This location of Azucar is located in the Garage next to bottle works. I think it's in a prime location as this half of the Garage seems to stay packed. First I want to say is the cashier seemed so genuinely happy and was really nice. I ordered the 6 mini empanadas because I wanted to try out a few other vendors and I got 2 chicken, 2 cheese, and 2 beef and it was the perfect size and price. They were hot and tasty but I would have loved to tasted a little spice with the chicken. I would highly recommend this to add to your samplings at the Garage.

Now lately, I have been getting hooked on Venezuelan food, but I was disappointed in the food here. The ladies were very nice and pleasant to talk with. The location is very cool and i love the vibe there. But I probably wont go back to this place to eat.

We ordered some empanadas, specifically mini chicken and beef. They tasted great with the sauce. The service was quick, and it wasn't very busy when we arrived.

This place is good, but not the best Venezuelan food in Indy. I got the arepa pabellón, and it was OK. However, this place has a really expansive menu for how big it it. It's in the bottle works garage on Mass Ave. They have several types of arepas and cachapas on the menu. Definitely a great place to try some different types of Venezuelan food! The bottleworks is in a walkable area, it's easy to bike to, and they have lots of parking nearby. This place is definitely worth a try! Especially, if you haven't had much Venezuelan food before.

Pretty solid arepa place located inside the AMP in Indy. Tried 2 different arepas liked the chicken and chorizo a little better than the beef. I will say this, there is no skimping on the portion sizes. My local arepa place in Detroit makes them a little smaller. I was surprised how big these were. No complaints about leftovers for later.

I've had this place on my list for a while and I'm so glad I finally stopped in, it was delicious. I had the Reina Pepeada arepa with a side of chimichurri sauce with an orange passion fruit juice. It was my first time trying an arepa and it won't be my last. It was super stuffed with chicken, avocado, and cilantro. I added a side of chimichurri sauce which was actually my favorite part. The juice was light and fresh. The food was all delicious and the staff were friendly as well. It was

I had lunch here on a weekday and there were about 4 people in line ahead of me which almost sent me elsewhere since I didn't have a ton of time, but the line moved pretty quickly. They are making the food to order so do expect to wait a couple of minutes after ordering, but they are working quickly and it's definitely worth waiting a bit for fresh food! I had the pabellon arepa, and it was delicious! The beef was tender and flavorful and the plantain's sweetness went well with everything else. I went with the side of avocado sauce for 50 cents extra and it was very tasty and went well with the arepa, but honestly, it was probably a teaspoon of sauce so it only went with maybe 1-2 bites of the arepa. Hmmm....I wouldn't even give it a though if they weren't charging extra for it. My suggestion would be to maybe either include a choice of one sauce in the price or increase the portion a bit. The portion of the arepa itself was perfect for a light lunch, but if you're really hungry, you'll probably want to add on something else too. Also, their menu only lists their specialty beverages, and so that's all I thought they had, and I didn't want a juice based drink, so I didn't order anything to drink, but while I was waiting for my order I saw they did have fountain drinks that just weren't listed on the menu. Anyway, I will definitely order an arepa again, but will likely skip ordering a side of sauce and will know next time that I can get a fountain drink here rather than getting one from another establishment at the Garage.

Good food but nothing really special. Will not return. Was hungry after and ate stuff out of the fridge. A small sandwich for $9.

We really enjoyed the tostones and look forward going back to try more items on the menu soon! The unique location of it being a school bus outside Tractor Supply made this experience feel like a fun little side quest! Enjoy your meal inside the bus or take it to go! Cheers!

Fried sweet plantains are one of my favorite things (and what I miss most about living in Miami may years ago...) So this weekend I finally decided to stop there. How fun to realize that half of the bus is also tables for an actual sit-in dining experience?! What a cute, unique experience. Also I learned they are closed Sunday & Monday, but otherwise there in the week for lunch through dinner. I got there at a perfect time - I was the only person. But they shortly got several more customers as I was there. I was really just going to order fried sweet plantains, but I decided to get the "vegan arepa" with is an arepa with black brands, avocado, and the friend sweet plantains. ($11.50) I'm not vegan / I eat meat, but that combination looked appealing today and would also get me some of the sweet plaintains that I was craving. I got it to go, and it came with a little side of a nice crème sauce, and a little side of red sauce that I very quickly learned was ghost pepper! Which I don't see mention of on the menu, but I heard the other patrons in the bus talking about it. (I will say, I did save the rest of that little contianer ... gonna suffer wth it on some other food, too ...) The food was a #yum! Definitely next time going to go all-in on the sweet plantains, too. #ReviewsByRL

I've been here for breakfast and lunch and both times had a great experience with delicious food…read moreand good service. Between my two visits, I got the vegan arepa, Venezuelan breakfast plate, tres leches cake cup, and regular and horchata matcha lattes. The vegan arepa was very tasty. It was a little difficult to eat because the arepa was sliced so thinly that it didn't look sturdy enough to pick up, but it was too crispy to easily cut through with a fork and knife. Still delicious though. I had meant to order with the pink sauce but forgot to specify and got what I think was the guasacaca instead, but it was so good that I didn't really mind. The Venezuelan plate was the right balance of simple and flavourful. Great acai bowl. Tres leches was very sweet, but I enjoyed it, and it was a nice individual portion. The regular matcha latte was pretty good, however the horchata was so sweet that I thought it somewhat overpowered the matcha in the horchata latte. I also tried the açai bowl and fresh-squeezed OJ that my family ordered, and would also highly recommend both of those! Whether you're visiting for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there's a ton of variety including Venezuelan, Mexican, other Latin American, and USAmerican dishes, and some vegetarian and vegan options. The atmosphere is cool with the fake plants on the ceiling, and they had fun Latin music on. The waitress we had both times was friendly and professional, and the food was reasonably quick to come out. Recommended for something different in Bloomington!

Naturally, I pulled up the Yelp app to search for something open nearby for recommendations. Turns out Delicia is one of my friend's boyfriend's favorite restaurant in Broad Ripple. They both frequent the restaurants in that area as they live in the neighborhood so that's definitely saying something and I can see why based on the vibe and atmosphere! We were only there for drinks (which were amazing) and they were definitely worth making another trip for. I ordered the "Pulparindo" which is slightly spicy tamarind vodka, fresh mango puree, raw sugar simple, lime juice and a yummy tajin rim. I would have had more of it wasn't last call when we placed our order. Another popular choice was the "FIRE 'N' Ice" made with el charro jalapeño infused reposado tequila, hibiscus I basil I habanero reduction, tres chiles infused ice ball. Beautiful presentation with all the drinks. Our waitress was great and attentive. I also really liked how I felt instantly in a better mood in that space and I will be going back again for dinner soon.

If you're in town and looking for a more upscale experience with a Caribbean/Spanish cuisine then I would recommend this spot.
