All around fabulous, refreshing, and tasty bubble tea. We love the huge cups and straws with the most adorable logo of a person with long hair and collar shirt sticking their tongue out and winking enjoying the tastiness of it all. Our faves are rainbow lychee with lychee iced tea and lychee with jasmine green milk iced tea. Boba with oolong milk iced tea and matcha strawberry milk tea. We cannot wait to try more of their flavors especially the mango strawberry smoothie with cheese foam on top and more of the taro lovers drinks. Their waffle matcha icecream looks absolutely delicious and we cannot wait to devour this someday. Veggie fried rice with veggie eggrolls is a go to craving fulfilled along with their delightful crunchy savory popcorn chicken. Boba yea? Yes please! Found this cute place in Thousand Oaks today in a strip mall near Trader Joe's. Slightly hidden but quite the gem. The drinks are served in a nice cup and not one of those heat sealed cups where you have to puncture the straw thru and sometimes the plastic rips. We had the Dirty Milk Tea and the Taro lover both with boba. The boba was cooked to perfection and each drink had just the right amount of it too! Service was great and all of the employees were very friendly. Such a great spot! Will definitely be back. read more

First of all, as a K Pop fan, I loved the ambience! Should have taken more pictures! The service was great, the cashier was very helpful and answered all my questions as I tried to figure out what I wanted to order. We were visiting Thousand Oaks and were craving boba after a hike. This was the only nearby option, so we decided to check it out. I got the golden oolong tea with boba. It was around $5.70 for a pretty good size cup. The flavor was really mild. I shouldn't be complaining that it wasn't sweet, but maybe it did need a little sugar to make it more satisfying. This definitely wasn't my favorite flavor. Boba was tender and was the right texture. read more

The crystal boba and regular house boba are my favorite (but all toppings are perf)! There's plenty of drink selections to choose from. The drinks all taste refreshing and as exactly the name says! Serving sizes are great. The price points are acceptable. Staff is always smiling :) Also, the egg waffle is 10/10 and I highly recommend it!!! read more

I like how they have a strong tea flavor for their milk teas. I think their drinks could be sweeter. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with whole milk instead of creamer. Their popcorn chicken had good flavor but had no crisp or crunch. Portion was very small. Overall, not bad but not great. read more

I've been here a couple times when I've been in the mood for boba. This place is cute and they have lots of options on the menu. All the drinks I've had have been pretty good- usually I get the milk tea boba and my boyfriend gets something interesting like the tropical tea or something with cheese cream. But... This past time when we came in, we saw a little sign right outside saying if we order online we could get 10% off, so we figured why wouldn't we to get the discount. So we go through the process and place the order, and are waiting in the cafe for our drinks. People go in after us, order, and get their drinks. After about 20 minutes from ordering with now nobody in the shop, I was getting confused. I made eye contact with one of the workers and she asked if we were waiting for anything. I said yes, we had done the online order for the discount, and she said we should have told her when we came in, that they hadn't started the order yet. I found this really weird, why wouldn't they start an online order when they receive it? Why would they have the discount displayed at the physical store but expect people to know to tell the workers that they placed the order online for them to start preparing it? If that's so, why wouldn't they put a sign to let people know to do this? We didn't let that bug us, we waited as they started our drinks, but a minute later someone else who placed an online order comes in to pick it up, and another worker thanks him for placing the order in advance and says a lot of people just place the online order and walk into the cafe right away without letting them know. Umm... we are right next to you, do you think we can't hear? Or did you know we could? Why have the discount displayed there if you don't actually want us to order online? Of course they're placing it online when you're advertising a discount. This rubbed me the wrong way, and I won't order online again, but the place is still good and I'll probably come back unless I find another boba place in the area. read more

I like this place a lot and the people I have brought there like it too. The staff is great in answering questions and helping me make choices given that they have a lot of great flavors on their menu. I like their taro flavor which is not too sweet. It's my first time here today and.... Omg, their bobas here is simply the best! The best as it can get from Woodland Hills to Simi Valley! TASTE: I got their house milk tea with boba and red bean. It did not disappoint! Perfect flavors and not too sweet like most places. You can taste the best qualities in these ingredients! And boba is nice and soft and sweet. It also doesn't get harden too quickly like at other places which I can appreciate. My husband also really likes their Korean cheese dog. SERVICE: Service was also fast and the kids working there are very nice too. Fast, friendly, & efficient. Not teens being on their phones TikToking away which I also appreciate. You'd be suprise how many I find at other places. Price is good too for the quality! Especially for Thousand Oaks?! Can't beat that! Big parking lot. The plaza also has all my favorite stores like Daiso & Trader Joe's. A win for me! read more

