Went in for a quick bite with a co worker and was greeted by friendly staff, which was the only decent part of this place. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo and got my food quickly. The second I picked it up it was pouring out grease. The bun was so saturated it was like a wet sponge and was falling apart. It was the greasiest and worst burger I think I have ever had. The fries were undercooked and soaked in the same grease. I tried to eat it but couldn't make it half way. I didn't eat more than 5 fries either. About 20 minutes later I got really sick to my stomach and couldn't keep it down. Really disappointing first meal in Nashville. Staff was nice, and the place would be good if they'd take time to properly cook and put together a simple burger. Also random fridge and cooler is kind of odd to have in the dining area. read more

The burgers are very good. They are actually seasoned, and seasoned well, I had a taste before I added any condiments, and after I added the condiments I wish I hadn't. That is how good the burger is. Love the onion rings (wish they had cocktail sauce for those, but that is my personal preference). Bypass the fish sandwich, too little fish for their delicious brioche bun, couldn't hardly taste the fish. That is all I have had here, but I will be returning to try some of their other burgers, and possibly other sandwiches. They do have sweet potato fries, as well as regular fries, I have not tried either of those, maybe next visit. read more

My wife and I were eager to try this new burger joint, but unfortunately it wasn't the type of burger we were looking for. The taste reminiscent of frozen store bought burgers or reconstituted cafeteria patties. Super salty. Also, the lettuce and tomato were wilted under the burger. Definitely a step above fast food, but dont expect a Gabby's or Burger Up quality of beef. To pile on more local comparisons, we would take M.L. This might possibly be the best burger in downtown Nashville. Baam Burger is phenomenal, but they do not brand themselves well. I used to go to Bobby's dairy dip randomly but it was never good. This place is really good. Again they are trying to hard to look like a classic 50/60s burger joint and in that they fail. Because they are not a classic burger joint. They are another animal that I find frequently popping up on the west coast. They are an Asian fusion burger spot. And they kill it. Such great flavors. They should embrace this and brand themselves as something different to the southern market. This will be my go to for a burger from here on out. And I hope they succeed. read more

This would probably appeal to the average McDonald's fan, but I had the veggie patty and it's hard for me to believe that something supposedly made of broccoli, peas and carrots (probably held together with eggs) could still taste so much like crappy junk food even though I had it sans the"house dressing": a combo of mayo mustard, and ketchup. After I got it and saw that it was piled with raw onions, I asked the cook if she could grill them. "We don't grill onions," was her response, the thirty seconds effort it would've taken her too much to ask, despite that she had only one thing on the grill. The way I test a burger place is by how they make a regular burger and Baam did not pass the test. The patty is oddly dense with the consistency of rubber and lacking any beef flavor. The bun looked good but was excessively chewy almost like it had been microwaved too long. Onion rings were pretty good. Got a double cheeseburger from postmates, it tastes kind of Asian, which makes me think I accidentally got the Seoul burger. Not that big of deal. However I also ordered their beer battered onion rings and these are far from beer battered.
