I just moved from LA so I needed to find my new nail place, and I saw all the awesome reviews for Aya! I'm so happy I found her page because she is the sweetest nail artist ever. I asked for the cat eye heart and bunny design, and she said it'd be her first time doing it but would love to practice and give it a try. She did AMAZINGGG. Exactly what i wanted and more!! Her studio is sooo cute and cozy, just like her energy. Definitely found my new go to. She's one of those artists you lowkey wanna gatekeep cos theyre so good. If you're contemplating, this is your sign to book the appointment and go for it!! Thank you Aya!!

Beautiful nails!! I'm really happy that I got my nails done by Aya. She's friendly and easy to talk to. I showed her a pic of my inspiration and she totally nailed it (see what I did there, lol). I knew I wanted a light pink/neutral look, but wasn't exactly sure what colours would go together, so she helped me choose the colour combo. My nails came out better than expected - so cute. She's really talented and takes her time to create the perfect nail design for you. She cleared up my cuticles and got my nails to the shape I wanted without losing too much length. Super impressed - I got them done 3 weeks ago and they still look good, no chipping or lifting. I also liked that all her tools had been sanitised. Cleanliness is really important to me. I'd go back again, especially if I want my nails to look amazing for a special occasion or for going on holiday.

I was in search for a Japanese nail salon in the Orange County area and I came across Aya's business on TikTok. The reservation system online was easy to navigate. I kinda wish they offered me a bandage and warned me about the nail glue. I would have said no to the nail glue on my cut.. I'm praying I don't get an infection from the glue. I don't think ima do nail salons anymore

I got robbed today. I walked into the Nail Center & Spa and asked for a pedicure and manicure. I…read moretold them I wanted powder for my pedicure because I don't like gel, but she insisted that gel is better than powder. I asked her why, but she couldn't give me a reason--probably because of a language barrier, I suppose. Then I replied, "Okay, gel is fine," and showed her the cat-eye gel I wanted. She said no, so I had to change to what they had in the store--three times. And the options were very limited. At that point, I should have walked out, but since I was already sitting there and didn't want to be rude, I just went with whatever they had. And decided to stop just pedicure. She showed me the packages they offered, and I chose the regular one, which was around $35. After I finished, I tipped her $5 in cash and paid with my card. I didn't check the price until I got home, and that's when I saw I had been charged $52. I wouldn't complain if the price was reasonable and the result was pleasant, but it wasn't. The price wasn't what they told me at first, and I can barely see the cat-eye effect. The manicurist also didn't seem to have the same skill level as others I've been to. I'm so disappointed and feel scammed at this point.

Aya is literally amazing She was very welcoming right from the start, super professional and organized, and has a real passion for nails! Aya also gave me a lot of information on nails and was super receptive to my requests. I haven't gotten my nails done in literal years (and so my natural nails were not the strongest) but that was so challenge for Aya, she worked to bring my nails back to health and I am so thankful for her! 10/10 service and nails! read more

The toenail design wasn't exactly what I had asked for or what I showed in the reference photo, but it was close enough that I could live with it. However, after I got home, my fingers started to sting. I realized I had several small cuts around my cuticles and skin. It became clear that my skin had been nicked in multiple places during the manicure. During my appointment, the technicians were frequently on a video call and spent most of the time chatting with each other in Vietnamese. They would often stop working on my nails just to continue their conversations before resuming. Unfortunately, it felt like they weren't fully focused on my manicure, which may explain why I ended up with so many cuts on my fingers. To be fair, they were not rude at all. Everyone was friendly and polite, and I don't think anyone had bad intentions. I just wish there had been more attention to detail and more focus on the client during the service. I hope they improve because they seem like nice people.

She takes her time and is incredibly meticulous with her work, and you can really tell she cares about the quality of what she does. Every set is perfectly shaped, smooth, and never bulky. everything looks picture perfect when I leave! And a huge difference is how well my nails last now too. Before, I felt like I had to go back every two weeks, but with Charlene my nails easily last a full month and still look great. If you're picky about your nails like I am, she's absolutely worth it.
