I will never be going to this place again. The food was MID but that wasn't the major factor that played into my review today. The staff that operate this establishment are downright immature and incompetent. I was waiting for service, while the staff behind the counter stood around and laughed to each other. My experience was moreover ruined by the presence of homeless man that continually berated and harassed me and other paying customers. I watched him approach two young ladies and touch them after giving them notes. Mind you, he looked around 60 and the girls looked like middle schoolers with backpacks, studying. He also made a toddler cry. When the mother presented the staff evidence of the incidence, they laughed it off and made fun of the kid. Ordered the house coffee with less ice, the drink tasted similar to the house coffee from 7-Leaves, except the coffee is stronger and the cream top is thicker, creamier, and saltier. Definitely would comeback and try other drinks, also would take advantage of their buy 1 and get 50% off on 2nd drink specials from 7:30am to 11am (if I remember correctly, should be for weekday only). Just a suggestion to the owner if they look at customer's review, they should organize the space to make it more welcoming. I was really looking forward to trying this place. Emphasis on "was." When I walked in and looked around, I noticed long hairs all over the benches, which was gross. I decided to order a meat bun with quail egg. When it arrived, it was piping hot but served in a plastic container, which was a disappointment. However, when I bit into it, I found that the meat and quail egg were actually quite cold. I was quite disappointed with the experience. Additionally, the quality of the bun wasn't all that great either. Perhaps I went on an off day, but regardless, I won't be returning. I suppose I'll have to make the trek to Viet town to find some good ones. If you're reading this and know a good quail egg bun place let me know! read more

Waffle House opened up recently, While I am a fan of ding tea and Gacha tea house I told my partner let's go give it a try. Walking in the Décor is cute and really "instagram" I ordered the Crème Brûlée and My partner got the Salted house coffee, we also got the original waffle to share. The total was around 18-19. When they handed us our drinks i was surprised to see how large they were. We got in the car and headed home. I KID YOU NOT WE TOOK ABOUT 4 SIPS from our drinks and they were finished!! We ordered Taro waffle, and matcha coconut waffle. And lastly, the chocolate crispy waffle filled with caramel in the middle. Yummy. I'm drooling just talking about it. They make everything behind a glass counter, so you can see how they mix their flavors and create their masterpieces. They're very into the holidays too.
