Phin" Einspanner Coffee And Hot Pistachio Coffee
    Christina P.

If you're craving some flavorful Vietnamese coffee, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. I was especially excited to find a coffee shop open until 11:00 p.m. Most coffee spots close between 9:00 and 10:00, so I felt lucky when this place popped up on Google. I arrived about an hour before closing, and surprisingly, I was the only customer inside. As soon as I walked in, the young girl working at the counter greeted me warmly. Orders are placed through a tablet, which lets you customize sweetness levels, cream options, and other preferences. Since it was my first visit, I wasn't sure what to expect, so I left everything at the standard settings. Wanting to try both a hot and cold option, I ordered the Phin Einspanner Coffee and the Hot Pistachio Coffee. Both drinks were very flavorful and well-crafted, although a bit sweeter than my personal preference. Next time, I'll definitely order them with less sweetness. My son loves matcha, so I'll be bringing him back to try some of their matcha drinks. Based on what I saw, I think he'd really enjoy this place. The shop itself is cute, trendy, and very clean. The music created a great atmosphere, and the overall vibe felt fresh and welcoming. As I stated before, the young girl working up front was friendly and hospitable, however the gentleman preparing the drinks in the back didn't say much and seemed a little reserved, not too friendly and didn't acknowledge me but I wouldn't let that affect my overall impression of the business. Overall, this was a great first experience. Between the unique drink selections, late-night hours, inviting atmosphere, and quality coffee, I'll definitely be back.

Great service and atmosphere, but drink photos are deceiving. We ordered the Matcha Banana and it didn't look the photos on their app. It also didn't taste all that great. A bit artificial. The other drink we tried was the Authentic Milk Tea but it didn't taste like Milk Tea. We got our drinks with less ice and drinks were not filled to the top. The drinks still had quite a lot of ice. Parking lot is small as well. The interior looks bright and welcoming, but I probably wouldn't come back. I didn't see anything that stood out from my regular coffee and tea places.

4 stars This place has rebranded since my last review and I feel like I have to come here more often! The interior is nicel. I don't see a food menu anymore, but a lot of beverage options. The employee helping me was nice. I ordered the Ube Cream Coffee ($6.50). I thought it was tasty and strong. Definitely bonus points for allowing sugar adjustments. At 70% sugar, I thought the beverage was perfectly sweet for me. On a Tuesday morning, there's plenty of seating. Interior is modern and clean. I wouldn't call it cozy, but it has its own vibe. Will definitely be back!

This place is both convenient and delicious and has so much to offer! I only got myself to give it a try this week and find myself planning what I'll get next time I'm in. First of all, I'm so happy they're open EARLY. like actually early, before people go to work, when we need coffee! Everything is incredibly clean inside from seating to drink preparation area and the restroom! Plenty of seating and cute for photo aesthetics. Service is quick and kind with the option to kiosk or app/online order. They have a great welcome offer for the app & it works quickly. Matcha is yum! They have a wide variety of flavored options (I tried Strawberry and Corn both 7.5/10) and their Phin coffee is great too (I find it a normal amount of strong as a Vjet but beware haha it can be strong!)

Drove past on the way home, decided to pop in to try it! Got a regular matcha oat latte, no sweetness adjustments! im usually not a fan of oat milk in my lattes but this matcha was so rich and deep in color!! better than most places in the 626 for matcha. the young woman at the cashier was really nice and pleasant. they had alot of tables and chairs. saw some people just gossiping catchin up and some studying! nice hang out spot with good matcha! :)

    Kat S.

Loved the Pandan matcha, so I had to go back to try another flavor. Which I did, and the Corn matcha was just as delicious. I had to reduce the sugar, but it was still delicious. It's such a cute and cozy cafe with a handful of seating plus a patio. The staff is very friendly. There's plenty of parking in the lot

Came back to try more drinks. First, download their app. Ordering was so simple and I didn't have to wait for my drinks this time. Just picked up and go....AND free Vietnamese coffee upon download. And that is one tasty drink. I also ordered a panda matcha and loved the flavor.

Stopped by after lunch for coffee. Charming little roastery. My son immediately pointed out the teddy bear baristas and asked to take a picture with them. The service was super friendly. The menu has a ton of really good coffee and non-coffee options. I got the Brown Einspanner and the strawberry cloud tea slush for my kiddo. Both drinks were delicious. Will definitely be stopping by frequently to explore more of the menu. I stick to coffee only, but I might even try their fruit slushes or refreshers next time!