Been here a handful of times now to be able to write an honest review. Overall, Azuki serves up pretty legit boba. I'll regularly get the House Milk Tea or Golden Oolong Milk Tea - I love to be able to control the sweetness level as I feel the default is a bit too sweet. 9 times out of 10 the boba is the perfect, soft and chewy, consistency. I'm taking a star off just for the uneven service at times. I've ordered food on a couple of occasions and, while I feel their drink service is on point, the food part needs some work. I've waited for 10 minutes plus for food when the store wasn't busy and had to remind the workers on a couple of occasions of my order. While they were very apologetic, I've just stopped ordering food now and stick to drinks only. All in all though, I'll keep coming back for the great boba. read more

I am SO glad we finally have a boba tea place that is on par with the top boba places in LA! They had a soft opening special this week where drinks were 50% off and we got to try a few different drinks. The Dirty Milk tea and House Milk tea were great! My husband liked the Silky Mango Latte and the Lychee on Lychee was very refreshing. You can customize the sugar and ice level for your drinks. The staff are all so friendly too! Boba drink is delicious. I got the Uji Matcha with Cheese Foam... it's good but they gave me so little cheese foam. Also, we ordered popcorn chicken and they gave us so little... don't get me wrong, it was delicious... but $4.50 for ten small pieces of chicken ain't worth. Also, told the barista to make my passion tea with 25% sweetness and she gave me the dirtiest look ever haha. Then I said, "what? Is it bad?" And she said, "well, the flavor is in the sweetener." Best tea spot in the Conejo Valley. Love all their flavors and especially love that they offer aloe vera. I like getting the mango latte or fruit teas. Milk tea with boba is also a fave of mine. Everyone is super friendly and they make the drinks pretty quickly. They even have vegan options. Space is small and often I see younger folks hanging out. Azuki is the best. The staff are attentive, the ambience cute, and the drinks are as delicious as they are beautiful. I'm a fruity tea girl and my favs are the Galaxy drinks (though I get them only 25% sweet!). I also like the tropical tea. I'm very picky with boba itself and sooo many places around overcook their boba so they are mushy. I can't stand it! Azuki never fails to make the best, firm yet chewy boba every time. My kids get caffeine free (tea free) Galaxy drinks or the lemon berry slush or cookies and dream. We are also big fans of the crispy, chewy, matcha bubble waffle with ice cream on the side or the Korean cheese dog! Friend and I stopped by on a whim after a Costco run and it was honestly the best decision of our lives (and the worse for our wallets). Excellent bubble tea with a very cute interior complete with squishmallows and kpop in the background. Bubble teas I have had include the Taro cream, matcha with cheese foam, and the rose milk tea. All were very good and had good tapioca portions. Food wise I have had the popcorn chicken, which was also great. My friend had had the takoyaki as well as the cheese dog, both of which she liked as well. Will definitely come back to try more goodies! read more

I wanted to love this place but the teas just weren't good. House milk tea tasted dirty, like dirt. The foam tasted good but had clumps in it, not very appetizing. The taro lovers tea was pretty but bland. Best thing was the matcha mochi waffle. That was yummy and fun to eat. Service was very kind and incredibly fast but I won't be going again. read more

Found this boba spot on a rainy day. I was glad to find it considering this is probably the best boba place in the area. I got a milk tea and it was quite good and I also got popcorn chicken and I thought it was delicious. I love how cheap the food and drinks are. Honestly a decent spot. Only dropping it down to four stars because although I felt the food and drinks were good I felt like the shop itself was quite dirty looking. The floors especially. I also happen to have sat across from the ice machine so I was able to peep in the back where they made the drinks and it just felt quite messy and dirty to me. read more

I'm very picky about chai, so when Robin insisted "you're trying this" so I listened and I'm so glad I did haha. Freshly brewed, no artificial flavors, perfectly spiced. I think I would dub this one of the BEST chai's I've ever had. 10/10. Their classic breakfast bites hit the spot too. I had a breakfast sandwich with crispy bacon and a fresh egg. Simple but good. I'd get this again but also would be open to trying some of their other bites. 8/10. The handmade bakery section here was unreal. The apple pastry I ordered was pure nostalgia and absolutely delicious. I can't wait to come back and try more of their daily baked goods. The selection was huge and lots of different options to try. I think their passionfruit pastry will be calling my name next time. Lastly I leave you with a Fun fact: if you're a football fan or into chess, this is your cafe. Chess tables are available for playing at and it's the perfect morning spot to catch matches over coffee and pastries. Having just been through an MRI test, I decided to treat myself to a small sundae. Hadn't had one in ages! Their hot fudge is outstanding! Just the hit of chocolately goodness I was craving. I paired it with lemon sorbet. It was a wonderful combination of sweet and tart. It was warm enough to sit out on their side patio and just relax for a while. I remarked to DH that I miss all the plants that the previous business owner had kept out on the patio for atmosphere. The current iteration is clean, but on the boring side. We love their food, so I'm overlooking the lack of ambiance for now. That being said, DH and I have been discussing recently how much we miss the kinds of places that used to have great style in their decor. Theme restaurants are more rare these days than they ought to be. I'm sorry for our kids and grandkids that they don't get to experience more of those kinds of visually interesting kinds of places without having to go to a theme park. They got a variety of ice creams, some common ones but also some new ones. This is the first place I ever had a chance to try the espresso ice cream, which is ice cream with a shot of espresso, and it was delicious, especially as a coffee lover and ice cream lover. Kids devoured all their ice cream, which is rare for them to do. They also serve food here, which we did not get to try but is good to know is an option. They have tables everywhere and a fountain machine and some unique teas I got to try, like their lavender tea! This was beautiful and so amazing. I can't wait to come back and grab another ice cream espresso from here and maybe try one of their sandwiches. Yum!

