I originally just wanted the wax seal replaced in hopes that would fix it but Anthony told me there could be a hairline crack or roots growing in the sewer line. I chose to have them install a second toilet in my house and Anthony was absolutely correct, roots were definitely growing . I totally recommend this company to my neighbors as they are always there to answer the phone when help is immediately needed. Called AYS they said the sewer line is blocked not the work we have done back in 2024. they gave me an estimate $3,800 to fix the issue but if I agreed that day they will drop the price to $2,700 still as estimate could be more later on. Due to the huge difference in the price to force me to agree. Later that day I called another plumber realized the issue has nothing to do with AYS tests after the bust and broke the wall actually it was the washing machine itself leaks water. Called handyman fixed it for $220 only problem solved. AYS busted the wall open wanted to bust the concrete and charge me a lots of money for their wrong doing to figure out the leak issue. I would not recommend AYS for any plumbing work they will charge you a lot. Called many times never replied to fix the wall for their wrong doing. I am really upset from them. NO AYS to all my friends and family if they have any plumbing issues.

We had a prior relationship with them from one water heater job and liked their crew which they all took full advantage of. They said we had a slab leak but it wasn't true so we're having all of their work evaluated. They charged $60,000 for a replumb on a 2380 square foot home to fix this supposed leak which could have been fixed for a third of what they charged. This is after finding out my husband is a doctor. Be very careful with these criminals because that's what they are, in my opinion. If you haven't been scammed it's just matter of time after they gain your trust, Like, why so many Google reviews and only two Yelp reviews? After what we experienced, I suspect that a good portion of their reviews are fake. I don't think they have been in business that long either. Something is definitely off. Prior to the replumb they said we needed a bypass for one of our bathrooms and charged $18,000 for that, but we found out recently that WE ALREADY HAD A BYPASS THAT CAME WITH THE HOUSE! Their bypass isn't even installed properly so has to be redone. We already had a different plumber check this with a camera we rented. Plus, they won't send us a copy of the contract for any of the work done, if there was one. They were always making things up and saying this or that is an emergency then calling my husband at work when he's busy with patients. Then, when they did the replumb they must have hired a crew from Home Depot because they closed the pipe to our landscaping so our entire lawn, AND IT IS A LARGE ONE, died. They came back to fix their mistake but the owner never even called to apologize or anything because God forbid he call to apologize for a mistake after over charging us thousands of dollars. But he can brag about being a millionaire on YouTube. And the owner had the nerve to come and pick up payment for the job before they even started. The dude went to my husband's work at a hospital but couldn't place a call to us apologizing for his company's crappy work that caused damages? And they cut out our copper piping to replace it with material not as good and of course took the copper piping with them. Lastly, they are sexist. I asked their technician not to call my husband at work. That was one of the guys named Jesse; there are two. He tried to say that I was afraid of calling my husband to tell him about another plumbing problem so called him at work anyway. Can you believe that?? I HATE THIS COMPANY AND WOULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ZERO STARS IF I COULD. They are THAT predatory and fraudulent. Don't be fooled by their friendliness like we were. They owe us money in damages and for fraud.
