At first I had sticker shock $24.29 for a chicken, veggie bowl with upgraded noodles and an additional sauce. But once I got home and ate it was well worth it! I got the teriyaki and garlic butter sauces. The service was friendly and the food was not only filling but fresh and delicious! I cant wait to come back for the seafood, they have a salmon shrimp, and lobster plate! I'm sure 2 people could share a plate as the bowl was more than enough for a very large meal or 2 decent meals. So glad I found this place. I wish they had more sides or something with crunch but I'll be a regular here. read more

I don't give them a year to shut down. Pricing is to high that that little place just starting in a normal working class neighborhood. A word to this establishment! You are on a loosing spell with those exscobent high prices that even good classy restaurants don't charge! You yourselves a favor and check out the menu to Yang Chow, or Panda Express. Ordered the salmon for my son who is a rather picky eater, and he really enjoyed it, although some parts were a little overcooked, yet, it wasn't dry. He especially liked the garlic butter. Saw a food review post this place ok Instagram and had to give it a try. Went for the 2 for $25 chicken bowl deal. I'm not sure how long that promo will be running for as I believe they just opened. Had a coworker bring me food from thos place a few times and their dipping sauce is amazing. It compliments the chicken very well if you like a little spice. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The second order, I got a plate and chose the filet mignon and shrimp duo. That was more than enough and filet mignon was great. The shrimp was okay. I haven't been to restaurant physically but I highly recommend the food. Also upgraded the rice to fried noodles instead. I wish they could've done half and half (rice/noodle) but i didnt see that option and I didnt want to complicate the order for my coworker. read more

Im currently writing a review for this place while sitting in another establishment. I showed up at 8:10 to order dinner for the fam. I tried to order food from this place but was turned away. They said they were closed and had a lot of orders waiting. So never got to try the food, but being turned away during work hours because of a lack of organization wasn't filling. And I was hungry. This left me with feelings of sadness and rejection. All those past childhood traumas resurfaced. Not good! read more

Placed order of 2 plates , the lady cook began to tell the cashier in Spanish that she needed to charge me more on multiple occasions. When the cashier responded that I was charged correctly the cook continued to express her emotions and was not happy. I paid $50.00 for 2 kids plates and cook insisted I should pay more. Service great, food was ok. I usually go to their food truck off of Rosecrans and Atlantic in Compton. Food truck is far superior. More food in the container at the truck and the biggest let down was this locations version of yum yum sauce. I've been to 3 different locations... this being the 4th. I'm not sure why but this place is the only one with their own version of the sauce. Not good. I spent 75$ on one 3 item plate and typically get 3 meals out of it. This one I got two meals out of it and the sauce that "'makes the meal" was a complete let down. Won't be back cause the food is better and you get more bang for your buck at the truck. read more

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash for a simple chicken bowl with veggies. When I arrived fifteen minutes before closing, I encountered a front cashier who didn't seem friendly or welcoming. First, I had to greet her with a smile, hoping it might brighten her mood and remind her that I was a customer. Unfortunately, the chicken bowl was quite disappointing; the portion size seemed small, around 4-5 ounces of protein, and I didn't find anything remarkable about the dish. I ended up grabbing Panda Express afterward. On a positive note, I have to say that the garlic butter and Diablo sauce were delicious. Will I return? Probably not for the food, but I'd consider returning just for the sauces. read more

Simple review here... This is the place you want to go to when you want the teppanyaki type food without the wait and price... However, the problem price is slightly lower than the regular price but without the show element. Weird thing is that Hibachi is supposed to be a "fire bowl" over hot coals. This place is a flat iron which would translate better to teppanyaki. The food is clearly resembling teppanyaki like bennihana. The food is good. I wouldn't go here weekly, but I would go when I'm in a pinch for dinner. At least you know the food won't suck. read more
