Service great, food was ok. I usually go to their food truck off of Rosecrans and Atlantic in Compton. Food truck is far superior. More food in the container at the truck and the biggest let down was this locations version of yum yum sauce. I've been to 3 different locations... this being the 4th. I'm not sure why but this place is the only one with their own version of the sauce. Not good. I spent 75$ on one 3 item plate and typically get 3 meals out of it. Had a coworker bring me food from thos place a few times and their dipping sauce is amazing. It compliments the chicken very well if you like a little spice. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The second order, I got a plate and chose the filet mignon and shrimp duo. That was more than enough and filet mignon was great. The shrimp was okay. I haven't been to restaurant physically but I highly recommend the food. Also upgraded the rice to fried noodles instead. Approximately 9:45pm on 10/30/2025., I wanted to try this place out, especially since I love supporting businesses in Bellflower. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash for a simple chicken bowl with veggies. When I arrived fifteen minutes before closing, I encountered a front cashier who didn't seem friendly or welcoming. First, I had to greet her with a smile, hoping it might brighten her mood and remind her that I was a customer. Unfortunately, the chicken bowl was quite disappointing; the portion size seemed small, around 4-5 ounces of protein, and I didn't find anything remarkable about the dish. I ended up grabbing Panda Express afterward. On a positive note, I have to say that the garlic butter and Diablo sauce were delicious. Will I return? However, the problem price is slightly lower than the regular price but without the show element. Weird thing is that Hibachi is supposed to be a "fire bowl" over hot coals. This place is a flat iron which would translate better to teppanyaki. The food is clearly resembling teppanyaki like bennihana. The food is good.
