Highly recommend!! They are quite sweet though so I recommend getting another savory dish and then doing a little family style moment for the best of both worlds. Chilaquiles were fantastic and our waiter suggested we get the sauce on the side so our chips don't get soggy (smart move). Great shaded outdoor seating. We landed at MIA around 7am and this seemed to be one of the first places to open up and have good ratings. Lyft ride to the restaurant was in the midst of rush hour traffic but it was worth the ride. Food was good. Reina pepida was tasty and had a fresh taste of lime juice. Spicy tuna had an abundance of avocado mash on top, cucumber slices and mushrooms. It came with a side of greens. I am glad we deviated from our usual of eggs Benedict and scrambled egg brunch items. A must do while you are in Brickell! This place is great for brunch and pastries. This place is obviously popular and you will see that as there is often a line in front of it. The front staff is super nice, especially this very good looking gentleman. They have a virtual line system that will send you a text when the table is ready. Brickell center is a block away so you can go shopping while waiting. Generally the wait is less than what they tell you when you check in so it's always a good surprise. The place is buzzing, service is generally blazing fast and I must admit it can be a bit overwhelming when you are inside with the noise of the kitchen, people chatting and waitresses flying everywhere, just a thing to know :-) the outside is very nicely setup with a south exposure which provide a sunny environment. Food is great. I went there many times so I will highlight a few of my favorites. 1) the strawberry goat cheese croissant. I am French, so my standards here are pretty high. This thing is fantastic! I must say that one must raise an eyebrow when seeing this mix but they executed it perfectly. It's not too sweet, not too goaty, the perfect mix and match. Well done! 2) the croque madame. What I especially love about it is that they use a torch to caramelize the cheese on top. Giving a similar look to a cream brûlée. Love it! 3) the lemon brew. I am not exactly sure how it's done but it's basically black sweet coffee with lemon. Again, sounds odd, but taste good! I had never seen that before. The one negative point I must say is coffee. That's definitely an area where they can improve. The coffee espresso generally have this burnt taste. I personally would love to have a good coffee in a place of that standing. I generally end up taking a cappuccino where the milk hide this burnt taste. This place is amazing, try it! read more

B Bistro was the first spot we dined at after checking into our hotel. Located near the Brickell City Centre, this brunch spot had so many items I wanted to try out on their menu. For my main dish, I started with the Croque Monsieur which was not on the menu; I requested the Croque Madame with the eggs on the side, scrambled. This dish was delicious. From the sweet bread to the perfect amount of béchamel, this Croque was delightful. Even the side salad was refreshing. Let's get to the main reason why I chose B Bistro. All of the reviews raved about their pastries, especially the croissant. I ordered the Nutella filled croissant which did not disappoint. On first slice, there was Nutella oozing out. (If you read my other reviews, you'll notice I love me some Nutella) Their croissant wasn't as fluffy and buttery like the ones I've had in Paris, but the Nutella in the croissant worked well together. Customer service was fantastic. Our server was super friendly and checked back with us occasionally. We had an issue with my eggs which they did not argue about and replaced them right away. I recommend coming in early as the place gets super busy. We couldn't make reservations but made it in time before they had a wait. It's definitely a good vibe at B Bistro. Their service was great, from the time we ordered to when our food came out, easily under 10 minutes! Our server was very attentive and helpful. Food was good, the chilaquiles were 10/10. This is a great brunch place in Brickell! If it wasn't for the long waits outside in the heat, this place would be a no brainer every weekend. I've come here multiple times and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. My recommendation would be the pastelito pancakes which are so light and fluffy with brown sugar and topped with guava. Then for a savory option, I ALWAYS get the salmon burger with avocado. They usually run out later in the afternoon because everyone orders it. The burger is so fresh and so filling with a patty mixture of salmon and spices. We were so hungry we even ordered the burrata with tomato which was also delicious with its vinaigrette. Came here for Sunday brunch expecting a long wait but surprisingly got a table in a shaded area outside within 10 minutes!! Also we brought my cousin's pup but B Bistro was totally fine with it, they even said we could sit inside if we wanted to (the outside table was open earlier so we just took that). Our waiter was really sweet and attentive, and all the patrons seemed really happy and like they were enjoying themselves. As for the food, my cousin got the Mexican avocado toast which was tasty and per my cousin really filling. We got a side of ham for her doggo which we all enjoyed really lol. I got the salmon burger after reading all the raves on Yelp and it didn't