It's pretty good so far when I visited. Definitely not plastic-free as they use plastic cups for the drinks and plastic boxes for the waffles to-go. The waffles are crispy and airy. I wish they have ice cream options to put on the egg waffles. They had buy 2 get 1 free drink the first time I came there. The second time was buy 2 get 1 free waffle deal. And the third time, it was buy 4 get 1 free drink. Their Tiger Thai Tea is good, it's Thai tea blended with Oreos and crème brûlée. The Dragon Lichi is also good and very refreshing. It has dragonfruit, lychee, and mango at the bottom. My brother likes his creme brûlée boba milk too, that comes with boba already. The Blue Monster is basically lemonade. It's good but I left it in my fridge for a day and it became bitter, probably due to the piece of lemon slice in the drink. But otherwise, this place is overall good. read more

The store gave us an extra waffle and quietly asked us to write a review, so here it is, an honest one. Since this is their opening stage, things are super slow, but that is understandable and forgiving. The store is cute, but too much details to me; however, my wife likes it. I ordered the black ball waffle which is kinda sweet for me. Can only eat a few pieces and doesn't like it much, but it is free anyway lol. On the other hand, my wife does like her cacao waffle, she finished it in like 5 minutes. One thing that I don't quite like is how the manager who has super long fake nails with no gloves (of course, but she can use tongs too) was taking some of the waffles nearby the cooking station (I guess she wanted to eat them). It is uncomfortable for me to see something like that. Anyhow I gave the store 3 stars, my wife thinks it is a 5. So the final score is 4 :) read more

We saw this on Instagram and decided, "Tonight's the night!" Parking seems OK at night but seems like it would be hard to get parking during the day thought they do have more parking behind the main building.. When we got in there it was so MAGICAL! Such beautiful decorations, wonderful seating inside and out, and such a delicious aroma walking in! The menu is pretty straight fwd, it doesn't explain what's in the items so definetely need to ask if you have allergies. Everything I tried was AWESOME! I got the Créme Brûlée Coffee, Matcha Brûlée with Black Boba, and the Strawberry Smash, no cheese foam for drinks, and for the Waffles - The Labor Day Waffle, Toffee Candy Waffle, and The Berries Egg Waffle. I LOVE WAFFLES! Everything was soooo good! The regular waffles were like cookies but not hard and the Berries Egg Waffle I finished so fast!! The drinks were delicious! My favorite would have to be a tie between the Matcha and Strawberry! It was packed as it was a soft opening so it was a bit of a wait.. the owner brought us another Waffle Cookie but I don't remember what it was called! My friend got the Blue Monster, The Fruity Peachy, and The Mango on Snow for drinks, and the original Egg Waffle with Cream Cheese! Her favorite was the Mango on Snow. All 3 were good and surprising! Pricing was pretty good and they have a special of "Buy 2 things, get 1 free" so it was a good deal for what we got! Definitely going back and taking our friends and significant others! Don't advertise it so much if you don't even have it as one of the base items at your coffee shop. Really disappointed again. There were only two people serving so it took a little while to get my order, which was understandable. I ordered the house coffee and it was way too sweet to my liking! It was like drinking sugar! I also ordered a regular milk tea, which was bland! Location is not very convenience, on a corner of two very busy streets. The inside was nicely decorated but the chair cushions were filthy! Just went there with my homies today. It was HOT AF, they didn't even turn on the freaking AC, I don't know why that AC is even there if they don't wanna use it; imagine going to a boba shop to relax, but it's hot like hell. The coffee was good, to be honest. The staff was very patient and nice to us even it was quite busy. I wanted to tip them for hard working, but hell, they only take cash tip. I mean, come on it's almost 2024 and still CASH ONLY? Anyways, 1 star for the management and 1 bonus for the the staff and the drinks. read more

Been here multiple times now usually an hour or two after opening for a caffeine pick-me-up. The parking is a little difficult depending on where you enter from because there are awkward entrances, but once you're in, there is no issues finding a spot. The service has been hit or miss for me. The cashier is usually pretty nice and is straight to the point. I've found myself waiting either 3 minutes or 15 minutes, but luckily I wasn't in a rush. I've gotten the Ube Coffee (3/5) every time and I'm mixed on it. I really enjoy the ube foam on top. It has a strong ube flavor and a great thickness to it. The coffee is strong and will definitely give you the energy you need for the day, but you can't taste the ube anymore after you mix it. At most Vietnamese coffee places you can still taste the ube, but here you only taste the coffee so I wouldn't recommend mixing it and just drinking it straight up. I will say that for the price I can't fault it too much. This has to be one of the cheapest places for high-quality coffee. Overall I would come back if I needed an energy boost, but would probably consider other places if I was really craving for that ube flavor. read more

Drinks are actually pretty good. The waffles are not. The reason for the review is that they need to stop pretending that they are Starsucks. Fill the cup to the top. For about $7/drink there shouldn't be a 1" of space on top. (Not talking about the dome lid). This is not just a one time occurrence. I believe it's their regular practice since my last order was for drinks and three of them were not topped off. There are many other really good places that don't do that. I understand rising cost since I am also a business owner but I'd rather pay more then get less. If the cup is too big maybe get smaller cups then. read more
