The food is amazing! If you are a lover of the local food served among the Hawaiian islands then you are going to adore this breakfast place. Everything I have tried is amazing. On the weekends you might experience an extended wait due to the made fresh. It's worth the wait being good company with you! Weekday it's a more calm experience.

Local Las Vegas chain breakfast restaurant. This is located inside the old MTO Café in downtown. We came at 12:30 on a Saturday and we were seated right away. The restaurant does have a small dining room. The menu is pretty large and offers a fun variety of breakfast items with a Hawaiian flair. There are plenty of spam items to choose from if that is your thing. They also have many variations of pancakes. They do not have bottomless mimosas, but there are mimosa options, including flights and a giant champagne glass that fits an entire bottle of champagne. They add orange juice and as many straws as you would like so you can share or drink by yourself. I had the bacon pancakes, which was phenomenal. My spouse had the Loco Moco. Overall, we had a great experience.

Loved this place ! So Friendly , inviting, quick service and the food is very affordable compared to a lot of any diner style restaurant foods in the area , this food is a Hawaiian Filipino twist absolutely delicious and flavorful come for the food but STAY and have the pancakes , you cannot leave without trying one of there may different flavored delicious pancake stacks my s/o were recommended by our car rental agent about baby stacks and we knew we couldn't miss out once viewing the menu online. My s/o had a pretty basic breakfast sausage and eggs with hash brown potatos and every breakfast favorite comes with a. Mini stack (2) pancakes which was perfect because we got to try two different flavors we wanted and without having to buy having to buy half stacks on the side , he had the ube pancakes that came w a sweet cream cheese syrup ! I had the sisig plate with garlic rice and side of hash browns and the hazelnut Nutella mini stack (2) pancakes the whipped cream is FRESHLY whipped and had hazelnuts on topped crumbled on , the food was really good and great combination of flavors and filling 100 % worth the stop and price our server was absolutely great and tentative

Cozy and small cafe in downtown Las Vegas. Decor is very casual, chill place. Prepare to wait, there was a line. We waited about 45 minutes. Staff were very attentive, prompt, courteous. Very popular as the ran out of their iced coffee, cafe latte, bottled water. Sisig dish was just ok. Marinated pork belly with red and green peppers. Very different from what I'm use to. The ube, white chocolate pancakes, was legit good. Was very flavorful and the syrup and complemented the pancakes, as well as the toppings. They have a lot on their menu, will come back to try the rest on menu. They serve many dishes from back home Honolulu. A good place to go if craving familiar food back home-Hawaii. See you there peeps

Eggs bacon and side of blueberry pancakes

We went to this place for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We were seated in 10-15 minutes, which was nice because breakfast places downtown can get really busy. We both got eggs and bacon with a side of pancakes. I got blueberry, my daughter got bananas. We asked for our bacon extra crispy and it was perfect when it arrived. The restaurant was cute. The staff was busy. Not sure if I'd go back. While the pancakes were flavorful, they were on the dry side.

Sisig plate and ube pancake

This place was soooo amazing that I had to come here not just once BUT TWICE during my short 2 day trip in vegas!! The service is phenomenal. The servers are so attentive and friendly. The Ube pancakes are the best things I've ever tasted and I will be returning EVERY time im in vegas from now on. The sisig plate was also great, though the special fried rice that comes inside the egg was just ok! I may be biased since I was hungover though. The banana pancakes were also delicious but lived in the shadow of the Ube Pancakes. Seriously, I'll be dreaming of them for the next month! lol, wish they had a location in Dallas

2025 Review #7- wow I'm really lagging behind this year. Well I didn't bring my lunch to work today and of course I was so hungry! The thought of getting in my car and driving somewhere seemed like way more than I could handle, lo and behold there's a Babystacks right across the street. I looked online and decided on a Club Sandwich- it's kind of my go to. Called and ordered then walked my happy butt across the street to pick it up. This might have been the best decision I've made all week! When I picked up the bag with my food in it- it sure seemed heavy! Well when I got to my desk and popped it open I was so pleasantly surprised! First of all there was 1 1/2 pickles! Yes, friends! One and a Half! Oh the glee I felt! So maybe well seasoned fries and an amazing looking sandwich! Be still my heart! I grabbed my Diet Coke, set up my desk for a delicious sandwich and...Nope I was not disappointed! I certainly couldn't finish the whole thing and nobody else wanted any so I'll take it home and let the kids finish it up later. I know Babystacks is a breakfast spot, well let me tell you, it's not just for breakfast anymore! (I'm sure they've always had lunch but I just wanted to say that.) As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly. I will definitely be back! Maybe I'll even enjoy my lunch there instead of taking it to go. Nice music and a fun atmosphere await.

Banana cream pie short stack

Parking wasn't the best in the area so we had to use the parking garage and pay to park, however the restaurant does offer a credit towards that on your ticket so it's not too bad. The service was pretty good. We were greeted right away and sat immediately. There were a ton of pancake options to choose from and they offer regular breakfast options as well. I had a hard time deciding which ones to get so I went with the banana cream pie pancakes and they were delicious. Tasted just like pie. We'd come back again when we're in town for sure.

Crepes and hazelnut pancakes

This is my first time at this location, very busy.. but the wait is very worth it :) these hazelnut pancakes were the best pancakes I've ever had, super filling as well. The crepes were very yummy with lots of Nutella inside.

Sisig Plate

Food was delicious. Pictured was their Lolo Ricks adobo fried rice, sisig plate, and ube pancakes. Lolo Ricks adobo fried rice was delicious. Flavorful and a good amount. Fairly priced as well. So I'm Filipino and it's not the sisig that I'm use to. It was still good but just not what I expected. I know each establishment makes it different but to ME, the flavor wasn't there. Garlic rice that went with it wasn't as garlicky as well. If I came back probably would pass on that dish. Now the star of the meal was their Ube Pancakes! So flavorful, had enough sweet and it did taste like Ube and not some kind of fake Ube flavoring. Overall the food was good. I would come back and would recommend it to friends and family.

Came to Vegas to celebrate my mom's birthday and she wanted to come here for breakfast. There's a parking garage where you can park which is great! The size of the restaurant is a little smaller, so make sure you get here in time because it's first come first serve. The staff were very friendly and had great recommendations. We loved that you can upgrade your toast to a specialty baby stack, so we were able to try some of the pancakes. LOVED the peppermint mocha pancakes (seasonal), but you can't go wrong with any of their specialty pancakes. They were the perfect size to share with our table. Will definitely come back to try more dishes from here.

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives.
