!! DIDN'T PROGRAM RIGHT, POOR COMMUNICATION, LATE, WON'T REFUND !! Honestly the worst company i've dealt with! Was referred by a good buddy, scheduled a date and time for them to come down and program a tcm to a blank valve body on a nissan frontier for $285. Not only did he show up late, he also did NOT program the TCM and claims he did. The truck was still acting the same as before he came, with the truck still stuck in 4th gear when accelerating and also slamming into reverse and drive. Called the programmer a few minutes after he left after I tested the truck and he claimed that it was "programmed" and their machine told them that it was "complete", obviously not willing to come back and check if there was any issue. So I scheduled a date to bring the truck into ABC nissan to program it and it ran fantastic after i picked it up, so I messaged Paul to ask for a refund since the truck was not programmed right and since it was $285! He refuses to take accountability stating it "checked out as completed" and that we received a paper that stated it was completed but the only paper we received was the receipt for the $285. After programming on a nissan, the TCM number is suppose to change from all numerical numbers to a number with letters on the last 5 digits. I scanned the TCM number on Thursday after changing the valve body, seeing that it was all numerical letters, the programmer came in on Friday to program it (late btw), I scanned it again and the number was all numerical numbers still. After bringing it back from the dealership I scanned the TCM number again at the shop and it showed the last 5 digits having letters in it as it should be when it's programmed right. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They're horrible at communicating, show up later than the time asked to come, and obviously can't program right. Not only that, the guy who came to program wasn't even Paul, it was Sean (as stated on the receipt), but yet Paul still vouches that it was "programmed correctly". As a company owner, standing by your work and coming back to check and make sure that it was done correctly should not be an issue but he was not willing to come back to check AT ALL unless charged a "diagnostic fee" when he didn't do it right the first time but i guess $285 for 20 minutes of "work" isn't enough to come back lol. If there were negative stars i would gladly choose the lowest one. Luckily we have everything on recording including the guy that programmed it and the messages sent throughout this altercation. I own an older model PT Cruiser that needed a PCM update. The dealership basically said "too bad, so sad, we can't service anything older than 2005, buy a new car". :( AZ Mobile trooped on down to the shop where the Cruiser was, and reprogrammed the PCM -and- the TCM (transmission) same day. This has been an entire waste of time! This company has zero place being in business. Pricing was different each time i was able to get ahold of him. He claims to be a mobile service but cannot even return calls or anything. Never again with theae fly by night people who dont get the job done. Save your money and get someone that has integrity. read more

Paul was very friendly and professional. He was able to duplicate a lost key after verifying my grandson was the owner of the vehicle.

Took a little while to get here but after scanning for codes and trouble shooting discovered that the new/refurbished computer for my truck was defective. Scanned my old one and was told it was working fine no codes appeared. Paul was awesome and charged only $40. read more

What can I say. He showed up on time. He appeared to know what he was doing. It took longer than I thought it would. It seemed to me like it was taking longer because something was wrong. He finished and I paid him. However the PCM on my car continued to produce error codes. So I took it to the Ford dealer in Apache Junction. After they inspected it. They said the PCM was damaged and needed to be replaced. I found a rebuilt PCM with an identical part number for my car on eBay. I purchased it and my son installed it my car. My has run perfectly ever since. I did not complain to AZ Mobile Reflash Diagnostic. It appeared that he did his job and it just did not work. I would have given him another star if he had told me the PCM was damaged and could not be reflashed. And if he had done so and offered me a discount on his fee. Paul was super quick. I needed a set of keys and programming done. He did state that shops are his top priority and that's understandable but he was there way faster that expected. It took less than an hour for the job to be done. Also way cheaper that the dealer wanted for the same job. read more

Service was very poore I don't need to tell me was gonna take A-day but they never even showed up and then when I called back to discuss it with them they are very disrespectful And then continue to say that's why I got put on the last because I was too persistent did not get it done in matter of fact I did not meet my deadline due to it I do not recommend this business for anyone not even my worst enemy read more

Wow, nothing had changed with all the reviews this company has. I am surprised with the customer service they have they are still in business. looking over the reviews I saw they were mostly over a year ago but tried anyway. I was trying to get a new/used PCM programmed by Paul for my car and Paul has stood me up 8 times in over a week. Tells me he will be at my house then no call/text NO show. No respect for anyone's time, if you can't make or don't want to do a job at least have the decency to let somebody know? Well, roll the dice if you want. Got the number from a guy at AutoZone who highly recommended them. Called 2/25/19 and Paul answered right away. Explained my problem and he said no problem and set an appointment for Friday 3/1. On 3/1 Waited until 10 am and texted asking if he had an estimated time. He responded in the afternoon. Afternoon came and at 5pm I texted to see if he was still coming. No response, I called, no answer, left a message, no response. On Monday I texted again to re-schedule, no response, called left a message, no response. I tried numerous times with no response. So, now I think what quality customer service does he have. After looking everywhere for a mobile ECM programming service I found these guys. For faster service (according to their website & voicemail) I texted them for a quote was happy with the price, so a couple days later I texted in order to schedule an appointment and never received a response. Waited a couple days texted again and also called, no response and they never picked up. I contacted them everyday last week via text and by calling and no one has picked up or texted back. Considering they're the only only company that does this & is also mobile that I could find, this is very frustrating. This place was recommended by my mechanic. What a mistake! Paul never calls back or even answers his phone. he stood me up twice. I flat out ask him to tell me if he didn't want the job so I could get someone else. Said he would be there tomorrow and didn't show...again. I'm giving a 1 star review because of customer service. No work was performed. I did not pay anything even though I was happy to do so. I had two separate appointments and both times I was stood up with a no call no show.
