From the very first visit, their professionalism, knowledge and expertise were a solid ten. We gathered several quotes from other companies, and without a doubt, ALL City Plumbing and Air offered the best value, best equipment, and a membership plan that covers so much we couldn't be happier. A big shout-out to Daniel R. in sales, with his many years of air-conditioning experience, he answered every question and even brought up things we hadn't considered. Next, Chris came by to finalize the contract and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. And finally, the two young men who handled the installation, another Daniel R. and Jacob, were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked seamlessly as a team, explained everything they did, cleaned up beautifully, and hauled away all the old equipment. Daniel R. even stopped by a day after installation for a quick follow-up visit, and we had no questions for him, who does that anymore? We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I never thought I'd say this, but paying this bill actually made me happy. Thank you, All City Plumbing and Air!

Beware of this company. They provided plumbing services at my 87 year old mother's house. The first…read morequote was for $19,000 for a redrain of the drainage system. Then they said there was tree root discovered in the line. They quoted $13,000 more to resolve it. There were no options provided for hydrojetting and a liner. We do not know anything about plumbing, so we did not question the additional cost. We had to trust the techs providing the service. We requested a refund and the company offered $4,000.00. We feel that given the cost, we are warranted a higher refund. The company refused. Although the owner states that options were given to my mother, they were not. I, (daughter), was there at the time of the tech's explanation of the work and so was my cousin. The tech spoke to my mother in Spanish, my cousin speaks and understands Spanish, and she also stands firm that no options were given to my mother regarding the option of hydrojetting and liner. If there were options my mother would have chosen the lesser cost. We are very upset with the dishonesty of this company. So, make sure you research costs of other plumbing companies before using this one.

They were professional, honest, and straightforward from the beginning. I called them for a second opinion after another plumbing company gave me an estimate that was astronomically high. A and A Plumbing carefully evaluated the problem, confirmed that my home's pressure regulating valve (PRV) needed to be replaced because my water pressure was about 95 Pounds Per Square Inch (PSI). They explained everything clearly. A and A Plumbing and Rooter Service' pricing was fair and transparent. They replaced the pressure reducing valve (PRV) and also installed a new toilet fill valve and flapper at a reasonable cost. I appreciated their taking the time to answer my questions and never pressuring me into making a decision. It's refreshing to find a company that values honesty and fair pricing. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend A and A Plumbing and Rooter Service to family and friends. Thank you, A and A Plumbing and Rooter Service, for your excellent service.

Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

The next day Sam followed up with me and gave me a quote for a water heater install and said he'd be there within 2 hours when I was ready. I told him I needed to discuss with my wife. During this time, I called another local company for a quote and they quoted me about 800$ more for the same exact branded/sized water heater, installation hoses/connection, etc. their warranty was also one year less than AAA was providing. I then called another plumbing company and their quote was even more astronomical than the second company. So I called Sam back after agreeing with my wife that we would proceed with him. He stated he had a new customer in the 1 hour we'd last spoken, but not to worry because he'd still be there same day just later in the afternoon. He provided a time frame and text when he was 30 min out. He arrived and got the water heater swapped out in 2 hours as he said over the phone. We went from having a leaking water heater to a brand new one. It's all up to code and we feel very confident in Sam's work. Additionally, Sam was a very courteous and polite guy. He explained everything and answered every question we had. He never seemed rushed or tried to upsell us anything. His customer service was outstanding.

I reached out for a second opinion after another company suggested I immediately replace the water heater in my rental property with a much more expensive tankless unit. Instead of just trying to make a quick sale, Bill at AAA gave me a truly honest assessment. He pointed out that while a tankless system has its perks, the yearly maintenance requirements could actually be more of an inconvenience in a rental situation. He provided clear, transparent pricing for both traditional and tankless options but ultimately helped me realize that my current unit still has some life left in it. It's rare to find a business that prioritizes the customer's best interest over their own immediate profit. Because of this integrity, I've decided to "ride out" my current unit for now, but I will absolutely be calling them the moment it's time for a replacement. I plan to use them for my rental properties moving forward, and I will be recommending this company to all of my family and friends. If you want an expert opinion you can actually trust, look no further!

Daniel installed my new water heater today, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was extremely thorough and never rushed the job. While replacing some valves, he discovered another leak from an old section of pipe and quickly identified the issue. He replaced the faulty pipe at no additional charge, which I greatly appreciated. Daniel was polite, professional, and patiently answered all of my questions, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He was also very careful while working, making sure to protect my walls and surrounding area when using a torch to solder the pipes. He kept the work area clean and showed great attention to detail throughout the installation. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work Daniel and Zach provided. Their professionalism, honesty, and quality workmanship made this a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a water heater installation.

Truly an Honest Review -…read more First off, The Water Heater Company fixed the issue with the pilot light on our Rheem Professional water heater, which had been going out after hours or days of use. This had happened in the past when we first purchased the unit about four years ago. At that time, I replaced the burner assembly and control valve, and the problem was solved. I never found out the exact cause, but it was fixed. Fast forward to today, and the same issue started happening again. Unfortunately, I was away on business, and my wife was home with the kids, getting tired of relighting the pilot every morning and sometimes multiple times during the day. We called The Water Heater Company, and their service and communication were excellent. After diagnosing the issue, they contacted Rheem and ordered replacement parts under warranty: the burner assembly and control valve. They gave us three options: replace the two parts under warranty, replace the entire water heater, or install a tankless water heater. Because this is a very expensive unit that otherwise works well, we chose to repair it. Here's my honest opinion. As a fellow tradesman, I understand that skilled work is expensive. Still, the labor charge of $800 felt very high for what was essentially a warranty part replacement. The first visit took about an hour, and the second visit took around 50 minutes. I understand there's drive time, phone calls, office staff, insurance, tools, and scheduling overhead, but it still seemed excessive. Maybe I'm looking at it through the eyes of someone who usually handles these kinds of repairs myself, but I was away for an extended period and needed the problem resolved. So I'm torn on the rating. Quality of work: 10/10. Professionalism: 10/10. Price: 4/10. In the end, though, I paid for peace of mind and have the issue fixed correctly than save a little money and end up with a possible poor repair.