disappoint! I ate the whole thing and felt super full but not like I was going to keel over and lose my brunch full, plus the side salad was fresh and complemented the burger well! I cannot believe I have never reviewed BBistro. I have been coming here for years and absolutely love it. Literally everything on the menu is delicious and perfect. The quality is off the charts. Anytime I want something causal but impressive for a friend visiting Brickell I always take them there. One very cool thing to note is that they have had the same wait staff for years who even stayed with them through the pandemic. This tells me the restaurant treats its employees very well. My review would be different if I was dining in on an empty day with no guests but with the takeout experience, they're lucky they get 1 star. Called ahead to order for pickup. They said it be approximately 25 minute wait. Drove over to pick up at the 20 minute mark and hostess was extremely unfriendly. She said the order wasn't ready. For the next 45 minutes, she took other orders out from the kitchen in a very unhappy mood and every time I asked about my order, she said it wasn't ready without even going back to check. It was like I was a nuisance and wasn't worth her time. Finally after 45 minutes on top of the initial 25 minutes, she brought my order up and told me oh it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while...by the time I got back to my hotel 5 minutes away and started eating, the food was so cold it was like it was taken out of the fridge. I despise eating cold runny eggs, it's disgusting. Had my crab cake benedict been hot and fresh, I'm sure it would've tasted great as the flavors were really good but with the coldness of the toppings and the soggyness of the bread, it was just horrendous. It's official, I'm a convert! First of all, I want to thank Daniel and the staff at B Bistro + Bakery for the most wonderful experience, it was very comforting being treated genuinely good. Service definitely has a 5/5, from the host to the busboys, everyone had a smile and was very friendly. Last time I was here, I didn't have the best experience with the dishes but Daniel was nice enough and took the time to chat with me about my observations and explained everything which is something I really appreciated and to be honest, one of the main reasons why I decided to give this place another try. Let me start by saying that everything we tried today was beyond my expectations, everything was beautifully seasoned and plated. Steak and Eggs 4/5: the meat was soft, very well seasoned and juicy. It comes with eggs your way, mash potatoes and a chimichurri sauce that finishes off a great dish. Tip: order the eggs fried/sunny side up. Only thing I would recommend is adding some crunch to it to give it more personality. Truffle bun 5/5: OH MY! This is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. The bun itself is soft and buttery. Eggs are scrambled with cheese, the white sauce gives it a creamy flavor and the truffle layer at the bottom just crowns the whole thing. Honestly, could eat this everyday. Tip: add avocado. Pastelitos Pancakes 10/5: I promise you you've never had better pancakes than these ones. Everything about them is good, from the cookie crumble on top to the syrup around the pancakes. The pancakes itself are fluffy, buttery and airy. Not to thin, just perfect. The cream cheese ball on top helps smooth the whole plate, that way you won't feel like everything is too sweet. The cookie crumble is salty, crunchy and makes the whole dish come complete. The guava jam is sliced on top for the perfect amount on each bite you take. Overall, everything was to die for. The ambiance, the way tables are separated for COVID restrictions, the attention given by the staff, it all helps create a great experience. If you're ever in the MIA Brickell area, don't think twice, definitely give it a try. read more

I appreciate that they have a good number of options for Bellinis other than OJ and pineapple. We moved onto the entrees and I ordered the chilaquiles. It was sooooo good. The flavors were amazing! I think it comes on top of tortilla chips, so you have to eat it kinda fast so they don't get soggy. I focused more on the topping and less on the chips. Danggg this place is popping on a Sunday early afternoon. The place was packed. So much for covid... anyhow the dessert case was pretty tempting so, just grabbed a couple pastries. Coconut eclair is definitely pretty and fairly rich. The tiramisu was on point. The meringue drop on the top with a chocolate disk was perfection. The food was divine -- it was so so delicious, filling and tasty. We started our breakfast off with some coffee and croissants. The pistachio was my favorite. It had an excellent nutty blend that made it so good. For the meal, I ordered the reina pepiada and my mom ordered the Mexican avocado toast. We shared our plates, and I'm so glad we did. For myself I got the truffle bun again (this time I added ham) and the Mexican avocado toast. I also tasted from others the steak and eggs, the swag burger, and buttermilk pancakes. EVERYTHING was amazing but the stand out honestly was the burger. Soooo good. Highly recommend. Also the steak and eggs were delicious so def try that. The syrup they serve with the buttermilk pancakes is housemade and so good, it's more like a caramel. Tbh the truffle bun doesn't even need the added ham, I prefer it without.
