The pizza was perfectly cooked and had the right amount of sauce and cheese. I detect a nice "sharpness", which leads me to believe there is a decent amount of Romano being used. This pizza is the closest thing you will find in the area, that resembles a NYC / Bronx pizza. It reminds me of the pizza I used to get, when I was a child, on Broadway at a pizzeria that sold slices from a small take out window, where you'd hand the guy a dollar and you'd get a slice and a can of Hoffman's soda! Whoever is making these pies, knows what they are doing. Pizza seems like it is an easy thing to make, but anyone who has tried, knows it takes a lot of skill to turn out consistent pies. On the first bite, the chicken cutlet burned my mouth in the best way possible. The tomatoes and honey mustard tied it all together and made it incredibly satisfying. I could only eat half because it was such a heavy sandwich. My dad finished the other half and shared the same appreciation for a really good panini.
