The friendly staff are helpful and can point you in the right direction for what you need. There's an information desk to the left when you walk in and you can usually ask questions there, if there's no one there the cashiers can help. They do so many different things that I didn't know about - they rent power tools and it's super affordable (I rented a sander for 4 hrs for $10), they repair screen doors, they have garden supplies...the list goes on. He went above and beyond to service me and get my doorknob customized to fit my existing key (so rather than having to add an additional key to my keychain, he was able to custom fit the door knob...himself personally...to my exact house key!). This was a level of service. I did not even know it was possible at Home Depot. I truly appreciate the time he took and how he treated me essentially like a VIP. For only $60 I left with two extra keys, the door knob I came in for, and a cute little keychain. In this economy, those are fantastic! Based on this experience, I will absolutely be returning exclusively to this Home Depot location as long as he is the manager.
