As someone who is really anxious about my belongings and care more about worldy possessions than people, I mean it when I say you can trust B2 with your most precious things. From the start, John was communicative and I was really happy with the price especially compared to everywhere else I called. For context, I've had 1 moving company before scuff my expensive furniture and I was really worried. Great moving company. I hired 2 people to do a smaller move and they were on time, efficient and did everything right. I got a quote and call through using yelp and they quickly booked a time and estimate in the contract. I explained what I needed and they were perfectly accommodating. On the day of moving, they showed up and followed instructions. They wrapped and protected furniture and everything went as planned. At the end everything was electronically signed and delivered by email instantly. Note that if you pay cash or use Venmo, it will be $20 less per hour than using a credit card. That can be a lot of money. I really like this moving company. Be warned that if you request quotes through Yelp, you will get probably 10 messages and texts very quickly and they will continue to message you for your services. If I could give 10 stars I would. B2 Moving was AMAZING! First of all, their customer service is amazing. Once you book online, you are sent details via an email. I had tried to book with another moving company who "confirmed" my move in a Yelp message and I didn't feel comfortable with that. On moving day, they were prompt and you get a text an hour before they arrive and phone call when they do arrive. You can also track the truck via the link in the text. Adam and Max helped me out and they were amazing. Moving is stressful as it is so I knew I needed movers in my move from Daly City to Walnut Creek. I was moving out of a 3 bedroom house and into a 1 bedroom apartment. Although I had most of everything packed, I ran out of room for my clothes and they came to the rescue with wardrobe boxes. They also wrapped everything for me (tv, couches, etc). It was efficient but very thorough. All my items arrived safe and in the same condition they left. They wrap everything for you with blankets and plastic wrap/ bubble wrap. They work for you sticking to the timeline and there are NO hidden charges. I had looked at other moving companies that had many hidden fees and charges and B2s rate is exactly what you see on the site. They unassembled and assembled everything for me too which was a game changer. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and made an otherwise extremely stressful day for anyone, very easy.
