    Steak fajitas

After a Thursday evening event, we were craving some late night food and decided to stop by Azteca. We arrived around 8:50 pm and headed to the bar area. The kitchen closes at 9 and the restaurant closes at 11, so we were grateful they were still able to take our order. I went with the steak fajitas and it definitely hit the spot. The bartender was friendly, welcoming, and quick to get us settled with chips and salsa. I am a total sucker for good chips and salsa and could not stop snacking. They happily brought out refills a couple of times without us even having to ask. That kind of attentiveness always stands out. Service throughout the evening was efficient and consistent. My iced tea was refilled multiple times, which I always appreciate. The bar area had several TVs on, so we were able to catch some hockey and basketball while we ate, which made it a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Great service, good food, and a reliable late evening option. Really thankful Azteca is around when you need solid food and drinks after a long day.

Mexican restaurant with a big Elvis vibe. Large portions, great service. Taquitos were basic but decent. Others in my group ordered tacos, burritos and enchiladas. Some of the biggest enchiladas and tacos were stuffed full. The garlic tacos were a huge hit. Price range is very affordable and portions are big. A must visit if you're in the area.

Came here to check out the scene for karaoke. Seems like it's a lot of locals that come here. We waited a bit for someone to actually help us out and when they did, it took forever to get our drinks. We asked for chips and salsa which they brought however, apparently now they charge you for chips and salsa, which before they never did. I give the salsa a three out of five and the drinks the same. I had a coconut margarita and it was nothing to write home about. Overall, I can see why the locals come here however if you're looking for a more traditional, Mexican restaurant go somewhere else. And if you're looking for karaoke, there was a lot of amateurs which is great and I applaud however, after a while, your ears can only take so much.

My friend and I had some time to kill before a concert located at Garden AMP. Wanted to get something to eat before our fun night started. We stumbled upon this unique restaurant down the historic Main Street in Garden Grove. Owner had greeted us at the door and we asked to be seated outside due to the nice warm weather. I had ordered from the À la carte menu which was a steak enchilada and beef taco. Everything was at reasonable prices and all so good tasting authentic Mexican food. It was all so filling. You do get free chips and salsa. My dish was under $10 and you can't beat that price anywhere else. I did ordered a Blue Hawaiian Cocktail which didn't look too appealing, but it was one strong drink. It definitely started my night on a good note. Will be revisiting again if I'm in the area maybe for another concert.

Hole in the wall vibes in a good way. Drinks are strong and delicious. Ceviche tasted fresh and gave me no troubles afterwards, which I held slight concern about but ultimately was fine. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue but the more of your strong drink you guzzle, the less you notice it haha. Went with a big group spur of the moment, staff was very accommodating setting us up with tables pushed together. Their old school Mexican food looked pretty tasty as well.

My brother lives just down the street from this cute little downtown area. His favorite of the downtown restaurants is Azteca. Jesse often waits outside to invite you in as he was doing when we visited. The place is really fun with an Elvis theme. I started with the abondigas soup which was good. Next, I ordered a carnitas taco and a chicken taco. Their tacos are quite large and delicious. My brother got the chimichanga (dry) with a dollop of both guac & sour cream. It's my brothers favorite. I will look forward to returning next time I visit my brother.

This is a stable institution Mexican restaurant in GG downtown Main Street for decades. It used to be packed and lively all the time. I live literally beside the restaurant decades ago. Been there a lot before and both restaurant side and bar side. Love the decors, if you're into Elvis and movie posters..this would be the place to check out. The service that I received had be fantastic and very friendly. Today l, stopped by for a drink and snack at the lounge side while waiting to pick up my kid from practice. Great drink as usual, great service, good foods. It can be a big hit or miss. Today is a good day.

The chicken quesadilla tasted like canned chicken I'm sorry. Also very oily. All of the food was below average. Haha wasn't sure if it was an off day, but service was ok, felt understaffed. No hospitality. The only reason I put 2 stars was because the decor was nice.

This restaurant was really good!! Such a gem and it's right next to my favorite coffee spot. The service was very warm and quick. I loved looking at all the Elvis Presley ephemera. It's really decked out!! It's a great vibe in there with the music and lighting.

We stood outside and momentarily we got greeted inside by our hispanic male waiter :3 Service was ON & OFF for me! I mean 0nly 1 thing I had a probl3m with is h0w our waiter was rushin' our orders a lil for example: I was g0nna order a second dish but he tri3d going away, i dunno he seemed to rush our orders which was a lil b0therin' Food was alright. It just tasted like some other mexician drive thrus, the food didnt really wow me sadly and the food just looked a little bland this was basically my breakfast and I was alright with it L0L XD Another thing. They didnt bring one of our cousins order so they got left with nothing. It was a chocolate mousse cake which was quite major and we payed for it still :'C and lastly the AMBIANCE!! The ambiance has great vibes!! I mean its a REALLY L0UD in there but the decorations & stuff is the best thing!! Another thing is that we heard glass shatter on the floor as soon as we were gonna exit the place. I don't know wat that was abt Overall this mexician restaurant was quite CHA0S but the decorations sure are nice. I just feel as if this place didn't care to much abt the customers experience, would choose other places over this one sadly. But if you are just looking for elvis everything decora & memorial this is the place to go!! Sorry!! But at least u will be my 1st 2 Star review i just didnt find the food & service good but its a nice elvis museum basically!!!! :[

I had eaten here a few times over 20 years ago. I didn't remember if I liked it or not. Every time I revisit a restaurant I haven't been to in over 10 yrs, I'm disappointed. I realize, there is a reason I stopped going! The great; the price!!! Very affordable which I really appreciate. The service was quick. The good; the beans were cheesy and yummy. The salsa is mild which I like and need for heartburn prevention. The shredded beef was juicy. The tacos are very large. If you love Elvis this is your heaven. The bad; the neighborhood has a slightly abandoned and rundown vibe. The interior is also dingy. The door handle was stolen! The clientele was a little worse for wear too. Overall, the food wasn't bad. But nothing was memorable or worth returning for.

Great, traditional Mexican food in a quirky, Elvis themed restaurant. I was here on a Sunday for a birthday party and was pleasantly surprised by the food and ambience. I had hard shell chicken tacos and the guy next to me had chile verde. We both loved our food. Will come back again to try the chile verde. Reasonably priced. Parking can be a challenge if there's other events going on in the area.

Decided to drop in and was delighted to know their Taco Tuesday special is $1 street tacos for a select handful of 8 protein fillings and $2 for 6 other choices. Even their regular price is still very reasonable. There was definitely a line around 6pm but it moved quickly. Love that they also have a self service taco condiments bar and area on the side of their truck where you can top your food with the freshly sliced or pickled veggies/chilis and slather on various taco sauces to your heart's content. Especially loved that they use a rotating gyro style meat grill for some of their meats. I also noticed they had another truck/van parked nearby where one of the staff would go to replenish some of their supplies for their taco truck. What an efficient way to keep up with demand by having a mobile/secondary vehicle that you can use for storage of stock to keep up with the high demand. I loved all the street tacos that I tried: carnitas, fried fish filet, al pastor, carne asada. Flavorful and done right! I ordered six and only managed to eat three before realizing I had overpaid and that the $1 tacos weren't worth my time or the effort it took to chew them.