One of new go-tos for coffee and matcha in the 626! I was recommended this cafe by a friend and it did not disappoint. They're located in a small plaza with very minimal parking spots if it gets busy. Walking in, your eyes go towards their TV that displays their menu. They offer a wide variety of drinks such as matchas, coffees, and fruity drinks if you don't want caffeine. If you're having a difficult time choosing what drink you want, you can ask the person taking your order for recommendations. I couldn't get his name but he was so helpful when one of my friends didn't want a caffeinated drink and had his recommendations for a fruity drink. I got to try 5 different drinks and wow they were all so delicious! This place is definitely a popular spot to get some work done since they have many tables and chairs for you to work at while you enjoy your drink. Even if you don't want to study or do work, it's still a spot to catch up with friends! Drinks: Iced Matcha Latte (7.5/10): This was the drink that I got! They use 'ceremonial uji matcha' as their base. I really loved how concentrated the matcha flavor is but I was looking for some sweetness. I definitely will try the matcha einspanner next time since other people have said that this is the sweeter option between the matchas. Coco Matcha Cloud: I'm not a big fan of coconut water but I did a sip of this drink! Aesthetic wise, this one was really nice to look at since they use a pink coconut water as the base then add a matcha cold foam on top with a little flower. I like how refreshing everything tasted when combined! Mango Bilini: This drink will absolutely HIT when summer comes around the corner. One of us in the group doesn't like caffeine so this drink was recommended to him! This drink is everything you're looking for when you're craving something cold and has mangos. You can choose between Oolong tea or Jasmine tea as the base and he got jasmine tea! I will say that this drink is definitely on the sweeter side. Rising Phoenix: This drink is a floral tasting milk tea. I believe that this is an oolong based milk tea! I love floral milk teas so this one is definitely a get again if I ever decide on getting a milk tea from here!

    Matcha Einspanner

I love their matcha series, especially matcha latte and matcha einspanner (50% sweet). They don't mess with the amount of grams in the matcha. It's really thick and would come back again. 5/5 Ambiance: the atmosphere is really nice

Pandan Matcha, 30% sweetened, Almond milk = PERFECTION!!!!
    Linda T.

Went to visit family and ran errands in the neighborhood. I looked up local matcha places and B'Lets popped up. It was super easy to order online. I didn't download the app because I don't live in the area. My husband got the Oolong Milk Tea w boba and I got the pandan Matcha. The oolong was fragrant and perfectly sweetened. My husband loved it and he is a picky man. I usually get a strawberry matcha but my husband convinced me to try the pandan. I didn't know what to expect. I always get nervous that my drinks are too sweet. The pandan matcha did not disappoint! It was was light and refreshing for a hot day. I ordered it 30% sweetened with almond milk and I tried very hard to sip and not gulp it all up. When I walked to pick up and the staff was nice and polite. Very clean... tables and chairs were inviting and had a mix of people on their laptops, family with kids, teens chatting away. I will definitely come back when I visit again!! We had 2 very delicious drinks and we were both so happy

I took the kids to B'lets Roastery this morning at around 11:30 a.m. while they were getting haircuts nearby. The kids were thrilled to see two enormous bear dolls, and the location looked good for pictures. I got the Matcha Lava Cream, which is Unique Crafted with ceremonial Uji Matcha and a hint of Jasmine and Boba, Egg Coffee, which comes with Bold Coffee with condensed milk, egg cream, and finally Cookie & Cream. To receive the FREE Viet "Phin" coffee, be sure to download the B'lets Roastery app. It's a good spot for tea, coffee, and bubble teas.

drinks: i downed tf out of that matcha lava fire asf egg coffee was mid only because usually egg coffee has a very distinct flavor to me a big part of it i feel like is the egg and this one is like coffeeeeeee and smol egg so service: pretty good too can't complain, girl said bye to me when i left which i always like ambiance: tables wobbly asf music was loud as hell and there was 3 ppl in that ho not great to study , so that pissed me off hella aesthetic in there prices: mid parking: good 5/5 bc i would come again, if they upped that $ then hell nah and i would def come back on yelp and change my review, but the matcha was fire and i like coffee more so that's how yk it was good

