He could have easily told me I needed new parts and I would not have known the difference, but instead he fixed it the right way and saved me a good amount of money. Also regarding his response to my prior review, he never offered to come over to get the part number after the model number could not be read. He was about to order the wrong part which cost 100 dollars more. Also stating that i had to give him an answer so he can secure the part from his supplier which would take a few days to get. How does this story end. I ordered the part from an online authorized dealer $173. Part was delivered Monday. Eight screws later and my oven is back up and running. He was in a rush according to my wife. Was on the phone with another customer telling hum he would be right over. If he just would have taken a few minutes to remove the cover the part number was right there (see photo). 92 bucks for absolutely nothing, 10 minutes time. This is also the reason he does not take credit cards. The check was deposited, I'm sure right from his car that night.

I gave him payment the first week of August 2025. A few weeks later I started to call to inquire how long. He answered my first call and said he would get back to me in 10 minutes. It's a good thing I paid him for the service call and not the part. Henry is not honest, stated he texted me when he never did. I WOULD NOT recommend Henry or his business, First Anointed Appliance Repair. All I can say is consumer beware when dealing with Henry and First Anointed.
