Even added another 20 minutes, the kids couldn't get enough! Split the kids into groups of 9 so that each group had a turn to drive around the neighborhood. (There is a rule that only 9 people can be seated safely to drive around) also spent part of the time stationed so that all 15 kids could be together to sing along to the Karoake monitors. Kelsey was very responsible fun and easy going! Clean versions of all the top hits. Didn't even need to be in the van while they cruised around town. Van was clean, fully equipped with great music and fun props. Highly recommend and can't wait to rebook for a girls night out!

The live music was incredible, the guy playing the sax really knows how to jam. The dancers and musicians were performing together, and did several shows! There's this magical connection between a musician and a dancer that you see and feel as they improvise and work the crowd, the stage, and the whole venue. In between performances there was social dancing, with a lot of great dancers dressed to the nines. The birthday cake performance is something you got to see and experience, totally off the charts, like something you'd see in a movie! The final performance is with a giant martini glass. The girl dances around/in the glass filled with water and then pours champagne all over herself. One of the most wild over the top things I've ever seen! The energy and vibes were off the hook! I highly recommend this for couples that want a special date night, large groups that want a unique experience/entertainment, and people who want to celebrate their birthday in style.

They are nice people, wonderful dancers, and clearly explain the steps - Classes are affordable and you sign up a month at a time - The dance floor opens up after class ends and you can hang out/dance afterward Cons - Parking can be hit or miss depending on the time you arrive - No one wears masks, despite how close your faces get. From bad breath to body odor, to sticky hands, you experience it all. The main reason I chose not to continue is that I take the "follower" role and followers mostly just get led. I don't think followers learn as much as long as they have a good rhythm and a gentle understanding of the moves - which makes these classes not very worth it for me. It could be considered a fun, social activity - but I think "leads" gain much more from each class. This is neither a pro nor a con, but the style of the class allows individuals to rotate partners pretty much every 2-3 minutes, so you end up getting to dance with everyone in the class. The types of people you meet range from great to worst dancers, super young to super elderly, and very polite to straight-up rude.

We had to make it to the first bar at a certain time. We booked it from my buddy's hotel, and made it just in time to meet the hostess and get acquainted with the group. That evening, the group was pretty small, and fragmented into different cliques. No matter, because our hostess was good at breaking the ice with people. We got to mingle with cool people at the first bar, before moving on to the next. Our second stop was the Frathouse, which was empty due to it being super early (9:00 PM). I am not complaining at all about this, as I've been in the Frathouse when it gets busy, and yes, it gets PACKED. After having some drinks, my buddies and I decided to stray and head to Avalon. We had a decent time with the people in this club crawl, and I've had good experiences in other nights as well. If you're new in LA, give this club crawl a try. It's a good way to get acquainted with LA nightlife.

I arrived LAX on a Sunday afternoon, just enough time to join their Sunday night classes. I met with two guest instructors from Nevada. They were good. The following Wednesday, I took another bachata classes by Demetrio & Nicole. They are every details and patient even the class was big. I've learned all the details that improve my skills. Besides, the cost is very affordable and worth both the time and money. Love their classes. If I move back to LA, this will be the place I learn bachata. They also have party after classes that we can practice immediately. I don't have to look for other places. The studio is inside the Steve's Steak House so if one want to eat or drink, they can enjoy both dancing and food. Love the place!
