His comment is definitely bad for business as it may have offend others. He was nice till the bill came out & when we both knew one of the tires wasn't properly…read morebalance...not only did he not say anything about redoing it, he made a comment about me telling him it was easier to leave the lug nuts on while swapping out the tires...this was before I asked to do the wheel balance on all the tires. When I told him "I'll pay for what you do", he took it as an opportunity to charge me for everything he could think of literally. I was even charged for the weights of the balance. My bill came out to $162 & for 1 used tire & 5 balance & mounting at a used tire place...should have went to a Goodyear for this price & they would have rebalanced my wheel without a question & had some warranty. Don't go there if you expected to save a few dollars, if you do...don't say I didn't give you a heads up on the shaft they hand out ; )

This is a woman friendly store ladies, Lol I was here looking for wipers for my truck. They have a machine that you enter the cars information and it tells you the size you need. Not trusting the machine, lol. I asked for assistance, and a worker came and double-checked things for me. I appreciate that he entertained my doubts. I got to ask him some other questions, and he gave me clear answers. I felt confident in my purchase, thanks to him. After I paid for the wipers to my surprise and luck, He installed the wipers for me. That was good customer service. The shop is located near Washington St. You can find free street parking right in front of the shop. A small shopping center is right next door with more parking options.

Anybody who knows anything about this job, knows that changing the spark plugs on a 2016 hyundai sonata 2.4L engine is a 20 to 25 minute job AT THE MOST and that is if you go as slow as a turtle. So what was the mechanic going to do for the other 30 minutes? ALSO, i needed an interpreter to communicate with the mechanic. I would like to communicate with my mechanic directly so nothing is left out.

He could have done the "easy thing" and required that I order a whole new lining but instead he was able to fix the small piece that broke. He didn't have to spend the extra time and do his best to make sure I did not have to spend an arm and a leg unexpectedly and unnecessarily... I am really impressed with this shop and its owner. A top shop is something that you hope you do not have to frequent but I will never go elsewhere. 10/10 here! Tell your friends!

I was 1 quart low on oil so I ran to my local Advance parts…read more Grabbed the qt of oil I needed and went to register/counter. 3 minutes passed (I was the only customer in store) and no one showed up at register I called out to the back area and someone replied "I'll be right out" 5 minutes past and now the line behind me was pretty long I leaned in behind the counter and saw a man with a ponytail at a table reading something and said "hey man I have to get to work" and he barked very rudely "I told you I was coming " Then the phone rang and he took that call for about 3 minutes I waited another 2-3 mins but he never came out so I left. The millions of dollars your company spends on marketing and advertising are completely wasted when an employee such as this behaves like this This was 11:30 am on October 15.
