They are not the cheapest, but they by far exceeded our expectations during our move. Starting with my inquiry, Mat, our Moving Consultant, was quick to respond and very patient in answering all my questions. Securing our moving date and processing our deposit were smooth processes. Leading up to our move date, Shenna called and emailed with reminders for any last-minute tasks and collected information so our moving team knew exactly what we needed on the date. On moving day, we had a crew of 3 movers: Enrique, Ismael, and Jose/Luis. They were punctual and arrived at our apartment right on time to get started on our move. After walking them through our apartment, discussing expectations, and signing the agreement, they went to work. This team was quick, and I mean QUICK, to disassemble and pack the truck. However, this does not mean they were sloppy by any means. Everything from our baby's furniture to our 75-inch TV was packed with the utmost care. Despite the rain, all of our belongings arrived safely at our new rental and were reassembled exactly as we asked. They were supposed to be fully crated on all sides.

We used B2 on our just-completed move of a 3 bedroom house from the Bay area SF to Boston and we had a phenomenal experience. We chose them because of all the other positive reviews, the fact that our stuff would stay on the same truck (no multiple transfers at random warehouses to different storages, etc...), and because the pricing was actually fixed (so many other moving companies gave "fixed" quotes based on mass/volume estimates that would be finalized the day of the move. It made us leery that there could be a moving day surprise on the price since we had zero ideas how many boxes we'd be packing). We also liked their ability to give us very firm pickup/delivery dates and their transit time was faster than anyone else (4 days for coast to coast). B2 delivered a flawless job. There was no damage to any of our things (we packed the boxes, but they did a great job wrapping and packing our furniture). B2 respected the boxes we marked as "fragile" and handled delicate things well. They were extremely good communicators, both during the quoting process and during the move, and had a great attitude. They showed up on time, packed up our place very quickly (~4 hrs). B2 gave us a precise delivery date and arrived in Boston exactly when they said they would. Offloading was even quicker (3 hrs) and they were very accommodating with helping to position furniture/heavy things exactly where we wanted and they also took all the moving supplies/garbage off with them so we didn't have to deal with any of that. Pricing wise: you get what you pay for. B2 wasn't the budget option, but they also weren't the most expensive. Plus, it's hard to compare to other quotes since most of them would have gone up based on the number of boxes we ended up moving (the other companies' reps suggested much lower numbers of boxes during their video estimates than we ended up having - like lower by 2 or 3x). Lord knows what that would have done to those other quotes but luckily we didn't have to worry about that with B2's fixed pricing. All told, the price for a zero-damage, coast-to-coast move in under 5 days was 100% worth it to us. A special shout-out/appreciation goes to our team lead, John, and his team, for doing a great job, going the extra mile, and being a pleasure to work with. Thank you, John and B2! I cannot say enough in regards to this company; I have had a wonderful experience twice now with them. I would like to name Adam and Sean for their efficiency, respectfulness, mindfulness, and care to which and in the manner they moved my belongings. They got to work right away and were able to move me out of my old apartment quickly. I had labeled boxes to where each room they were supposed to go and they even took the time to place boxes accordingly. I didn't expect them to even blanket and/or wrap anything I had (namely furniture), and they did! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I plan on moving again in a year and will be using this company again. I do want to mention my situation as this company deserves recognition for helping me. The new apartment unit I was supposed to move into, was not ready the day I had expected to move in - so I had to extend my move out date at my old place plus reschedule about 3 times with B2 Moving Company. Every time I kept rescheduling, they never gave me a hard time about it which I appreciated very much. This was something out of my control and they were willing to still keep my move on the books. The last time I had to reschedule my move, I wasn't able extend any more at my old apartment complex and had to move out on that day. I called B2 to see if they could move me out immediately instead of the next planned move-date, and at first it didn't look like they could, I was going to cancel which would be an automatic $300 charge, but whoever I spoke to (Dan???), told me he would call me back within 5-10 mins, in which he did and told me I could be scheduled and they would move me later in the day. I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for them working with me and making it possible for them to move me out. I didn't want to go elsewhere as my previous experience with them last year was memorable as was mine this year. This is a great company with great people. read more

I had never in my entire life hired movers. I was so nervous about the process. Using Yelp's request function, I found B2 Moving. I chose them, not for their price (which was reasonable), but because they were also insured. Communications with John, the manager, was great and timely. He answered immediately. He was helpful with all my questions. As I said, I had never hired movers so I had a few questions. Some which may have been dumb questions. He confirmed my booking and called me the morning off when the movers had arrived. These men came ready to work! They had this whole game plan on how to quickly and efficiently get my stuff out of my old place into my new one. They assemble and reassemble some of my big furniture pieces (bed frame and dining table). I asked that they bring wardrobe boxes (included free) to transport my clothing. They loaded and unloaded those into my new closet. When they unloaded my furniture, they even arranged it in a way where it looked like I had set up my apartment and just needed to unpack boxes. They drive a pretty large truck. I moved from a one bedroom to a one bedroom and all my stuff fit perfectly in the truck. I'm sure I didn't even fill up half of the truck. So if you are moving multiple rooms, I think they have enough space to fit it all. Would I recommend B2 Moving? Absolutely! read more

