I love a good hole-in-the-wall Mexican Food place. One of the things I do miss about living in California. Casa Gamino is very unassuming from the outside in a strip mall, but inside gives you all the classic Mexican restaurant vibes. Music, Mexican artwork, piñatas, and insta-worthy walls to take photos since it was Mother's Day. Delicious refried beans, rice and taquitos. Loved that they still serve chips and salsa at the table - wouldn't be a good Mexican restaurant if they didn't. My only criticism is prices were steep $17.95 for my plate, and service could've been more efficient.

Gamino Platter!!! So flippin delicious...can't wait to work out and do it again!!!

This Restaurant hit the spot to my Mexican food craving!!! One of the best decisions I've made today and my goodness did Casa Gamino deliever!!! Just walking in the door we were greeted and seated in just seconds! I love it when things come together!!! I had the Casa Gamino plate with a beef taco and My!Oh!! My!!! I am just so satisfied with this visit and this is it legit...my life feels so complete or maybe thats my tummy talking!!! As for the establishment the interior vibe...is just like a hacienda in Mexico very nice decor and dim lantern lighting makes it more personal! Overall this place slayed on the Mexican Food and I'll comeback to slay them plates!!! Cheers Happy New Year!!!

There's a wide selection of food - it was so good I was not able to try other dishes because I keep coming back for the ones I like!! Honey walnut shrimp, kung pao chicken, the teppanyaki noodles, and crab legs! I also tried the hot sour soup and it was surprisingly loaded and very flavorful - not the usual bland ones they serve in buffets. Yum! Make sure you come hungry so you can try most of their food!! We arrived probably near when they just opened because it seems all the food was freshly made. The selection was ok. There is a teppanyaki station you where you choose your items you want on your plate and they make it for you. They have a decent amount/selection of menu items from sushi, veggies, chicken/beef/seafood items, soups and desserts. The flavor was ok, not amazing. The price point seemed fair. I think less than $20/person for lunch. The service was ok too. I don't have great things to say about it and I don't have bad things to say about it's it was mediocre.

In addition, at dinner only, each person can order one lamb shank - just this piece of meat alone is worth your $28.99 visit. The restaurant food section is maintained very cleanly, food is beautifully displayed for a self-serve buffet restaurant. Plenty of seating area with ability to accommodate larger parties, and feels family friendly. The only shortcoming they have is that their fruit section tastes consistently unappealing, and some of the desserts don't tastes too great either. But at least their main dishes taste good. Regardless, this is a regular lunch spot frequented, and would bring friends over for dinner here, if they ever feel like Mediterranean.

To be fair, I went on a weekend, so I paid the highest price. I could see this place being a much better value during weekday lunch. The inside was very clean, which I appreciated. One thing that felt a little awkward was the service setup. There didn't really seem to be servers inside, and you pay when you leave, so I wasn't completely sure how much tip made sense. I noticed they even had a 10% tip option, so I'm guessing they know the setup can feel a little unclear. The food overall was clean and decent. It felt like they had pretty much everything you would expect from an American-style Mediterranean/Middle Eastern buffet. Nothing really stood out as especially amazing, but there was a good variety, and most of the food gave me that "this is probably healthy" feeling. I'd consider coming back if I were with friends who really like Mediterranean food.

Reservations are highly encouraged and the best part is you don't even need park tickets since it's located inside the Grand Californian Hotel. We went for brunch and they had the standard all-you-can-eat spread with a salad bar, fruit bar, and dessert station. Some standouts for me were the Mickey waffles, lox salmon, heirloom salad, tri-tip and believe it or not, the hot chocolate!!! The food quality and variety honestly surprised me in the best way. What really made the experience magical was the character interactions. Every character came directly to our table, took their time taking photos and made the experience feel so personal and memorable. At around $60 per person, it actually felt very worth it considering Disney pricing and the overall experience. Whether you're bringing the kids or coming by yourself, this brunch experience truly felt like part of the Disney magic. I'd definitely save this for a special occasion visit.
