Not sure what happened to the excellent customer service that once existed at the main Street…read morelocation? I'm not going to go into great detail but I won't be returning to this location and these gentlemen should not be getting paid for hanging out and sitting in their cars. Not one car in any of the bays. Nobody was waiting and they were too lazy to actually do all of the inspection and finished out by not vacuuming or cleaning the windshield. When I went into pay they didn't even want to review the inspection results or everything that they did. They just wanted the the payment and before I could even finish paying all three of them were back out the side door sitting in their car. Just a bummer, it used to be so different there! It took less than 10 minutes to complete the inspection and the oil change. I'm not sure if I even got a new oil filter so I'm taking my vehicle elsewhere tomorrow to have it re-looked at to make sure everything's intact and full.

Looked under the truck and the back bolt holding the lower right a-arm on is almost totally out with the nut barely threaded. They didn't re-torque or even tighten that major bolt holding my wheel to the chassis. If it had come out on the freeway at 85 who knows if i'd even be here to write this. Stay very very far away from this crap hole. Literally anywhere would be better. F*ck this place!

K I had a coolant leak in my car, and took it here to have it checked. The next day i called in the morning and was told they would get to it in the afternoon and would give me a call before they started, afternoon comes around and i end up calling again, low and behold they still haven't looked at it but told me they were gearing up to bring it in and run diagnostics. Was told they would call me back when they finished that. I didn't get a call back, and before I realized it they were closed so I left a a message about how upset I was about it. Never got a call back had to call them again the next day they were open and then told me that the main guy wasn't in and they would have him give me a call, he didn't call and when I tried to call later no one was answering. I WENT IN TO TALK TO THEM AND THEY ENDED UP TELLING ME IT WOULD BE WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD LOOK AT IT. I promptly took my car keys back after that.This has been the worst experience I've had with a mechanic, highly suggest taking your business else where. Ps. They tried to charge me $175 for diagnostics that they didn't even run

Erik…read moreand Jake responded promptly to my request to charge the A/C, replace the battery and solve the check engine light issue in my 2008 Mustang. The work was completed quickly after I approved the costs via a phone call from Erik. I picked up my car and drove to the grocery store whereupon the check engine light came back on when I left, so I immediately returned to Tire Rama. Right away Jake had the car back in the shop and the mechanic looked for the code to no avail. Erik had gone for the day, and I agreed to schedule a return appointment. I was prepared for having to spend more money, but within just a few hours Erik called to say they had replaced the aftermarket O2 sensor from Napa with the more expensive sensor from Ford and after test driving, was confident the problem was resolved and there would be no charge. I am very pleased to have my Mustang running smoothly again and grateful for the excellent service from the crew at Tire Rama. I'll be returning to Erik at Tire Rama on Grand for all my automotive needs.

Our coach needed a definite wash as well as the car. We stopped at Fly in and Wash but we didn't…read more"fly" out. We had a three hour wait but we decided it was needed in spite of the wait. The guys did a great job on both and we recognized our coach and toad again!! Both were really dirty from all the traveling. I asked one of the guys to add a certain area of the coach and he warmly said... no problem!! Bugs were all over both so after two spray washes we finally got them all off. Great deal for $70 in all!!! Was really surprised by the cost. Thanks guys for the extra effort to make me happy on a good clean job!!! On our way to Billings Montana KOA looking clean and bright. Now, we could be proud of our coach's appearance again!!! Four stars only because of the long three hour wait.

When Chris (a super nice guy!) got here he decided to pull the battery (no simple task...it's one that's partially buried) and sent us to buy a new one while he waited at the house. We returned, he Installed the battery, put everything back together and we were on our way in less than an hour. I should also mention he was at our house 15 minutes after we first called! I won't list what we were charged, but it was incredibly reasonable. We would not call any other place after this experience. Aaliby has our business for life. Highly recommend!!!