Last Thursday Luke and Yera helped me move from a studio apartment into a 3 bed home. Moving is always stressful and expensive, but the two of them made it a lot easier. They located the most accessible spot to park on my street, quickly figured out how to navigate the old elevator in my building, and moved everything with care and efficiency. I had a heavy, complicated bookshelf/murphy bed installed into the wall of my bedroom that needed to be disassembled carefully and I was concerned that it would be too difficult or extremely time consuming - Luke and Yera figured it out in 45 minutes. Another pair of movers came to take the murphy bed to its new home (hired from Lugg by the person who purchased the murphy bed) and the difference between Luke and Yera's capabilities and the Lugg movers was night and day. It took Luke and Yera 3 hours to complete my entire move (not including the murphy bed disassembly), and it took the Lugg movers an hour and a half to move the already disassembled murphy bed into the truck. I even texted Luke a list of where I needed my things to be in the new home while I managed the Lugg movers in my old home, and he and Yera followed directions perfectly. I can't recommend them more highly! Luke and Yera are extremely capable, efficient, hardworking, and take great care with your belongings. read more

Ok...So, is it me? Or can we can all agree that moving is probably one of the worst and most time consuming experiences ever! And the timing for me was the worst. On top of that, my moving plans were not coming together. All I can say is...Dan and Louis with B2 Moving are my heroes! They both were not only professional, but so very personable. Dan explained the services, looked over what all needed to be moved, we signed the contract, and they got work. And man did they work! They climbed up and down 3 flights stairs many times without a complaint. They both maintained the energy and upbeat nature until the end. I had a few things already in storage that were not wrapped properly, well, not wrapped at all! Seeing that was like Dan was hearing nails scratching on a chalkboard. He takes pride in his work and even though he didn't store those other items, he was disturbed that it wasn't done right. I will be moving everything out of storage in a few weeks, and will definitely be calling B2 Moving for this move. For the first time ever, there will be no stress for this move! Frank and another team member arrived on time and started to work right away! I was extremely impressed with how fast and efficient they were, and how all of our furniture was nicely wrapped taped and protected. We had multiple pieces of furniture and boxes that we were concerned about (very heavy/awkward to carry or both) and both guys handled them like they were nothing! I had a box labeled Heavy, 2 people to carry and Anthony carried it down from the truck and into the house like it was empty! Both movers were so friendly and polite and respectful of all of our belongings and our property! They didn't take any breaks and they were working just as hard towards the end as they were at the beginning. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism. The moment I contacted them they were reassuring and knowledgeable about the process! They also gave me a checklist of items that are restricted or require special documentation which saved me a ton of time. On packing day, the team arrived with all the materials they needed and got straight to work. Every single item was wrapped and labeled with care, and they created an inventory list that was so detailed it even included the condition of each item! My kitchenware and glass decorations were wrapped in bubble wrap paper and foam. They used reinforced boxes for my electronics and made sure everything was secure for the long journey. When my belongings arrived at my new home, everything was in perfect condition, down to the tiniest decorative vase. They also unpacked and reassembled some of my furniture which I wasn't expecting. Henry and his team arrived at 9 am (right on schedule) with all the necessary packing materials and immediately got to work. They conducted a thorough assessment of our home, then divided into teams to tackle each room efficiently. I can't believe how easy my move was thanks to B2 Moving Company! From the moment I called them to book the move I felt like I was in good hands. The person who answered the phone whose name was Mark was so friendly and helpful. He explained everything clearly and gave me a fair quote. The movers arrived right on time! They were all so careful with my stuff. They wrapped everything in blankets and bubble wrap even my delicate plants. I was amazed at how quickly they packed up my whole apartment! The truck was clean and big enough for all my belongings. They drove carefully and I didn't worry about anything getting damaged. John and Tim texted me promptly when they were about an hour away from my 10am-12pm arrival window, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. I can't say enough about our amazing experience with B2 moving company. They recently helped with my sister's move from San Jose and paid extra attention in making sure everything was safe and handled with care. They were super nice, trust-worthy, and reliable. We used B2 to move a bedroom (bed, desk, bookshelf, and a dresser) and a living room (couch, tv stands, shelf, coffee table, rug) as wells as other things such as my clothes, computers, etc.. We moved from San Bruno to San Francisco, about 15 miles. The movers arrived on time and gave plenty of time for notice when they were coming. Immediately they began moving our things. They took care of everything such as packing our things into sturdy boxes, unmounting the TV, disassembling and reassembling my bed, and they wrapped our things in protective plastic wrap and blankets. They worked fast and efficiently. We didn't have to lift a finger, which was amazing. The prices are very reasonable too. I would 100% recommend this moving company. B2 did a fantastic job moving my 1 bedroom apartment. I believe it was John and Hassan. Moving a 1 bedroom with 1 set of stairs to another place 15 min away took about 3.5 hours because they were super fast. I could see it taking 4-6 hours for other companies. They showed up promptly and worked relentlessly, not slowed down at all by having to go up and down 1 set of stairs. They were efficient, thorough, wrapped every piece of furniture very well in blankets and tape, and only took one maybe 2 minute break. I asked if they needed to take any breaks but they wanted to power through. They wore masks during the move, washed their hands several times, and used hand sanitizer throughout. It is my first time hiring professional movers. I heard lots of stories. They were recommended by my college. We have a 4bdr house and we moved to Austin. The price was fair. Great communication with their manager Eugene. He was able to arrange everything in just one day! They bring my stuff in 3 days!!! Not a single scratch be honest I was ready for damages or something! We were in a hurry. When they arrived we have just amazing servise! The whole team was very professional and had a positive attitude. They worked very quickly and carefully. Well I already know that was a sales tactic to upsell and charge me more because in the estimate it's a $60 charge for each additional guy. They came prepared with packing materials, tools detach and reattach the legs and sheet stand etc - and rugs to cover my floors during drop off.
