I guy hit the rear end of my brand new Honda CRV (2 weeks old) in a parking lot. I was so sad. I just moved to this area and didn't know anyone so I asked my insurance company to give me some recommendations and Ayers Collision Center was one of them. When I first took my car in I was ready to give up my keys and wait weeks for it to get repaired. That is when Dan took over! They ordered the parts and allowed me to continue to drive my car until all the parts arrived. This saved me money and headaches with a rental car. They were always updating me on the status of my repairs. Once the parts came in, I went in and all they wanted to do was make sure they had the right color for the car. Once again, they told me, keep driving your car, they painted all the parts before installation. Again, this avoided long waiting periods. I got a call on Monday to take the car in the next day. By the time I got there Dan had set up my rental car (including the direct bill with my insurance company) and Enterprise was there and ready. Sign here, sign there ... and that was it. I was told that my car would be ready by Friday. On Wednesday, Dan called me to give me an update and tell me that everything was running smoothly. To my surprise, Dan called me Thursday afternoon to let me know that the car was ready. We had an obstacle with the payment between the insurance company and them but Dan was on it and we called my insurance and settled everything over a phone call. I am impressed with their courtesy and prompt response to everything. The way they handled it so that I didn't have to be without my car for weeks was great. And by the way, when I went to pick it up my car it looked better than the day I picked up at the dealers ... brand new. It was clean to a sparkle! I would recommend Ayers to anyone and now I know I have a dependable repair shop in Quincy that I can count on! Hopefully I don't have to use them again ... LOL ... but if I do, I will not mind. DONT GO TO AYERS !! Let me start off by saying if you could avoid this place avoided at all cost ! These are the most racist ignorant set of individuals I've ever met. They clearly have no education but are still in business it's been passed down from generation to generation. Let me say that I was not pleased by anything that they did for me . From the time I walked in there was no one to greet me . ( after a hour ) when the person finally came they walked then straight to the office like I was imaginary . They overcharge me for everything they did and they were rude about everything they did . they speak to people like their superior when they're not there just privileged. Don't go there if there . Plenty other options in Quincy . zero stars actually I would give it negative. Ps . This is a long overdue review for the Ayers Collision & Repair team. My father's 2010 Fusion has been in 3 accidents since he bought it new. The initial accident occurred within the first 2-3 months of getting the new car which was a full rear-ender crash. These accidents were due to other driver's being distracted or just being in a rush. All 3 times his vehicle was taken to or towed by Ayers Collision for repair. After filing the initial paperwork all other calls with insurance companies, adjusters and Enterprise Rental was done by the Ayers team. All 3 times the car was repaired within a week's time at most and was fully restored to it's original shape and performance. (No delayed clinking or rattling after any of these repairs.) We, (the family), would like to thank the Ayers Collision team for their great detailed repair work, professionalism and helping to reduce the stress in these situations. I had a great exerience after my car accident with Ayers Colision. Dan Hayes the manager was very professional, polite and most importantly is honest. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Dan took care of my rental and even called my insurance company for me. The actual work that was done on my car was fabulous! My car is an opal white and I was worried the paint wouldn't match but it was spot on. My car was finished when they told me it would be. They even detailed my car for me too, so it looked like it did the day I bought the car!! Looking at all the reviews prior to writing my own, it's too bad the company is gettimg negative reviews because of a tow truck driver. On the way home from work the other night, I stopped to let some wild turkeys cross the road and, WHAM, young girl rear ends me. Back bumper got pretty crunched, but the first thing that jumps to mind is that, this is gonna be a big pain in the ass. I call Ayers Collision...Can we get this fix rolling soon ? Bring it in tomorrow ! Other than a phone call and a quick stop by the Milton PD to pick up a copy of the accident report, I did not have to do anything else. Stay away from this place. If you were towed recently check the entire vehicle for damage, especially underneath. they recently destroyed the front end of a Mercedes they towed and ripped out the tie rods. They then tried to talk the vehicle owner into having them fix it. vehicle owner did the right thing by going through their insurance. If you were towed illegally, it was shady, or your vehicle was damaged, file a complaint with the DPU at 617-305-3500. Also file complaint with the state police. The law was recently changed so that local barracks cannot decide which tow company to use and they must now bid for a contract. Call The MSP and voice your concerns so that they cannot ply their dastardly tactics on unsuspecting people. read more

I had some damage on both the front and back -- scratches, scuffs, and dents -- and they made it look completely brand new again. I had extensive front and side damage to my SUV and the repairs were done seamlessly. John even handled all of the paperwork with my insurance company and provided a rental. I truly appreciated the clear communication and honest dealings. My car looks as if it just rolled off of the showroom floor, even though the vehicle is seven-years-young. I have had 2 crashes. Both in the front. One was my 2004 f150 supercrew, rear ended another car on the expressway. Brought it in and rental was waiting for me. a week later it was ready and looked better than new . Fantastic job loved how it looked and it is a black truck. The second was my daughters Ford Escape Hybrid. This was a front hit also when someone lost control of their car and spun across the highway in front of her. Again , the people at Ayers did a wonderful job. Everyone there is very helpful and polite. The crew at Ayers is SO incredibly professional, warm and kind! They have worked on my car a few times now and have done so in a very efficient and stress free way for me. Was broken down and needed a tow. Called another towing company and after waiting 1 hour and 45 mins for the no show. I called Ayer initially said an hour then said he would see what he could do. Less then 25 mins there was the wrecker. Needless to say the other company never showed up. Not only were they fast they but even after leaving a decent tip it was $10 cheaper then the no show quote. I have had 2 accidents with different cars over the years (one just very recent) and they have fixed it so well you couldn't tell I ever had an accident. Very professional , Dan was outstanding and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. They took acre of all my insurance headaches and even set up a rental for me.
