I called for service and explained in detail what was wrong with my stove. I was told the owner…read morewould come out and the cost would be $100 for the service call and whatever extra time and supply needed to fix issue would be additional. Sounded reasonable. The owner did nothing but tell me what I told them was wrong with my stove when I called for service. He then charged me $100 for it. I told him I knew what was wrong with the stove I called you to fix it. He then gave me an estimate. His estimate is $948 to fix a chewed wire from a mouse. Luckily a contractor was here finishing work in my singing room and saw the whole ordeal. The contractor called his electrical guy who fixed it for $250.00. The contractor then took $100 off the service of his electrician because he felt bad and said " as a business owner I could never justify charging a customer to come into their home and sit on my phone". Even the contractor thought the guy scammed us. Needless to say schedule at your own will but I learned my lesson and this guy won't get a recommendation from me or the contracting company that was here doing work.

I tried to find a replacement Shark floor attachment but could not find one. I took the floor attachment to Wakefield Sewing and Vacuum and asked if they would be able to repair the hose. The woman with whom I spoke said no, I would need to buy a new attachment. I said I was unable to find one online, and asked if there was a hose part that could be used to replace the split hose, I asked if there was a universal rod and floor attachment, I asked many questions to try to resolve the broken part and each question I had was responded with No, No, No. There was not a single suggestion they could provide that would help me. When I went home, I went online and sure enough, there are hose replacement parts for that attachment. There are universal floor attachment rods and floor attachments. I guess they just didn't want my business.

He spent a lot of time with me, and never seemed impatient. I took my time thinking about it and came back and he was still so patient and answered all my questions. You don't find sales people like this in big box stores, for sure, and I sure miss all the mom and pop stores that the big boxes put out of business.
