This place is always so bomb, unfortunately almost every time we order through UberEats, the order is wrong. Ordered 2 NY Steak and Chicken plates just for them to arrive with no steak (like they even circled my order on the receipt and it was still wrong). Sad bc I was really looking forward to it. AND THEY FORGOT MY SAUCE THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR Still very yummy, just not what I paid almost $90 for.

    Receipt

The cook is super rude he thinks he owns the place . I been there a couple of times on the menu the bowls are $15 and they charge you $16 and it's only when him and the young man is at the cashier. It's not a big issue when your buying one bowl but then I buy more than 5 to 10 bowls at once it matters .They should train the cook to be more respectful. I will no longer go to this place .

Terrible service, food was raw and chewy when I asked for it well done, they said they were in a rush to do my plate.

I came to this place because I always saw it off the 105 freeway and Paramount. So I decided to give it a try. I got the steak, shrimp, vegetables, and fried rice with chicken. My steak was dry, and I did not get it well-done. The shrimp was flavorful; the fried rice was good, but it had very few vegetables. Overall, the food here is pretty decent but not the best I've had with this type of food. Also, this place is very expensive, and for the portions they give, I really feel like it isn't worth it. My meal was $41 and some change.

Shrimp was fire, not a lot of shrimp though! New York Steak was tough, got medium rare and it was still really tough. Veggies were cooked to perfection. Not a fan of mushrooms but they were delicious. Quick delivery on DoorDash.

So I was craving Benihana food but didn't want to go there so I looked up somewhere in my area Paramount and Bachi Yaki came up and I remembered I had had it before and it was good. I went to the location on Paramount blvd but the truck hadn't arrived yet it opens at 3pm. They were a few minutes late but they got to work quick and I ordered my food and it was ready in a decent time. Got home and everything was delicious!! My craving is satisfied!! Check em out!!!

I usually get their chirashi (which they also have a lunch chirashi special), and the fish is always fresh and good quality. The also have lunch specials and often have other great specials. The last time I went, they had a "buy 2 rolls, get 1 free" deal, and they have Sapporo beer on draft for $1.99! If you have friends who don't like raw fish, they also have a good selection of cooked items - tempura, chicken teriyaki, udon noodles, etc. There's really something for everyone. They have a bunch of TVs and will usually have the game on if there is one. There's also a lot of street parking and free parking lots around since it's Downtown Bellflower. The service is consistent but the sushi itself has had it's ups and downs. The specials and drinks were great at one point but its a little harder to try other things on the menu for their price points here. The same value here would get me about 30-50% more or so somewhere else, even Cerritos or Long Beach.

Coming here was a spur of the moment decision and totally worth it!…read more I had been wanting to come here for a while with my sister and today was the day Linda! My other sister joined so we were three lovely ladies total. There was no wait, we walked in and we're promptly greeted and asked how big was our party. BAM! Got seated immediately. We sat down like 2 minutes before Happy Hour ended and we were approached by the guy taking the orders, and of course I was all hurried like telling him what we wanted from the HH menu but he was all; "Don't you worry momma, take your time and you'll still get the happy hour special!"(not those exact words, but you get what I'm sayin) And we sure did, we got the gyoza, edamame, and shumai. And one of my sisters ordered a House Draft beer. We were actually ready to put in our whole order so we did. While we waited, we were brought water and paper cups, not the fanciest, but gets the job done. I only took pictures of the food and menus, but the inside gives off this small-katsu-shop-in-Japan feel. Very cool. It definitely does not give off like it's trying too hard; just kinda says "This is me, take me as what I am." And we totally did. The appetizers started arriving shortly after the water and we went to work. Gyoza- perfectly crisp, filled generously and well seasoned meat inside. Came with a soy sauce based sauce and spicy Mayo. We all enjoyed both dipping sauces. Next up: edamame. These were basic. Just steamed and heavily salted. Not with it for me cause it was nothing special. But I did end up seeing. Spicy edamame on the menu after we had already finished our food so that might be worth a try. And before the shumai was able to come to our table, the main course arrived. #1- and my favorite- House Special Gyu Katsu + curry. This is a whole experience, my friend. They bring out the breaded ribeye, raw and sliced. With it, a stone and fire grill. And a split condiments dish with course salt and a soy dipping sauce. You add the sliced meat on the hot grill, let it get a good sear, sprinkle a little of the course salt and a quick dip in the sauce and put the whole piece straight into your mouth hole. Trust. It is ....eye-closing delicious. #2 - Chicken Katsu curry. You get the same sides as the Gyu Katsu, minus the wasabi. There's white rice, seaweed salad, macaroni salad, and shredded cabbage. The chicken it cooked to perfection, tender and moist. The breading well done, staying on the chicken through the dipping and eating process. Along with your decided Katsu meat, if curry chosen, you get a boat of curry. The curry was good, no modification Can be dove really, but in my opinion not necessary. I would drink it if it wasn't seen as obnoxiously disgusting. Anyway, if you're looking to get more custom Japanese curry, try Coco Ichibanya. Look it up. Overall, everything came out at a very timely manner, fresh and delicious. It is also such a fun and engaging food-sperience!
