Hannah was meticulous, gentle, and clearly very skilled. She always checked in to see if I was in any pain. The front desk staff was also incredibly accommodating, making sure I was comfortable throughout and even adjusting my arm positioning on the cushions. On top of that, their pricing is much more reasonable compared to other salons in OC. I am so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back.

Pedicure - For my pedicure I had a mixed experience. I wanted to go with a pink polish on my toes, however, I was asked if I wanted gel instead of polish 3 separate times because "polish will chip in 2 days". She also asked me which color I wanted on my toes 3 separate times even though I had picked my color already, and then ended up selecting a color for me. I'm happy with the overall results of the pedicure but the process itself was a bit stressful. Payment - I paid with card and tipped cash and was told "next time pay with cash". Overall, I was happy with the end results and the speed and availability, but there are some things service-wise that could be improved upon.

My nails came out great!…read more But they cut to much of my toe skin side really bad. I realised they added nail glue to my toe to stop the bleeding!! Which is not safe can cause infections. Im sadly in pain and still bleeding luckily the south coast mall workers gave me a bandage and was able to get home and wash my toe with soap and water. I kinda wish they offered me a bandage and warned me about the nail glue. I would have said no to the nail glue on my cut.. I'm praying I don't get an infection from the glue. I got robbed today. I walked into the Nail Center & Spa and asked for a pedicure and manicure. I…read moretold them I wanted powder for my pedicure because I don't like gel, but she insisted that gel is better than powder. I asked her why, but she couldn't give me a reason--probably because of a language barrier, I suppose. Then I replied, "Okay, gel is fine," and showed her the cat-eye gel I wanted. She said no, so I had to change to what they had in the store--three times. And the options were very limited. At that point, I should have walked out, but since I was already sitting there and didn't want to be rude, I just went with whatever they had. And decided to stop just pedicure. She showed me the packages they offered, and I chose the regular one, which was around $35. After I finished, I tipped her $5 in cash and paid with my card. I didn't check the price until I got home, and that's when I saw I had been charged $52. I wouldn't complain if the price was reasonable and the result was pleasant, but it wasn't. The price wasn't what they told me at first, and I can barely see the cat-eye effect. The manicurist also didn't seem to have the same skill level as others I've been to. I'm so disappointed and feel scammed at this point.
