Jenna you know this is completely over exaggerated! Stop "quoting" when there is nothing farther then the truth. I was right there and my husband NEVER threatened you. As a matter of fact the guy on the phone from your company asked my husband "what are you going to do??" This is so completely inappropriate and unprofessional from a business customer service standpoint! The reason that the situation is still going on is because it was never done correctly nor was it ever fixed correctly! The way you guys go through your staff we were hoping to get someone different if we waited several months. If we would have known that the staff would go from bad to worse we would have just filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Marc was excellent to work with however communication seemed to be a huge issue. They did my backyard landscape and it turned out very beautiful and we love it! The down side was that Marc told us that painters would come to paint the BBQ grill and other walls . I have reached out via phone and emails and no response back. No one has come by to paint and it's been well over a month after our landscape was done. read more

Marc and his crew did an amazing job on our backyard landscaping project. The installed pavers, grass trees and rock and we could not be more happy on how it turned out. I wish I had read the reviews prior to having them do my landscaping. The customer service is horrible. In my front yard I had a bush that died that they did replace. However, in the backyard two Regal Mist plants were installed that looked dead to me. I was promised that if they didn't revive then they would replace them. However, they did not replace them when they replaced the dead bush in the front yard. The landscaping was done last fall but it wasn't until this spring that I could see that the plants I requested were not the plants that were planted. Three plants in the front yard and three plants in the backyard were ground cover and not plants that I requested. When I called and asked for them to replace them with the plants that I had requested I was told that it's not their fault that I don't have a maintenance person keeping up with the overgrowth. If the flowers that I requested had been planted there would not have been any outgrowth because I did not request ground cover type plants. Now I have a whole different issue. I am having pavers put alongside my driveway and walkway to my side yard so that I can have my garbage cans on the pavers behind my fence. The paver people started removing stone so they could start preparing the ground only to find out that my drip system main line runs straight down along the middle of the side yard. This means it now has to be removed and redone at my expense. This needs to be fixed now because if I have any problems with the drip lines in the future it would mean having to remove my sidewalk to fix the line. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Jenna, Your response to my review is laughable. I did request dead plants replaced within the 30 days. I could not see that you installed I correct plants until they bloomed. I did not get what I requested. And about the pavers! The only reason I had to Jane the drip line moved is because your company put it in the wrong place. Your plant installers new that pavers would be installed at a later date and did not install the drip line correctly. My review stands. read more

I've used AZ landscape Pros for major changes in our back yard twice now. I have worked with James both times and he's been a pleasure to work with. Both times he took my vague and likely confusing explanation of what I wanted and was able to deliver a design that was perfect. Both times his crews were professional and ontime with zero issues. Company came out to do a quote for me at the beginning of October. I told them I like the quote that they gave me and I was interested in them build and Alumawood pergola for me. After attempting to contact them several times I was emailed the quote and the contract. I was also promised that deadline before Thanksgiving and Promises were made that they did not keep. it was wrote in the contract several times wrong for things that I was having done and it wasn't just until last week that they stated that they had sent the right one and still promised that they'd meet the Thanksgiving deadline. Tomorrow as of November 13th, I was supposed to have the post started after giving them a third-down which is $3,000 for the project. Today the 12th I was told that due to deadlines and material problems they are not going to be able to have my project done by Thanksgiving. after several phone calls and never getting an answer from them until I call them this is the response that I get a day before the project was supposed to start. Needless to say I did get irate and I did get angry, but it's to be justified considering the customer service that I've received from this company. I gave them a chance do to Marc, and having a good feeling about the company I let him know ahead of time that I had a good feeling about him but I did see reviews online about empty promises and delays and not getting back to customers. Needless to say this is the outcome that I had. I did speak with a woman several times on the phone and after I got upset she stated that they did not want to do business with me because of made assumptions I have against their company. ironically, the only thing I had stated last week was I would appreciate some communication as no one is getting ahold of me on dtas and deadlines. Marc was exceptional to work with! I initially reached out to AZ Landscape Pros about a year ago to get a quote on getting our backyard done as we bought a new build home. The builder did our front yard landscape, but we nothing but dirt in the backyard. After getting their initial quote, which was very competitively priced, we were excited knowing we would be able to afford the backyard we wanted. Fast forward nearly a year later, and their pricing was still super competitive. I chose AZ Landscape Pros because of Marc's attention to detail and being an excellent listener in hearing what we wanted for our yard. He provided his own ideas as well, which we accepted. The best part of it all, they were able to start 4 days prior to the original start date! They finished the job in two days and I can't even find the words to describe how happy we are with our backyard. We can't thank Marc and the rest of the team at AZ Landscape Pros enough! We'll be contacting them again in about a year to put a patio cover over our new paver patio. read more

I would not use this company for any project. They will promise to complete work on time and do not deliver. The quality is sub standard and the communication skills are non existent. Was promise work to be done one way and it would be done another that was a shortcut, then owner had every excuse and would not tell the truth on multiple occasions. Buyer beware! read more
