. The Chips were crisp and greaseless and the salsa while tame was tasty. I had the beef enchilada combo which is served with refried beans, Mexican rice and a chopped salad. My wife had the chimichanga combo which came with the same sides and guacamole. Probably the only time I've just thrown out Mexican leftovers. My food was clearly microwaved from the bubbles around the edges of the beans- it all tasted like it came from a can. They also forgot to put in my order, so my husband was done eating for ten minutes when mine was dropped off. Not a dollar taken from the bill, or a dessert offered. My family and I have been regular customers since their opening in Sebastian. We enjoy their food, atmosphere, and service. Recently, we were there as part of a group of seven and were shoehorned into a booth. (My only complaint for the night.) Several of us ordered beers, not unusual, and the bottom of the glass mug dropped out from one of the mugs. They comped the beer, its replacement, and dessert for the table. They could easily double their floorspace and still be very busy but the city would make them pay serious cash in order to do it. read more

Always a great place to go for Mexican. Most people do not realize there are three locations in the area with a few others in the state. Food is fantastic and plentiful. They recently added more seating and a bar. Prices are good. Not cheap, but not expensive, either. Service is good. read more

I think this food is some of the best Mexican food I've had and I've eattin at a lot of Mexican restaurants and this one was in the top 3 of all time the only thing I could say that wouldn't make it 5 star is on more then one occasion I would tell them no coleslaw or beans and they always put coleslaw and beans on the side they aren't great at listening but they aren't bad either and the food is awesome so I would definitely recommend it to everyone read more