Once the order was placed, it did take quite awhile for the food to come out. Expect to finish your drinks before the food arrives. Not sure the delay with this and perhaps another staffing issue. I ordered a regular coffee and to my suprise no refills on this. This was a bit disappointing. Typically establishments offer refills, but not here. Couple this with a long food wait, and the experience begins to disappoint. The food arrived and it was good, but not memorable. With the rising costs of eating out, the expectation is greater. Both experience and food need to be there and not one or the other. It doesn't have to be great, but both should be at the minimum good. For me, I would return but I am not in a rush to. I ordered the asada chilaquiles verdes with over easy eggs, and my little one had the kids' French toast. The food was really good overall. The green sauce was flavorful, the portions were generous, and the French toast was delicious. The only downside was that the carne asada had a slightly off taste, which took away from an otherwise enjoyable meal. My biggest surprise was the price. For an old school diner, I found it to be on the expensive side. The café de olla was $6.99, my son's orange juice was over $5, and even the small add-ons were priced higher than expected. Breakfast for just the two of us came to about $60 with tip. I'm usually used to spending about half that amount for myself and my 3 year old. Overall, the breakfast was tasty, and I enjoyed the food. If price isn't a concern, it's worth checking out, but the cost would probably make me think twice before coming back regularly..

After getting some nearby spa services, I thought I would close out the evening with a sweet treat…read more They have a huge menu with large variety of sweet and savory options. They close at 12 am, and we walked in around 11:30 pm. We tried to order a few of their fried items and were told that the oil was shut down already. That was a major bummer. I ordered the Mango Snow Sweet Tofu Pudding. I'm not sure if there was any "snow" or not since I couldn't tell when I opened it up at our hotel. Maybe it melted already? It was disappointing nonetheless. The egg waffle took the longest to make and it came out only okay. It was bit too soft, and that could be because we took it to go and it was steaming up. The pomelo was sour in our other dessert, so that wasn't great. Service - When I walked in, there was a girl on the phone at the register. It was a personal call and she stayed on the phone the whole time we were ordering. She barely acknowledged us and it seemed like we were inconveniencing her. Food was a miss and service was a miss. Would I go back? No.

BY GOLLY do i love this place. Not only do they have the most amazing desserts, they also close…read morereally late (12AM). My favorite late night dessert spot for sure. The mangoes they have here are amazing. Mango heaven. I be craving this place its crazy. There are so many things on the menu so theres always something new to try. If you like asian flavors this is the spot to go. Tofu dessert, grass jelly, lychee, mango, durian, taro, this is the asian dessert heaven. FOOD: Price: Pretty good ~$5-10 per dessert Mango Sweet Rolls - $7.25 (5/5) Yo this is so good. The lil jelly paper over the mango & whip cream taste so good in my mouth. It taste like what it looks like so yummy. Strawberry Waffle w/ Strawberry Ice Cream - $10.99 (3/5) There was a lot for how much it is. I like brick toast but its not the best ive tried at all. It was almost overly sweet with a lot of syrup. Couldnt finish!! It was pretty good but toast coulda been made better ok tbh i came here so many times i dont even remember what i got. But whenever I do, it is a surprise. Choose out of the many menu options to your hearts desire. Only comment ill say is that sometimes the combos may not be that sweet so read thru the ingredients to make sure it aligns with your taste buds. Half of the items are slush and half pudding. I love pudding VIBES: The seating inside is plenty, parking outside is plenty. I ONLY ever come here at night and yes it may be a lil sketchy but its not sketchy. It was a little hard to find this place but its chill. Staff was very nice although there may be a language barrier sometimes. Food came out really fast always. Great place come here al the tiem recommend :)

It comes with beef, rice, mushrooms, eggs, green onions, sesame seeds, their teriyaki sauce. I usually order it w/o teriyaki sauce on the rice and w/o mushrooms. It's so simple yet it tastes bomb!! The cheesesteak fries r delishhhh as well. I love the peppers and onions and whatever cut of beef they use for these dishes is sooo good with the little fatty parts that add so much flavor. The price is a little high for the portion but honestly for how much I like it I don't mind the cost if that's how we can keep this establishment around a while longer! This places gives me the same comforting vibes as Ono Grill in MPK before it closed down, iykyk, and their closure is still one of my biggest heartbreaks so I'm happy to support this restaurant as long as it's around. Service is fast casual, you order with the cashier and then take a seat. They'll serve the food to you and you can leave everything on the table when you're done, someone will clean it up I don't live too close so when I come I just order my usual but the other menu items like the ssam and specials all look really good too! The drinks that I've had were just okay, I stick to the food when I'm here

Got the Carnitas Wang and Cheese Steak Fries. Both were flavorful and large portions. The fries…read morewere thin and became mostly soggy under the toppings. It would be nice if they used a more substantial, crispy type of fry. Going for a midweek late lunch, it was not busy. It's a very casual place where you order at the counter and find a seat. There were only two tables with diners, however, almost all of the other tables had piles of food and drink trash left. Again, it was not busy, there were at least three people working there and the whole time we were there (we dined in) no one cleared the tables.