Ordered a dirty milk tea that the cashier recommended on my first visit during their soft opening. It was quite busy and it took about 20 minutes to get my drink. The drink was a bit too sweet for me but very aesthetically pleasing. I visited again earlier today and tried a passionfruit tea that my sister got, which I found to be perfect for me. I ordered a mango galaxy for myself, which again, I found to be too sweet. It looked amazing and I wish I took a picture before mixing it up. Didn't like the crystal boba in it much, I think I would've preferred popping boba as the taste of crystal boba isn't for me. The wait was shorter too - I got there after the gym around 7:15, and only waited about 1 minute. Staff was friendly and remembered that I had come before. I hope they'll look into seasonal drinks like pumpkin and other flavours for the galaxy series. Definitely will be coming again. read more

Azuki has potential, but I'd say it's a hit or miss experience. Their drinks can be really good on some days, but other times, they're watery and lack flavor, which is frustrating when you're craving something consistent. They also offer small bites like popcorn chicken, egg waffles, takoyaki, Korean cheese dogs, and fried tofu, which is a fun addition to the menu. Unfortunately, the food was a bit of a letdown during my visit. The wait was way too long for smaller items, and when I got my popcorn chicken, only about four pieces were actually edible--the rest were overcooked and way too hard. Azuki is such a charming little spot, and the ample parking makes it super convenient to visit. The service here was top-notch--quick, efficient, and genuinely friendly. The staff member who took our order was so kind, which added an extra touch of warmth to our experience. We tried the Green Thai Tea with boba and the House Milk Tea with boba. Both drinks were perfectly balanced--not too sweet, which we really appreciated. The boba was just right--soft, chewy, and with great texture. A note to myself…read more Coming back from a weekend camping trip in Pismo Beach, we always need a bit of sugar to keep us awake for the remainder of the ride home. I found this place on Yelp and thought it would be a great pit stop since it was located in a large plaza and had space for us to park our trailer. Kind of a regret. When we arrived, there was an additional 30 minute wait for boba. We opted to skip the boba since we didn't want to wait that long. I ordered on the kiosk and for some reason, the selection for no toppings was not available. I ordered the Mango Coconut, which was refreshing, but didn't taste real. My bf ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea which just tasted like milk. The Brown Sugar was stuck to the side of the cup and didn't mix well. It had a goopy texture, which was unappealing and didn't taste good. Would not recommend.

So, I selected the burrito, a tall, cool raspberry tea, and a double-shot of espresso. My coffee was ready first, quickly succeeded by my burrito and tea a few minutes later. The espresso was strong, yet possessed a smooth texture, while my tea was cool and refreshing, having a subtle berry hint of flavour that touched the back of the palate. I was hoping it could have been a tad stronger but, for having no caffeine, it was fine. My breakfast burrito was hearty, juicy, and well seasoned, as it was stuffed with scrambled egg, chopped spinach, cheese, and cubed potatoes snuggled in a nice green wrap. The accompanying side of salsa provided a sweet and tangy note to brighten this, already well-balanced, nosh. The seating area was clean, while the tables were all well kept. If you are looking to find a quiet place to read, work, of just chill with a great cup of joe, look no further. This place is great as it's nestled in a great location with plenty of parking. Enjoy! I've been to Italy multiple times and grew up around Italian baking, and this is hands down the best frittelle I've ever tasted. Light, golden, and filled with vanilla custard, then finished with a dusting of powdered sugar, it was truly unforgettable. This is a real Italian bakery, and once you step inside, the space completely opens up--high ceilings, a beautiful interior, and a hidden, speakeasy feel you'd never expect from the street. Carrara's presents it beautifully on a stone tray, with a proper espresso cup and a transparent glass so you can actually see the layers of gelato and espresso.
