Typically my sets were $45 with a longer acrylic... yet they charged me 160! I asked the lady why she charged me so much, and she just stuttered and made up excuses and stated my nails were "long". Im deeply ashamed to see the downfall of this place and I suggest management takes into consideration how bad they are handling the business. I was expecting to be there for an hour, but it maybe took 25 minutes very speedy but efficient!! It felt homey and like everyone was friends and everyone was super nice and easy to talk to. It also felt like it was okay to chat, but okay if I didn't want to either. I had two nails break within 24 hours of my original appointment, so I texted on Monday to ask if there was any availability to get them fixed that day. I was told there was an opening at 11:00 and was booked with my original nail tech. I even made it clear that if he wasn't available, I was completely fine with anyone else fixing the two broken nails. I arrived around 11:06, and when I walked in, I overheard one of the nail techs say that I was scheduled for 11:15, which was confusing because that was not the time I was given through text. I then sat and waited for about 30-40 minutes with absolutely no communication about the delay. I completely understand that salons get busy, and I would have been totally fine waiting 15-20 minutes if someone had simply communicated that to me. The frustrating part was being told I had an 11:00 appointment, then waiting 30-40 minutes for two broken nails to be fixed without anyone letting me know what was going on or how much longer it would be. I'm disappointed because I genuinely love this salon and have had great experiences here before. I just think communication could have made this situation much better. If you're running behind, please let your clients know instead of scheduling them for a time when they may end up waiting much longer. I had other plans today, and spending 40 minutes waiting without any explanation was frustrating.

Very unfortunate having spent $150+ total on both hands and feet, and because I was a little skeptical about the liquid gel extension alternative the offered since they don't do gel-x. Also because the nail broke on the day before I left for my weeklong vacation. It didn't break from some sort of excess pressure or trauma to my finger, I just looked down and the whole tip was gone. I can see now that the layer of gel overlay on that nail is quite thin which is probably why.

My sister had a thing with her tech cause she didn't ask her which pedi package she wanted. The girl popped an attitude when my sister nicely asked her for the package she wanted. It was weird. I get so frustrated when massages aren't done properly or for the stated length of time. The menu says you get a 7 minute hot stone massage and mine was LITERALLY 45 seconds. I timed it. See photo attached. Like really? Plus the massages for lotion and sugar scrub were also less than 1 minute. We got mani's next and my girl was amazing. She is the manager of the store and so funny. What impressed me the most was how much care they took with my toes. Another nail salon had left me dealing with the start of an infection, but instead of ignoring it, they were gentle, professional, and helped save my toes while making sure everything was done safely.
